You can almost always find good deals at pennys to fit your budget! But I tend to find better deals online, which means I dont shop in store a whole lot. Although I didnt find much during my visit I was glad to see employees and customers still following covid 19 guidelines. The store was clean and welcoming. I would feel safe returning and shopping in store again soon.

Got a bowtie and suspenders, they were $40 and the suspenders were made of cheap materials that were already broke. I wish Id noticed it sooner.

Pull up at 5:43 to grab a few items for a funeral. Not today, the employees were locking the doors as we started to walk up. Guess that 6PM closing time, comes with a 15 minute pre-closing door lock. Guess the Dollar General will get our business today.

Cheap good clothes for kids

I have always been a JCPenneys type of gal.. today the care of the store was extremely poor excluding Sephora they need to get it together. When I was able to checkout the line was extremely long which is okay if there was more then one cashier so when I finally do get the chance to purchase my items, they were extremely rude. Hopefully it was just a bad day and not just altogether poor management... I will go back and see soon & will give everyone ba update.

Clean nice place to go

Store was clean and pretty organized for it being sunday. Decent selection of sport coats, thats what I was in for. Ended up getting pretty nice coat, pants, shirt and shoes with the discount and an added coupon all for just over 200 bucks. Was actually a great price considering the retail was $446. Friendly staff also

Standard JCP. Friendly cashier but needed at least two more working as checkout line was long and that makes it difficult to properly social distance as is necessary for everyones safety.

I wouldnt even give it one star because on a busy Saturday afternoon they had exactly ONE register open with at least 20 - 25 customers in line! I will never shop in there again until they decide to open more registers. Go to Belks instead

The cashier was nice but unsure of herself. The signs are very confusing and misleading. The one garnet I did purchase the sensor ink tag was left on it so now I have to return to the store to have it removed. All in all didnt even get what I wanted due to the misleading signs. Not a good experience

Good priced quality cloths love it

Never get your hair cut here unless you want it to intentionally look awful. My kids were just taken there by their grandmother and came home with a four inch wide strip hanging right in the middle of her head. Choppy and awful seen better haircuts done with a weed eater.

They have a pretty good sale going but theres no buggies no baskets to pack your stuff with ...and the ladies at check out were grouchy and I guess they were tired but the place wasnt very organized... Still got a few good items

I love clothes but I hate expensive price tags. I went inside on a whim and found a clearance section perfect for a single mom or anyone on a budget. It had been a long time since I actually looked for clothes for Myself at JCPenney. Have to say I will be going back.

I only shop on line. JC does not seem to coordinate well between the warehouse and stores. If you have an item in your cart you expect it to be there when you order. I sent my order, not unaware that two items were no longer in my cart. Even though previously they were there, i found out by checking my receipt they were gone. After much confusion JC replied that the items would be at the store. Why???? I asked...they were in my cart when i ordered on line, i do not want to go to the store. The warehouse sent them to the stores. So ok, i went to a store...hum..guess ..they didnt have them...yes, i was upset..they were for Christmas. I sent my order the middle of Nov. This is absolutely ridiculousCustomer service satisfaction.

Using coupons and becoming a member you can really snag some good deals here.

They have big mens clothes. But can stock up on a more selection for the big men. And better deals on them too.

It was really busy but thats to be expected this time of year the employees while really busy were helpful and friendly also the lines for the cashiers were clearly marked and moved at a good pace

This place is nice but mainly cater to the younger ages. If you have children, i would highly recommen, if not you may be a little disappointed in the womwns section. The selection was not very good.

Young girl cuts my younger brothers hair, my dad specifically said for it to be trimmed, because he wanted to keep it long. The girl cuts it very short. Before, they use to cut mine good. Hopefully, the experience I had today, on April 9th, 2017, 2:43 PM EST, can be changed. Heres a description of who cut my brothers hair: Young, tattoo on left arm, and dirty blond hair I believe.

Poor selection, unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Belk in the same mall has longer hours, better selection, and a much nicer staff.Think by adding sephora in an attempt by the company not to go under they eliminated a lot of their ability to stock selection.

I had a very nice experience. The cashier was a college student from EKU and she was so chatty and kind! I spent a few hours going through the clearance racks, I got $345.00 worth of clothing for $105!!!

Best sales of the holiday season

Friendly, helpful employees with good selection, quality, and value merchandise. My only complaint is that the last few trips to the Somerset Mall location the sales associates at the register said they were no longer able to have coupons available for customers. It doesnt seem like a big deal, however makes checkout longer because everyone is looking for coupons online. This seems to be an individual store policy, in both Danville and Lexington I have asked if they had any coupons available and both stores did.
