Called about purchasing a vehicle was looking for one particular truck was advised they would have several more listed the next day waited a week for a return phone call had to call them back and then ask about getting preapproved before I came in as I live several hours away was told that was no problem they would let me know something the next day when we spoke the next day I was told by another salesman that someone else was driving the vehicle and if they didn’t get approved for it they would try and call me back told them that we were already in the middle of a sale he informed me that since the person was there at the time there’s nothing he could do about it I told him that’s why I called in the first place because me living so far away and he simply said well I don’t know what to tell you I’m not gonna miss out on the sale when this guy standing in front of me he wasn’t missing on the sale anyway I wanted the vehicle he just didn’t want to wait another couple hoursWould not recommend this dealership to anyoneI wish I could have gave a lower rank instead of the one star that I regret giving them is way too much credit for that business 🤬🤬🤬

Was looking for a decent used car for my daughter and had a lot of recommendations from friends to check out this place and that they were good people to deal with. So we went up there today and looked at several cars, found one she liked that was within her budget. They answered our questions about the history of the car, showed us the car fax, didn’t hide anything.Was a very easy buying process...total time in and out about 2 hrs...drove car off lot same day. My step father is a retired mechanic who runs a shop from home and took the car over to him, he put it on the lift and did an inspection, only found minor issues...needs new brakes and rotors, oil change. He was concerned with transmission fluid and plans to do a flush. We also purchased the protection plan that covers engine, transmission, axles, air conditioning, any major repairs. Will update if anything major occurs...buying used there is never a guarantee just keep that in mind.

My credit isnt the best, but I needed something solid on a small budget to get to work and back. Ryan was awesome, patient, and helped me get one of the best cars Ive had in a few years.Two days after the sale, it acted up, leaving me sitting on the side of Monticello St with smoke coming out from the engine. So I called them up and explained the issue. They brought my trade-in to me to use to get back to work while they diagnosed and repaired my new ride!For an As-Is seller, they went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. No one else in town would do the right thing in that situation without a fight, but A and A stood up and did it without question. Theyve earned my business for years to come.
