I had my 2013 Escape repaired at the body shop after a driver ran a stop sign. Cody and the staff were constantly there for any questions or concerns. I am fairly new to the area and did know anywhere to take my vehicle. They were recommended to me and I saw good reviews. Needless to say I am very happy that I went with the team there. The repairs were done so well you cant tell there was ever damage. My vehicle had $9500 worth of damage. I would highly recommend the crew at the shop for any repairs. Very happy and all smiles here!

I took my Ford Fusion in for a recall repair. I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take 3 to 4 hours. I took a book to read and set in the lounge.The lounge is very nice with plenty of padded chairs and couches. There are also 3 bar type tables and chairs. I sat at one of those and it was very comfortable.There was free coffee provided and vending machines available.It was a pleasant experience and my car was repaired in 2 hours instead of 3 or 4. Everyone at the Dealership was friendly and I give them 5 stars for their efforts.

8/16/21 took my f150 supercrew for the works oil change that includes oil and filter, check fluids, rotate tires and check air filters. After 20 minutes I was told my truck was ready. Im thinking gee that was fast. Checklists showed everything was done and ok.After inspection I noticed that tires were not rotated and brakes couldnt have been checked. (I mark my tires to see if they rotate correctly) They then proceeded to rotate my tires. The service manager said he would find what the problem was. No apology or anything for my time and trouble. I now wonder if any work was done. Most dealership I have been to have a viewing window to the service area. I understand now why they dont.

My friend and I broke down in the area and needed to track down a part that none of the local repair shops had. The employee we talked to was able to find it and offered to have it shipped in over night for a reasonable price. We didnt end up needing it but the staff were very understanding of our sticky situation and were willing to work with us to solve it in time for our return home to Iowa.

I took my truck in for service over an issue with the radio, and that is where our experience went downhill.We had bought the truck here and the sales staff were great. We had a good experience completing the purchase. I had taken the truck in before for a recall and to have the steering wheel replaced because it was peeling. The service staff were friendly and the only complaint I had is that there were no loaner vehicles available. I live an hour away and couldn’t drop it off and leave. The repair took a while but everything seemed to be done well. The disappointment began when the radio failed to power up on Sept 28, 2021. After making a couple of stops and shutting the truck off and restarting it, the radio powered up. I drove to the dealership and asked them to look at it. They couldn’t look at it (they were very busy) and set an appointment for me on Oct 11th. My wife called on Oct 8th to confirm the appointment time and spoke with someone in service. They discussed that the truck had been in for radio repair even before I had brought it in on Sept 28th, and it was documented. The time was confirmed and the service personnel asked if we could just drop it off because they were overbooked. We couldn’t drop it off and leave because as I said before, we live an hour away. They also said all their loaners were “out.”I arrived on the 11th and gave the key to service. I mentioned that the radio has also switched audio inputs on its own while driving but has not failed to power up since Sept 28th. I took a stroll through the lot and then went to wait in the waiting room. An hour and a half went by and I was called back to service. I was told that there was nothing they could find wrong because the radio was currently working. Then I was handed a $116 bill for diagnostic and told it was not covered under warranty. My truck has 35600 miles on it but the 3 years ran out on Sept 10. I was then told that Ford would not cover it if it did go out and it would cost $500-$1000 for a new one and programming. I asked if they would not cover it with it being documented more than once previously over the vehicles history and was told no.Today 9-12 I received a call from the service manager. We discussed my visit and he made the situation right. Many wouldn’t do that. It takes character to call someone you know isn’t happy and not only discuss it, but make it right. After this I have to say that I would do business here again. When you see people make a legitimate effort to solve a customers problem, it means a lot. It reminds me why I went here in the first place. I have four Ford dealerships that are closer to my home than this one, but I would drive here again.Matthew Mark and Kelly Chitwood.

The salesman was very helpful and sent me 18 pictures of the truck from all angles and the interior. The pics moved me to put a deposit on the vehicle over the phone until I could get there to make the full payment and drive it home.

The Service dept employees are wonderful. I picked up my truck to have to turn around at Science Hill to return it for further analysis. They fixed the issues that were presenting at the time.They were so nice even when I was fussy, I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help me.

I took my F150 to be serviced and they had to keep it overnight. I was under the impression that I was picking it up and they never called to inform me of it. Not a happy camper.

Wow! Alton Bleckley Ford is the best! They replaced the compressor for my AC and now my baby Subaru Forester is comfortable and running great again. All of the staff treated me like a beloved family member. My car was a furry collie mess when I brought it in, and clean as a whistle when I picked it up. Everyone was careful to mask as well. The cleaning was above and beyond. They provided me a ride to and from home for the day long repair, and the young man who was kind enough to drive me was polite and kind. I cannot praise them highly enough. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well. What could have been a frustrating day they turned into a wonderful day. Thank you everyone who helped me!!!

I brought my Honda CRV to the Alton Blakley Body Shop because of a water leak that was pretty bad. They kept my car overnight, and I picked it up the next day, leak fixed. Professional, friendly, and very timely. I wasnt inconvenienced at all.

Service was very quick and 95 point inspection checked all issues I was concerned with and found no problems.Will return the next time need service.It would be nice to get a printout of all the findings in the 21 point inspection so a person understands when specific service to a listed issue is required to avoid costly repairs.

This was my first encounter with Alton Blakey Ford, as we just moved to TN on May 1st.Processing in was extremely easy and the staff was very friendly and informative. My main reason for the service visit was due to a “Recall” notice received from Ford. I also requested that a piece of slider door rubber weatherstripping be reattached. The Recall work was done very quickly and upon return of the vehicle, the scheduler said that they could not re-glue the weatherstripping back on. I have had many dealers reinstall weatherstripping in the past and have told me to never use ove-the-counter adhesive, as they never hold as well as the body shop’s special adhesive.As I left the dealership, I drove straight to Lowe’s across the street and as I was pulling into a stall, the transmission locked up (that was just repaired during the Recall visit) leaving me blocking traffic with my vehicle stuck in “REVERSE” but reading “PARK”. I called the Service Dept. and they sent a Tech and a Spvsr. over to Lowe’s to repair the vehicle that was directly related to the Recall work. They said that if I had any more trouble, to call them. So, except for the re-work, I was please with the service call.

Got a new truck there under warranty. Had problem out of it after 3 weeks. Took it back up there to get fixed. They lied to me and said they did have rental car there at enterprise when they did. Said there was nothing they could do. The thing is Im paying for the rental for my extra coverage on the truck.

My repairs were fast, over the years I have had repairs at mor than a dozen dealerships. Alton blakley ford is the only dealership to make necessary repairs that actually fix my problem without creating unnecessary repairs that still didnt fix my vehicle. I will not take my vehicles to any other dealership.

I waited for more than 30 days for parts after parts came in, I dropped off my vehicle for recall repairs. Service said it would take 2-2.5 hours. 4 hours later they hadn’t started.

Worst dealership experience ever. Was told to bring my car in March 17th and it was 6 weeks before they were able to get a diagnosis and recommendation that they said they were sure would correct my transmission issues. Another month to get the part and replace only to be told I needed to replace my whole transmission. Would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced here. Service agent made it seem like it was a burden on them by me checking in and didnt communicate and didnt seem to know anything thatwas going on with the repair.

You will be treated like a King by the sales staff when purchasing a vehicle (like most places), but once you need to use the service department for ANY capacity, they act like they are doing YOU a favor by even speaking with you. Alton Blakely Fords service dept needs some SERIOUS customer service training. I would not buy from them again strictly due to the service departments condescension and unconcerned attitude.

We had a appointment for The Works service, and arrived on time. Our vehicle was promptly serviced and in a professional way. The employees are personable and courteous. We were on our way in no time. Best service appointment yet.

Literally everytime I take my truck in for service they forget something. One time they rotated the tires but did not adjust the air pressure. So, I had a low tire light until I put air in the back tires and let air out of front tires. The next time they did not refill the DEF fluid. Costing me about $30.00. This last time they left a sensor unplugged. Yes, it is all minor things, but it is a hassle, especially when you live over 30 minutes away. Evertime I wonder what is going to be left undone, maybe an oil drain plug?

Had my oil changed today and tires rotated, they was all very nice to work with. Thank You!!!
