They denied service to me because of my medical condition that doesnt allow me to wear my mask for more than 5 min. I was being respectful and the employees there were being really disrespectful to me because of my mask do not recommend they need really to be taught some manners.They deserve a 0 star! But i need to atleast give 1 star to put my message out their.

Small local hardware shop with friendly staff ready to help. Prices are a bit higher than what you will find a Lowes or home Depot. 10ft 3/8 PVC pipe $3.98 compared to Lowes and Home Depot at $2.71.

Went this past Saturday 4/18 was very busy alot of confusion between staff comunication . Paid for 6 telephone type poles 16 tall. Got in line with trailer and staff loaded six poles which were very beat up they appeared to be very old not straight crooket at ends. I asked staff to please replace the worst ones (3) he was doing that i went to see the stack of available poles there were six other poles in better condition but I was paying full price for oldest mistreated poles. I went to inform staff loading poles that I wish to have the better poles. He stated I needed to back in store and talk to manager..the staff got on his radio and called someone ( I think the manger) I went inside and talked to Larry the manager unexplained the situation and he stated that he could do nothing about it that he was going to place funds back into my card I explained to him that I used a debit card and wanted cash back he complied. I told him I wanted to buy the in better condition poles even if they were at a high prices ( he called the staff who load and unloaded the beaten up poles and asked if the good poles were there. Manager stated they were not any more poles..I asked him if beaten up poles could be sold at a discount price he stated no..I got my money and went out side and took pics of beaten up poles and the better conditioned poles who manager stated were no longer there. I am going to go talk to owner because I want to hear their side of why this happened . The. Manager had an attitude that was not friendly and did not seem to care about the quality of merchandise he was selling nor willing to sell the same product even thought it was available as a way of demeaning me (the customer) because of asking to get what I paid for full price on good condition materials. If I wanted salvage material ( like the poles they wanted to give me at full price) I could have gone down the street to where they sell materials like whose poles at a discounted price. Maybe as other customerstated my English language was a factor in his demeanor toward wanting to be treated fairly and without prejudice as I did not speak in Spanish ( even thought I am Hispanic ) . I have not been treated like this at Clint nor faben do it best stores by their managers.

Good place to shop for any basic building maintenance part. And very good customer service overall. I go a least 3 times a week & its all good

Great place to get things if your in a hurry. Prices alittle high but its understood. Its a mom and pop store/neighborhood store. Good specials would be at your larger stores Lowes etc....., you know what I mean. It will get you out of a bind if you need somthing fast.

I tried to buy 55 ft of sheathed wire for clotheslines, all good so far ... WHEN THEY GET TO THE CASH TO PAY THEY WANTED TO COLLECT AROUND $ 109.45 MORE TAX DOLLARS ... Well they say that the lazy man works double, because for not wanting to drive further this happened to me. I left there and drove to HOME DEPOT DE LA CALLE ROJAS, excellent decision, there the 55 ft. Sheathed wire for clothesline cost me $ 22.58 including tax. Be very careful with this store, sometimes it is better to drive to other places because even counting the cost of gasoline it is much cheaper to go to other hardware stores than to buy here.
