Jon Lewis is a professional, personable technician who installed a new resistance motor in our Schwinn 270 recumbent bike. We are completely satisfied with the service he provided and happy to have our bike back in operation. Any time we can repair equipment rather than discard and buy new, we consider it a huge plus.

Jon did a wonderful job today assembling my new Nordictrac and even came back to help me with the setup. Highly recommended.

I have an aging club machine that I bought used. When it broke down Fitness Machine Technicians was1. the only one who returned my call. (In fairness, I live in the middle of nowhere)2. Its not often I take the time to write a review but I just had the greatest experience with Fitness Machine Technicians, and their owner Robert Scott I had to write about it. When I called due to a grinding noise on my elliptical machine...maybe 4-years old, Mr. Scott answered the phone himself...can you believe he spent over an hour with me discussing alternatives, even if I took the housing apart, he would work with me on the price as it would save his technician time (I did not even ask that, he volunteered). He helped me find parts...all this and I had not even spent any money. I did the repair myself it turned out, and just had to say that they are more concerned about doing the right thing and earning your business than anything else...they are in it for the long haul, thank you again Robert Scott..

AWESOME COMPANY!We have had our treadmill for a few years and just like everything, it starts to wear. Our Nordic Track treadmill needed a new belt and not knowing who to choose to replace it was a little difficult. We are so happy to have found Fitness Machine Technicians! What a FANTASTISCALLY GREAT company! From the very beginning, Curt Metcalf, the gentleman who initially set up the appointment, was courteous and explained everything that would happen during the visit and the cost. NOTHING HIDDEN! He also told me the technicians name, the color shirt he would wear and how he would take cautious measures to wear a mask before entering our home, for his protection and for ours. Each time I spoke with Mr. Metcalf, he was the same, not hurried, but always displayed a customer friendly attitude. Our technician, Troy Stephens, who did just as Mr. Metcalf stated, was absolutely fantastic! He came right in, corrected the problem, but also noted that our motor was not good, making some noise and the brushes were worn. Mr. Stephens recommended a call be made to Nordic Track to request a new one. We had no idea that Nordic Track would send a new motor to their customers without charge because motors are lifetime on our specific model! That was amazing to learn!! After running into a slight problem with the representative at Nordic Track, I contacted Rob Scott, the owner of Fitness Machine Technicians. I explained what was going on and what information was needed to qualify for the new motor. He immediately sent out the details of our technicians diagnosis, noting that our motor was bad. Mr. Scott was just as kind and professional as Mr. Metcalf and Mr. Stephens! How rare it is to have that happen these days where people treat each other in the manner they wish to be treated, especially when it comes to sales! I might add, we did not have to wait for the email from Fitness Machine Technicians to get it to Nordic Track. It was all taken care of the day of our service. Our new motor is on the way! Fitness Machine Technicians will always be our Go To for service on any of our exercise equipment! We are up and running again! Thank you Fitness Machine Technicians!

We have used Fitness Machine Tech’s twice so far for different issues and each time they have been very responsive and great to work with. Both tech were quick and answered all of our questions and they were good about being contactless. We will definitely reach out to them in the future should we have any more maintenance needs.

Flawless start to finish! Fitness Machine Technicians contacted me soon after I purchased a Body-Solid EXM3000 LPS multi-station selectorized gym. They scheduled the assembly to be done the day after we took delivery. They contacted me before arriving to the house and started the assembly process. The technician assembled perfectly. Friendly, professional, and obviously expert at their craft, we could not be happier with the entire experience and we are contracting them for annual maintenance. Great company! Thank you!Update - continued A++++ service! They now havw assembled also a dumbbell rack and NordicTrack treadmill and we’re on a maintenance plan with them!!! Since March of 2020 I have not been able to work out at my regular gym. I was leery of hiring a company to service my equipment, but finally called Rob Scott at Fitness Machine Technicians. Their service was prompt, professional and I am thankful I made the call. Troy came out and got my treadmill and elliptical running as good as new. We are all looking for a way to stay healthy these days and I would highly recommend this company if you need service or repair for your home equipment.

Robert Scott diagnosed my treadmill problem over the phone (bad bearing in the idler roller) thus saving me the time and expense of a separate diagnostic trip. Troy replaced the roller with ease. My nordic track treadmill runs great with over 400 hrs of use.

They came out on the 6th, told me that I needed a new incline motor charged me 140$,said an estimate for repairs would be emailed in next day or two, here it is the 15th and never heard back, replaced the incline motor myself which was bought directly from Sole,not the problem, bottom line is a misdiagnosis and piss poor follow up, they did come back out to rediagnosed and now say its the Controll Board, got an estimate of over 500.00 to fix, called Sole directly they shipped part for 165.00, I installed part incline still not working, so Strike Two for these clowns, if you like giving your money away call these guys.

Troy came out today and did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my treadmill. He was professional, super helpful and offered great advice to keep my treadmill in good working shape! Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their home gym!

Ìi have used 3 Fitness Tech companies in Atlanta area. What a great experience we had with this company and their very knowledgeable Technician. I am not a engineer type at all. Was given unsatisfactor service froma competitor. This service man solved more than one problem.I have other Excercize machines and am getting their ideas on fixing... rejuvenating old paid for equipment.

Bryan was prompt (actually early which helped me), personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did minor, but important, repairs to my treadmill, bicycle and weight machine. I would not hesitate to recommend Fitness Machine and Bryan.
