I was greeted promptly when I walked in. The shoes were nicely in display and the store was easy to navigate. I even liked the way the sales items were laid out. One thing Id like to see more of is a staff presence on the floor. I had to seek someone out when I was looking for a specific shoe. She was helpful, but I had to find staff. Customer service was great, they assist me not once but TWICE on a shoe return that wasnt a comfortable fit for me. I asked several questions that they had no hesitation on responding to...I was in and out in no time. Thanks shoe carnival!

Its ok has a variety of shoes prices are good

The cashiers were rude they looked like they didnt want to be there especially the Hispanic young lady, the young lady who bought the other shoe up was very rude. I will never go back to a shoe carnival if it wasnt for wanting those sneakers so bad that I had to drive almost 40 minutes I would have walked out.

Dec 24th, 2020My family and I went to go get some shoes for my cousin and I and the customer service was really good. They asked us if they wanted their assistance when we first walked into the store and wished us a great rest of our day once we left the store.

Nice and clean, very organized and employees were extremely helpful.

They had plenty of customer service and they were willing to help any person they came across.

Horrible experience both times I came here with the same person! Do not recommend it here!!!!!

They had exactly what I was looking for

I wear a size 8M shoe which is one of the most common sizes. They didnt have my size in a lot of different shoes I tried on/wanted but they can order your shoe and ship it to your house for free which is nice.

Found the most comfortable shoes there and the nicest people!

I went this past Thursday evening and walked away impressed with my interaction with the associate working. He was very polite and it was noticeable. The little considerations such as asking if I needed separate bags, etc. He is definitely an asset and I will be visiting this location again because of it.

I ended up at this Shoe Carnival after an awful experience at a shoe store closer to my home. I was not expecting much but boy was I surprised at the level of customer service. Linda greeted me when I walked in the door and I was offered assistance a few different times. I did recognize that the store had a corporate visit and decided that was why everyone was being so nice. However, I did need to use the bathroom which is located in the back of the store, thru a door, into a storeroom hall of sorts. I encountered another employee in the hall who offered assistance and was very nice. There was no one to witness her behavior so I feel like the manager has instilled a culture of friendliness into his Team. As I left the store, I did speak to the manager to thank him and he asked me to please let him know if Iever had any service issues in his store. I will definitely buy my shoes from this store, gladly!

Horrible customer service!!! I got an email saying that the shoes with pink stickers in the clearance zone where buy 1 get 1 free. I asked an employee if the shoes in the clearance zone with pink stickers where they ones that where buy 1 get 1 free, just to verify my email. He said yes! So i picked out 2 pairs of shoes and headed to the register and when i get there the lady said that they where not on sale! I was really upset that they lied and never apologized
