The staff here is excellent and personable! This was my first time here. This isnt a cookie cutter shoe store. I was custom fitted with insoles and boots and walked out feeling like a million bucks! I WILL be returning in the future!!

I just got done dropping my boots off there that I bought at the other store in Madison Tennessee to get Tuff toe applied to my brand new pair of Red Wing boots and it took them all week customer service is pretty sorry they didnt even lace up both boots I will not be returning for any reason

All the guys are jealous, and you can bet Ill be sending them your way ;)Very few places actually cater to females in the construction industry, so I was feeling quite defeated when I first entered the Red Wing in Smyrna. Thank Gaga I did, though. It took two different orders to finally get the right fit and style, but Rodney and his team were there with me the entire time. In the end, we ended up having a boot designed and resoled specifically for my needs: composite toe, puncture resistant, steel shank, and a SIZE 7.5 WOMENS! The shoes are beautiful and worth every dollar! I couldnt ask for a better quality product or customer experience. I will certainly be back.

I am a longtime customer of the Red Wing brand, but a new customer to the Smyrna location. The service that Rodney and his staff provide to their customers is fantastic. I recently purchased a pair of work boots and after a few weeks of wearing them, I discussed my discomfort while wearing the boots with Rodney and he went above and beyond to hold true to the Red Wings Comfort Guarantee and exchanged my boots for a different pair that feel great on my feet. Rodneys focus was always on me being completely satisfied with my purchase from his store. I could not be happier with my experience at this Red Wing Shoes location and I will continue to be a loyal customer to the brand and now to the Smyrna store thanks to the excellent and personalized service I experienced working with Rodney and his staff.

So I just went and got a new pair of Redwing boots. This store was excellent, I have a ankle injury that has made getting boots a pain. I told the salesman about my injury, my previous redwings, and what I was looking for in my next pair. He offered suggestions and product knowledge beyond what you get anywhere else. Everything he suggested was comfortable. There was absolutely no rush, I had his attention when I needed it, and he didn’t hover me when I didn’t need his attention. I will definitely be making the trip back for anymore needs in regards to the redwing lines. Definitely happy with my new boots, and customer service at the shop was awesome.Thank you for taking the time to listen to all my concerns.

This store is locally owned and operated! I highly recommend going here to try on your next pair of boots. They accommodated and fit me to the right pair of boots and insoles! Top notch store and service. Can’t recommend this store enough especially compared to big name stores. They do not compare!

This store is awesome. My husband gets a gift card through his workplace to get boots at any Redwing Shoes store every year, and the customer service we received at this specific location was above and beyond. The sales associate, Greg, was great about catering to my husbands shoe needs. While there, we realized my husband steps weird so we purchased insoles specific to his foot and now he doesnt even complain about his feet hurting him anymore! They even have guidelines in place they follow for the COVID-19 situation, and I commend them for that. Well definitely be repeat customers in the coming years.

We had a great experience with Red Wings shoes in Smyrna. We had a last minute emergency where my husband busted his boot soles out the day before leaving for hurricane work out of town. I spoke with Rodney A little panicked because my husband is pretty picky about his boots. Rodney helped us find a boot and was very helpful and informative. They had a great selection and great customer service. We will be back!

Every time I have went they have always been so helpfull. They even found out the I have an odd foot shape and set me up with the best insoles so now my feet wont ache anymore! Wonderful place and staff I highly recommend.

We went in looking for a pair of boots for my husband as his company gives him a voucher for Red Wings. Rodney was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with my husband and got a feel for what he was looking for before making recommendations and found my husband the pair that would work best for him and his job duties. The store was clean. It was all around an amazing experience!

This place is world class. My shopping experience here was amazing. The sales associate was amazingly knowledgeable and charismatic. No pressure to buy but completely informed on their products and their competitors. If you are even thinking about buying shoes this is a must stop place. My sales person was Rodney. They also have great guidelines for the COVID-19 outbreak.

Also the same boots that it took me three times of coming back into the store to try and get replacements because they were getting water in them. The manager was hateful and would not even call other stores to order us a pair. Even when the other employee already was setting me up to do that. He would not even call the other stores and said come back Monday and I will call. Well Monday came and he said the computer and phones were down so he couldnt do it. The pair of shoes we had to choose in place of the other one were not even the same size as the shoe we brought in.... February 7th 2021 called today and Still waiting on boots that were ordered 3 months ago. They said they would call me back but have not. Terrible service for expensive shoes.

Excellent service! I have dealt with this store for years and it has always been a pleasure. I bought a pair of boots last year, they started hurting my ankles, brought them in, no questions asked, I will have a new pair in a few days. The kicker was they ran out of warranty a few weeks ago and without question or hesitation, he had a new pair coming. FYI, my last pair lasted almost 9 years. I will always buy Redwing!! Thank you for making an amazing boot.

Worst service! Will NEVER return to this particular store again!As to your response.... that was not the case. My husband and 2 children were putting on the masks provided by your employee. He refused them service. So they went to Madison store where they were treated with respect. Your store lost out on a $450 commission. Your employee needs to learn how to treat customers. no response needed....

Last year I bought a pair of Red Wing boots.... best pair of boots Ive ever had. On 10/12 I had to take.the in to get some stitching repair after a years worth of wear and tear. Due to the covid situation instead of repairing my boots the just gave me a brand new pair. This company does stand behind there warranty and again Thank you Red Wing of Smyrna.

Lack luster and not much for any female workers. Lacks variety. And the older gentleman went to the back and brought the wrong shoe. Didnt have in my size in a certain shoe and then I felt pushed to leave to let others in. Any female looking for work shoes, dont go here theres better choices in Murfreesboro.

Love these boots! My husband, my son and I all have a pair. Cost is a little higher but well worth it. Get fitted for inserts! Your feet, legs and back will not hurt any more! They will last for years even with everyday use!

Great shoes. I received really poor customer service when I called to try and order my second pair of $275 boots from Red Wing. The guy acted like he couldnt be bothered to process my order. I ended up ordering from the store in Madison, which is where Ill be going from now on.

Shout out to Douglas at Red Wing Smyrna. There is a lot of craziness going on with the pandemic so I wasn’t sure what kind of service I would receive. I was very pleasantly surprised with his expertise and willingness to help as well as his objectivity about my needs. I could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell me something. I will definitely return if I have any more footwear needs.

I went into the store right after a gentleman and he was immediately greeted by the sales lady while I was ignored, until about 10 minutes later when the guy behind the counter finally asked if I needed something. I asked his about promotion for receiving a discount at this time, he explained it to me, no problem. But had no follow through, Did not ask me if I would like to see a boot or shoe etc...I continued to walk around the store for a few more minutes still being ignored so I left. By far the worst service I received at this location. A customer should not have to beg to get service.

My husband and sons work in underground utilities and these work boots lasted 2 years through some heavy duty working conditions, my son just bought the exact same pair because how awesome they make his feet feel.

Five stars because I couldn’t leave a higher number. If you’re looking for work shoes this is definitely the place to go. The employees are super nice, helpful and educated. I’ve never left this store with a pair of shoes I wasn’t 100% satisfied with. I will never wear another brand of shoes ever again especially since they have the life time boot oilings!

I went into the Smyrna Red Wing never having owned a pair of their boots before. I somewhat knew what I wanted because of my uncle (who I work with as a mechanic). He has had his Red Wings for going on 7 years. He has two pairs that he cycles for summer/winter. He loves them and has had them both resoled a few times over the years. I had a wonderful experience with Megan, who took the time to check my size and width. There was no pressure to buy. I did buy my Red Wing 604s and cant wait to try them out. This store provides excellent service. I came in not sure which boots were right for me. After some questions about the activities I’d be doing the salesman suggested a pair which are some of the best feeling boots I’ve ever owned. A couple months later I took the boots on a camping trip and they leaked unexpectedly(they were a waterproof model). I brought them back in and the same salesman explained that they stand behind their products and switched the boots out for me, additionally telling me that if I had further trouble to come back and see them. The boots are all pretty pricey, but it seems to me that you get what you pay for. Great store- will be back!

Staff was incredibly helpful. The lady measured my feet twice, once with the traditional foot measuring device, then with the help of a computer that not only measured my foot size but also identified my pressure points in my feet. The entire experience was very pleasant. I went to 2 other boot stores in the area yesterday, and this was by far the most helpful staff. Unfortunately they didnt have the boot I wanted in stock, she then offered to order them for me and also called another Red Wing to see if they had them in store. Her kindness and demeanor never wavered, even after I told her that I was buying boots tonight.

Heading out to the smyrna store to buy a new set of Irish setter boots like your phone recording says open on sundays 12 to 5pm. NOPE.. I look up another location and dive over to gallatin pike store and its the same story. Closed store. If your hours match my work hours how am I suppose to keep the power on when I cant get boots? That was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life

I have bought all my boots at this store, but never again. I went with my oldest son to get him and myself some boots. The door was locked and when the guy opened it, he was rude right away about wearing a mask and refused to sell to me, because I have a breathing condition and there is no law that says I have to wear a mask. So I drove across town and spent over $600 at another Red Wing location and will never return to the Smyrna location!

Everytime I go to a redwing store I get outstanding service. I own several pairs of redwing boots for casual wear. Today I went in looking for a good work boot and was able to get assisted in my selection.

Came home with a pair of Iron Rangers and could not be more satisfied with the product and the experience. Ryan, who kindly assisted me, expertly and knowledgeably guided me through the process of try on, caring for, and wearing my boots. No better place on earth to buy a pair of workbooks.

Not too many options to actually pick from. Though they can order exactly what youre looking for, and youll at least be able to try something on. Also, with only 1 person working, it was a bit of sitting around.

When you show up to look at red wing boots and they tell you that they dont have the red wing boots because they are to expensive to keep in the store.

I would normally rate every red wing store at a 5 for excellent service and the best boot Ive ever wore. However the store in Smyrna TN really upset me. I drove 1.5 hours to get a new pair of boots. It was a cold day and light snow but when I got there they were closed. It was approximately 1 pm. The store was supposed to be open till 6. I was highly disappointed!!

Overpriced showroom. Found shoes online, but I wanted to try them on and spend my money locally. Arrived here, only to find that they dont keep wide sizes and they were 10% higher than online retailers. Was ready to spend $300 but not pay more AND still have to come in a week later to try on the shoes.

Hated it. The guy wanted to argue that I could not but the insoles that I wanted because Red Wing doesnt make them. Even though I bought the ones I have from Red Wing in Ohio 6 months ago. He was trying to sell me some $70 custom orthopedic insoles, instead of the regular $20 ones I wanted.
