One of my favorite places to shop. A lot of great deals and BOGOs in this weeks sale ad.

Great grocery shopping atmosphere. More variety in food options.

I give 4 stars because there was only one downfall that I seen, that was there was not enough Public Brand item options that were equal to name brand items in terms of getting the better deal however, there were plenty BOGO items and the variety in the deli and fresh vegetables was on point! I overall really enjoyed my experience at this store! Also the soup was really good! We tried lobster and chicken noodle.

I leave the shopping to the wife most of the time. But, when I go to Publix if I need help they dont ignore me like some other stores. Instead they always take me to the location of the item Im trying to find. Always friendly.

Publix is an awsome grocery store. I dont like shopping due to having bummed knees, but when I did grocery shop, Publix is where I chose to shop.

Great smiling service, an amazing deli, excellent bakery, and a wide array of products are what set this place apart. It does not, however, have the best deals.

I have been going to publix since it opened on alamaville rd. Love the people. Never had an issue and if cant find something they have asked if they could order it. Cant say enough about the staff on pharm too. Super friendly and kind, always willing to double check things for me. I am blessed to have all of them in my life.

I generally like shopping at Publix. The stores are clean and bright, the shelves are usually well-stocked, the selection of items is good and the employees are helpful and friendly. Their deli and bakery sections are excellent.

I like the bogo. Parking lot is well lighted. Its always nice when they help take your items to your car. Location Convenience is a must for me. Theyre right there!!

I always have loved Publix. They ALWAYS have what I need. That is my goto spot when a recipe calls for certain vegetables or herbs.

Publix is a very good place to shop everyone is friendly and if you cannot find something they just dont tell which isle it is on they show where the item is.

This facility is always very clean, all the employees are very nice and overall a good selection of products. This is my weekly go to grocery store.

I was shopping and this worker named Victoria Bruch was impolite.

They staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well presented. Employees seemed happy, which is becoming more important to me as time goes by. I figure if employees are happy, they are well treated. If they are well treated, then so will I be.

Always have a good experience shopping here. My biggest complaint are the prices. So much more expensive than other places like Kroger and Walmart and Food lion. Can only afford to shop at Publix once a month for the bare necessities.

I shop here the most. But today I placed an order for the deli and spoke to Lauren who is the manager of that department. I had an issue with ordering online and payment, BUT SHE WAS AWESOME! I say all that to say the customer service was stellar. Thanks Lauren!

Clean friendly and alaws find what I want

Sunday, October 25th, I attempted to make a purchase at this locations self checkout. My total was $81.80. After being promoted to insert CASH or card I entered a $20 bill. Mind you, the cash light was also GREEN indicating it was taking bills, yet the machine took my $20 and proceeded to throw an error code. I patiently waited for 10 or so minutes while (Im assuming a manager) looked at the machines records just to tell me theres no misplaced $20. I was told to leave a name a number, and I was told I would receive a call the following morning (YESTERDAY). I told them over and over to check them cameras, but for whatever reason they were reluctant to do that. DONT SHOP HERE.

Today I was in desperate need for a thermometer for my daughter. Shannon took the time to call another store and told them to hold one just for me. THATS!!! why I love going to Publix. The quality of the products and people are immaculate. Thanks again Shannon.

They didnt cut the sushi all the way through and I got one piece out of it that was whole. The rest of my experience was stellar. But this covered my night in a wet blanket.

I will no longer support Publix. It is the most convenient store to my home, but I have chosen to drive to target and make it my main store. The reason being that publix doesnt require a mask. This makes me feel like publix is more concerned with money then contributing to getting pass this pandemic. My experience today with people who dont wear masks is this...as I walked into publix today, a man went out of his way to run in front of me then slowed down which brought me to an abrupt halt and coughed on me. Its like you guys are giving into the whining toddler. I would rather hear people cry about having to wear a mask then be coughed on. You are supporting the tantrums. You are part of the problem. You didnt just lose me as a customer, you lost my entire family and my friends.

Publix has a program so you can get free pills antibiotics high blood pressure medicine and a whole list of others the people there are awesome customer service at 10 plus a rating I give them aaa you walk in they greet you how you doing they try to start a conversation with you talk to you like they care homegrown people with a homegrown name Publix the only place to come and shop to get that family at home experience

If I have to go grocery shopping, I prefer Publix to pretty much anywhere else. The 2 Publix stores in Smyrna are always clean and well stocked. The aisles are always neat and well maintained.I always get a friendly greeting and offers to help me find anything I need as I walk through the store.At checkout, it is rare to NOT get an offer to help me out with the groceries. And no tipping is allowed.Kroger could learn a lot from Publix but they dont seem to care. Sad.

The staff and managers are very polite and go out of their way to help you any way they can. When we were done shopping they unloaded your grocery cart to be checked out then bagged them up and offered to catty them to your car. You don’t get that everywhere. Great place. This is not fast food. Be prepared to sit, relax and visit. Good food takes time. A breakfast gem. Nice dishes, real glass glasses and substantial utensils. Over medium eggs are just that. Lunch is really good, too.

Great store! The staff is always so nice and helpful! We were looking for a specific beer and we cleaned off their shelf but we needed more and they called 2 different stores for us and had the beers put on hold for us. There customer service is top of the line and their staff is friendly and always happy to help!
