We had a surprise birthday party and only had 30 minutes until the party was scheduled to get started. We ordered a birthday cake (a couple nights before) @ the bakery. I picked it up and grabbed candles, ice cream and a birthday balloon. Made it home before the party started and placed everything. Everyone arrived and we had a great birthday party. Really appreciate Publix for having everything I needed to make this happen quickly!

Hate getting in and out of parking lot but LOVE Publix!!! They have great selection and fresh produce, bread, even flowers. Love the bakery, deli and sushi. Everyone is nice and friendly.

Great work on my fruit tray and cake that was made for my mom. It was great that I was able to order from out of town for her event in Smyrna. And it was prepared and ready on time.

Used the pharmacy for Rx... Great service... Went above and beyond expectations to figure out how to process a manufacturer coupon by being on the phone for nearly 10 minutes. Always helpful and good prices... Definitely my choice for prescriptions over drug stores any day.

As someone from Florida, I cant say that this Publix is much different from any of the countless other ones Ive been to. Its one of the reasons I love this company- they all have awesome staff, squeaky clean stores, great customer service and just dont disappoint in general. However, as this is my local, most frequently visited location, I would just like to compliment the staff here for always being super pleasant, helpful and continually going above and beyond. I also commend this location on their safety practices that have continued even past the mandates here in TN for Covid. It is yet another reason I choose to shop here. Every single employee Ive interacted with from the deli, hot food, produce, meat department, cashiers and help desk are always wearing masks, greet you as you walk through the store, smile (you can tell even with masks when people smile) and are always on the look out for a customer who seems lost or looking for something. Keep up the great work and please stay safe!

I went to purchase fried chicken(dark meat) at the deli. No Dark chicken ready. Manager stated they normally cook dark meat as ordered due to not selling a lot if it. It would been a 20 minute wait. That would of been fine if I was picking up other items throughout the store. Manager suggested that I call ahead and order to ensure chicken will be ready 😋 I informed her I do but no one answers!

I feel like I should mention this first, but I did work for Publix for several years some time ago, so I am well aware of employee expectations. That being said, in the year that I have lived in Tennessee, this has been the best experience I have had inside of a Publix. Every interaction I had with an employee, who were all masked by the way, couldnt have been better, and some of the issues I have had finding items in other stores due to current shortages almost seemed to be non-existent here.

Publix is the best grocery store that we have in Clarksville. Staff is very friendly, store is clean, and they have our favorite groceries. Its a very popular location. Check every Wednesday for their new BOGO or sales items! Wife and I do it first thing when we wake up on Wednesday.

I will go out of my way to shop at this specific Publix location. The parking lot is always kept clean and tidy, staff in every department greet you kindly and are always willing to help, the interior is spotless and neatly stocked, and the checkout process is quick & efficient. I cant say enough great things about this Publix location! Customer for life.

I am originally from Florida, so walking into a Publix store is like stepping into an old friends house!The deli at this location specifically is great. At least once a week my wife and I pick up a hot lunch or dinner of some sort, and I usually grab a prepared Cuban sub for lunch the next day. The staff is always kind and helpful.Always scan the endcaps for the BOGO deals of the week! I use these sales to regularly stock up on cereals, pasta and pasta sauces, canned goods... basically anything with a long shelf life!

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly employees. Great prices IF you catch an item on sale or bogo. Where did store brand low sugar strawberry preserves go? They were a good quality and very good price

I have ordered birthday cakes from the Publix bakery. In person, and over the phone- the ladies that have helped me when I had to do a special order cake, and then I called to change the date and color of the icing for the words- they were beyond helpful, so friendly, and polite. I love them!

Its a run of the mill Publix. Usually clean, fast, and well stocked (when people arent panick buying) with lots of brands. If they dont currently carry something you can ask the managers to order it.

Deli subs are where its at. Richard is excellent both in preparation and his customer service.

Myself and a co-worker ordered salads from the website. His had no cheese but was marked on the ticket that was taped to the clear box. I had ordered mine on a bed of spinach, there was no spinach and I also ask that the ranch dressing be on the side. You can see right thru the box and the ranch dressing drowning my salad. I love coming to Publix for lunch and am usually very happy with my meal but as for today... Nope not happy at all and will consider my options carefully in the future. I do think you owe us lunch. And if those little notes are not read by the person getting the order together, then maybe you need to work on the website to have that taken down.

My overall experience with Publix is 4-5 but this review is more for the deli. My least favorite experience has been the deli due to long waits until online ordering became available. However for some reason now when you order on the weekends there is always a 2-3 hour wait which it used to not be that way. I can understand an hour lead way at busy times but that wait time is excessive. Please properly staff so you can reasonably accommodate your customers at your Sam Ridley location..

Im a faithful Publix Bogo buyer. Use coupons and shop the Bogo specials and youll come out way ahead each time! Today, I used coupons with no expiration date from 4 years ago without issue!Employees are always friendly and if needing help carrying groceries, they will take them to your vehicle for you.

I always get great service. Employees are really nice and offering to help. My kids enjoy their sushi. I like the newest flavor of macarons (mango passion fruit). I like the bogo deals they offer. I bought several of the deals.

As per usual my shopping trip to Publix was very satisfactory. The staff were very presentable and exceptionally helpful. Parking here was easy and with the addition of alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer I felt safe while shopping.

Clean store and friendly staff, the store was pretty busy when I visited. Only 2 lanes open to check out and self check out was pretty backed up. They did end up opening another lane for check out.

Publix is nice I think theyre a little overpriced but they do have some stuff that other people do not and there are some definitely awesome things here for subs are good and they are very friendly.

Ill never go to any other grocery store than this one, again! I recently lost my sister tragically and havent had anything to laugh or so much as even smile about in months. I went to buy some seafood at Publix and the guy over the seafood dept whos name was Joey had this joyous and extremely hilariously character about himself while waiting on me. He was courteous,professional,and so funny all at once. He actually made me laugh for the first time in months. Maybe not a good reason to leave a review on the site, but this was the only way I could think of to thank him. Thank you so much Mr Joey. Keep up the good work because you never know whos life you may be affecting positively.

As someone with food allergies I like this place because I can see they food and theyre good about answering questions about their food. My allergy is wheat and I can see if its breaded or not.
