This timberland story is ok. They have a good selection but I been to other timberland outlet stores with better selection. The people working here are cool 😎. Maybe I came at the wrong time of year. I didnt see anything special. But I was able to get my homegirl some sandals 👡 at a discount. They was a whole lot cheaper then what the website was selling the same sandals.

The big burley staff member was awesome to me. He was telling me all about how boots wear in different situations, materials, hell he was even telling me about flash floods, motorcyclists, and clay. Very pleasurable time

I bought Timberland PRO Men’s 40008 Mudsill from Amazon.com for my husband on June 10, 2020. His shoe (both sides) stitch are coming off. I decided to spend our hard earned money for a quality shoe (almost $100!). My husband bought this shoe in June, 2020, approximately eight months. He only wears it during weekend when he goes to his vegetable garden. He hardly wear it during winter last year for he could not grow any vegetable out there. Based on the review I read, it supposed to be one of the best shoe to be use for landscaping. I assume it to be use full-time, but my husband only used it part-time. I contacted Timberland warranty department few day ago (one year warranty). I am very disappoint for Timberland decision for not to replace my husband’s shoe. My conclusion, Timberland does not stand on it product, “highest quality materials and craftsmanship” should last… Below is what I got from Timberland.Thank you for submitting your warranty claim. Your claim number is SA 142829. We appreciate the level of expectation you have for our product. Because Timberland manufactures products using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, we extend a warranty against material and manufacturing defects on all our products.Our Quality Control Team determined the problem you experienced occurred as result of normal wear and tear. This type of depreciation is presumed to take place even when used with care and proper maintenance. Footwear will gradually deteriorate when used regularly. Normal wear and tear is impossible to prevent if the footwear is used for their designed task. Time nor length of ownership are a factor in this determination. As a result, pursuant to the express terms of the Timberland warranty, we are unable to cover this product.We apologize for any inconvenience.Sincerely,Timberland Customer Service

Me and my wife went there today. I had a bad experience. I went in to purchase the exact pair of Tims I had on because I really liked them. The salesman asked me were the Tims I had on my feet mines. I dont have to steal he stereotyped me because I was Black. Thats bad for business. I did make my purchase but I really wanted to give him a piece of my mind but my wife stopped me. They lost a faithful customer today because I want be back at that location.

I was just looking around but the staff informed of the current sale and my just looking became full fledged shopping. This store had a good selection to choose from. I was able to get my son boots and a hoodie for under a $100. The staff was great.

Earlier this evening i called the store looking for some steel toe boots. Chris answered the phone he politely told me no the store doesnt carry any at that location. Now most would have stop the conversation right there but he proceeded to try to find the boot i was looking for when I told him online didnt have my size. Come to find out he purchased the boot that i wanted in the size that was available and told me that it seem to fit better. He also went over your 30 comfort guarantee. Letting me know that I could return them if I needed too. This gentleman spent time with me even though I was on the phone most would say if you come in we would be glad to help. Chris went above what I was expecting.

Horrible experience. Today 12/1/2018. My husband and i visited the Smithfield location & was deeply disappointed in the service we received. Walking into the location we were not greeted by any of the staff. As we browsed there inventory & picked out our shoes for our family, upon checking out we asked the cashier could my husband where the shoes out the store. The cashier said it was fine, rung up our 4 pair of shoes and bagged our items. Another store employee by the name of Chris approached us from behind and asked to check our bags while we are still at the checkout counter, when asked why, by another customer he snarked at her and said “I’m just doing my job”. Appalled by the situation i immediately asked what was the problem, the employee Chris implies that we stole the shoes my husband was wearing. The cashier tried to explain that we had already purchased them and instead of apologizing he walks away. I am very disgusted with how we were treated after making such a large purchase.
