I am a Starbucks fan, and this is one of the best laid-back Starbucks I have visited. The staff are very friendly and it is reasonably quiet

The girls there are very unprofessional. I was standing waiting for a pick up order that I placed 10 mins before I got there. It wasn’t in the typical pick up spot, it was sitting by the to go orders so I couldn’t grab it. After about 5 mins of waiting she hands me my coffee and I told her I also order a ham and Swiss panini. She says out there were out here’s a reloaded card for you. (Doesn’t even apologize) I get to the car. My coffee wasn’t made right. They didn’t put the classic syrup, I always seem to have this issue. Then the gift card they gave me was for $4 when I paid $6.75 for the panini?? I won’t be spending my money their again. And the manager needs to reevaluate his employees and explain what professionalism is. Bc hitting each other with rags and putting sticks on each other isn’t quite that.

Great coffee. Sadly Starbucks has pushed out most of the local coffee shops the last 20 years.

The Gause location is much better than the Fremaux location. It has ample parking, lots of seating, and the service is great and quick.

My coffee always tastes bitter af. They never have toffee nut, even before the shortage. There’s only one guy that’s pleasant, he should probably go to another store because everyone else there has an attitude that sucks. The store managers sister got on Facebook and told everyone another store had to shut down because everyone has covid, which if you ask me isn’t very professional. All that does is make people scared to go to that location. Even if it is true, she probably shouldn’t be telling Starbucks business like that. Idk. This store isn’t a very good location. I’ll go across town before I go to this one which is 3 mins from my house

Everytime we come thru here, they are closed. We stopped in our way back from Arizona because we needed a coffee and the website said they were open till 8 and we get there and the sign out front said they closed at 5. On our way to Arizona we had stopped at this same one and they were closed early.

Ordered ahead. Drinks were ready and waiting when I arrived. Great service.

I would give it a 5 star ⭐ except that its a ridiculous long wait but we still like them, nice people.

20 minutes before they were actually closed; the 6 employees present had the doors locked and blocked their drive thru with a car to refuse the 4 car trying to order outside. Im all for wanting to get out and go home, but this was excessive with so many people waiting outside to give this location their business.

Based on the wait time in the drive through right now Im assuming this location is exclusively staffed by sloths.

I love any latte with Almond milk! Soooo good! Also love bagels with cream cheese!

Very nice barista saw that I had two for babies in my car with me and gave me two pup cups for free!! Exceptional service with the added attention to my fur babies. It made my day and theirs.

A bit over priced and found out they directly support abortion. Not a fan of that.

You have got to love Starbucks! But today I found out that they are no longer carrying K-Fee pods. My Starbucks verissimo machine I guess is outdated. But they did tell me where to go to buy the last it existence. Got to love Starbucks

Dirty facility with questionable customer service. Cashier interrupted to have a mini side conversation with another customer -_- see attached pics of place. Coffee tasted as expected tho.

This is March of 2021 one yr into a pandemic: so there was no inside seating, however, there are 3 outside tables, a thunderstorm was coming, the customer service(both the young lady and the young man)was very nice at closing time.😁

Go to front street location. This one is always out of around 50% of their menu. They’ll blame the weather,Covid, etc. Save yourself the aggravation and lies and just go the two miles to the Starbucks on front street that somehow manages to stay stocked. Thank me later.

This review is based on my one and only experience at this Starbucks, but it was enough of a great one for me to come and leave a review. The barista who took our order was incredibly kind, helpful, and joyful, even though it wasn’t 6:00 am yet. He answered questions and clarified what was in different drinks, and once we picked up our order, our iced lattes were made really well. All in all, ‘twas a good time.

Gazette. Comment need. Everyone knows how great that place is.

Service is fast and always done with a smile and care!

Clean restaurant. Kind service. Even was given free snacks with the group I was with. Starbucks prices are high, but the quality is good.

Staff is exceptionally friendly, remembers your name if you come in semi regularly, overall quality staff. Lots of places to sit and relax, and areas to plug in laptops and study or do work or just relax. Very cleanly environment, bathroom almost always look they have just been cleaned. Location is right next to the shopping center which makes it easy to go around and check out other shops or restaurants. Overall a great place with great drinks and treats :)

Ordered a caramel macchiato with soy and a extra double shot. Im lactose intolerant so its important to get this correct. Even the the person at the window confirmed my order correctly, they made it the regular way, took several minutes to get the cashiers attention. Then she replaced it. Just a bad experience this time.

Ordered a couple of drinks and pastries through the app. Arrived 11 minutes later and the drinks were ready but the food was not. No one would make eye contact with you so that you could get some help either. Finally after a couple minutes later someone greeted me and I was able to tell them my order wasn’t complete. It took an additional six minutes after that to get my complete order that had been placed almost 20 minutes ago. This location is consistently the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had

Ive been going to this one for 2 month, I just dont understand how they keep running out of coffee 7 different occasions - especially PIKE. Inconsistency in coffee strength they dont know how to measure-not sure if they got trained for that. If you want great coffee and smiling service go b4 6am.

Ordered my food online 10 minutes before I arrived. Coffee was ready but food took another 5 minutes and when I finally came to pick up after my name was called the lady told me they were out of one of the items I ordered. Usually it won’t let you order if they don’t have it don’t know what went wrong. Quicker service and clearer communication is needed

Drive thru was packed so we went in. Placed our order..2 white chocolate mochas...the people behind us ordered and got their order first. Had to ask about our coffees for them to make them 🙄

The cashier was awesome! I would drive across town just because I know she would do such a good job.

Ridiculously slow service. There was no one ahead of me and I kept watching them make drink after drink, but they never got to mine. I understand people order from the app but they need to have one employee handle those orders and one take care of the customers in the store. I finally just left with no drink and made a $6 donation.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks for mobile pickup that consistently greeted me and told me to have a great day, but this store here nails it every time I go in there! They truly make my day start off on the right foot!

Unfortunately I have only ever had bad experiences at this location. I would keep going back because its Starbucks and everyone has bad days, but no matter what its always something. The morning staff does not seem to be able to handle the morning rush, ultimately making our drive-thru wait time unnecessarily long. Theyve charged my card at least twice for others much larger orders than my own and then made me feel stupid when I come back in asking for a refund. Theyve even kept my card in the rush of the moment at the window and thankfully I realized it as soon as I drove away, but that was the last time I would go back. It sucks because that location is right by my home and I like the convenience of Starbucks. And no, its not me. Ive worked in the service industry for many years and am extremely understandable about a lot of things. I guess me and this location will never be in sync. Unless they give me free coffee for a year, then maybe Ill consider coming back.

Favorite place

Terrible experience. We had a twenty five minute wait in the drive through and there is no way to exit the lane once you make the first turn. 5-6 minutes per order is unacceptable.

Customer service is horrible here. Every other Starbucks has always taken care of me. I got stuck in traffic to come get my order I placed online and it had melted a bit and I asked if they could make me a new one and they refused. Ive had it done at other Starbucks in the past. When I customer spends 100s of dollars at your store and you need a special request for 1 occasion, you do it or you lose loyalty. Go to one of the other better locations.

This coffee shop is great i have little to say in terms of complaints. It could use some more parking space and is always busy but i think it is great. It allows for people who are in wheel chairs to come in and grab coffee and is a place where are the people who study go to.

This location can NEVER get my drink order correct!! I keep giving them another try because the location is convenient and they just keep getting it wrong. Every. Dang. Time. Im talking getting hot lattes instead of frappuccinos, leaving ingredients out of drinks, etc. On top of that, their service is so slow. Even when Im the only person in line, it could take 10 minutes to get a drink. I will not be visiting this location again.

I love this Starbucks! I am not going to deny how difficult it can be to get in and out of nor how busy it is, therefore how long your wait is. But they always make a consistently great drink!! I live 3 minutes away from the Northshore Boulevard location but if I’m going this way, I make the long journey coffee-free so I can get a much better drink here. I would recommend this particular location over any other in a heartbeat!

Delicious coffee. I usually get frappuccinos but the barista recommended my new favorite when I expressed I wanted something warm instead.

Friendly atmosphere wonderful coffee. I got the double smoked bacon extravaganza, might not be the same name, it was glorious!

Took 30min at this location after we ordered inside to get a single order of hot tea. Tea = hot water and a tea bag, not sure what was so complicated about this.

I just hope people are really reviewing fremeaux Starbucks, because these comments are a little far fetched. We have an awesome morning crew from 5 am-9 am. and they do a great job! Talk to any of our regulars and you won’t be disappointed. Our drive thru times are about 1-2 minutes from box to window in the mornings.

One of the slowest drive through you can imagine! Do yourself a favor and go inside and take out your order. Everything else is great about this place.

Always nice, got a cold sandwich the other day tho. They seem to be slow compared to others, writing this review in the drive thru.

Its starbucks....or St. Arbucks as we call it in our home. The staff is courteous, menu same as every other, lines are long as usual...but if u like familiarity...❤

The people there are so kind! And when the gentleman taking my order could hear that my kids did not want to share a venti, and I was about to say tough shh....he was like I can put them in two small cups for you if you’d like? So sweet AND problem solved!! Customer service is on point and the place was very clean with lots of seating. Definitely will be making this our new Starbucks home!!

Tonight visited the fremaux town center. I ordered a VENTI peppermint mocha frappe. As I have a million times before. 1st off the barista handed me a hot. Then I waited for my correct order. It has no flavor at all 😤 so disappointed. If you want good starbucks go to front street.

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee while on the road. Coffee was good but it took longer than expected to get a fairly simple 2 drink order.

Best Starbucks Ive ever been to. Lindsey is amazing! She recommended a double fudge cream, and being that is the first time Ive tried it, I will be back for another one soon!

Nice people in drive through, slow... coffee was HOT. It burned my tongue. Ive never had a Starbucks coffee that has burned my tongue. Id expect that from a gas station coffee.... Not Starbucks. Not cool.

I frequetently visit the town center Starbucks. My coffee is perfect every time. There are two barista which are always pleasant and just make the visit more enjoyable. Beth and Sarah quickly take your order and prepare you drink very timely.Thank you young ladies for making my Starbucks experience.

Trey at the starbucks on fremaux by the new town center mall is a great barista. I didn’t know what I wanted so, I gave him some details on the kind of coffee I wanted and he made me the PERFECT coffee!! I can’t recreate it at any other starbucks. It was phenomenal and he greatly impacted my day. Thanks so much for the awesome customer service

Typical Starbucks quality but the design is a nightmare for cars during a rush. Cant get in, and being out is even worse. Would avoid in the future due to this.

I stop at this Starbucks whenever im.in the area. Usually theyre pretty slow but today they were actually quick and my Frappe tasted better than it usually does from them. Im giving them 4 stars because parking is awful along with the entrance / exit setup. Its not the most easy starbucks to access.

Employees are incredibly slow and need to prioritize customer service over sweeping the floors.....

Service was great. This Starbucks is in Fremeaux center which is my favorite part of slidell. The customer service was great and we had the dragon drink which was my first time trying with my mum. We ordered the trente. Ill definitely be coming back to this specific Starbucks in future for lunches and drinks.

Its a great stop if you are in a hurry and the customer service is always on point.
