I did some research prior to going to the store so I had a little bit of an idea of what I wanted. But there’s nothing like in person assistance. Rodney took the time to show me exactly what I needed to see, easily directed me to the right selection by me just telling him a little about my sleeping preferences & habits. I didn’t feel overwhelmed by all the choices I needed to make. He saw by my reaction from one bed to the next which options to eliminate from the selection. That was such a great help. Can’t wait to sleep on my new bed!

My husband and I bought two mattresses at the Northshore Blvd. location. We had a great experience. Parrish (the Sleep Expert) is so knowledgeable on the mattresses in his store that we learned so much on getting the best sleep possible and what was the best mattress for our sleep pattern.He was very professional, kind, and patient with us, as we asked many questions and laid on a few mattresses.We wish there were more sales people like Parrish.We look forward to enjoy sleeping in our Beautyrest.

Hubby and I love our new beauty rest mattress with the base to raise and lower the mattress with the massage feature. We also purchased the mattress protecter which was a game changer. The staff has been awesome. They personally brought my pillow to my home. ❤️ Only 4 stars due to the legs not being with the original delivery caused a week delay of install.

The sales person spent alot of time answering questions and informing us about the options at the store. The delivery did not come when scheduled (outsourced deliveries), however when I called to complain to Manager, he immediately took responsibility and steps to make it right. My delivery came, the bed is perfect and follow up was appreciated. Overall, Id certainly purchase again and refer them to others interested in a new mattress set or bed.

I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm. My husband and I had a mix up on the time and arrived to the store 30 minutes before the store closed. Not only did our salesman, Matthew insist that we stay and browse but he took his time with us to explain in detail what was beneficial to our needs in each mattress we inquired about. First off I do not recommend buying anything from them online. I ordered a mattress and foundation set the delivery for the foundation to come 13 days after my order, the mattress was a box one so fedex brought that to me. The day my foundation was set to be delivered had arrived and I had not heard from anyone so I called only to be told I had to use the live chat option on the site which was a robot and could not have an actual conversation. I sent an email trying to get information several hours later I was told my foundation was on back order and was asked if I wanted to change it out. I told the man yes but needed it no later than the next day ( was getting my new bed delivered then and needed it in order to sleep on a bed) and got no response. The next afternoon. I received a phone call saying it would be another two weeks for delivery so I cancelled. In my dire need for a foundation I went to a local store and the man there was so very helpful. They did not have anything in stock but found one a few towns over that had them in stock and I could get it that day!!! I drove to the other location that man too was great helped me load them up and I was off. The retail locations are great with great employees but the online system is a mess and they obviously suck at customer service if they had called me in the 13 days we could have swapped it out and made it work!!!!

They are very educated about the mattresses they sell. I felt good about the choice I made with their help,that this will be a very comfortable mattress for many good nights sleep. Went in and only felt comfortable spending $250 on a bed frame and twin size box spring; really wanted to update my bed but the prices are egregious; no wonder the place is scarcely occupants by more than two people. I get it the business may only be targeting a specific demographic

Our family went visit this store location today just to browse while our car was being worked on nearby at Wal-Mart. It was during their Memorial Day sale. We we looking for a decent mattress and box spring for our guest bedroom. As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Kaitlin, which is the associate that helped us and answered numerous of our questions. The deals we encounted all sounded great. Kaitlin and Matthew were extremely helpful and went over and beyond to get us the best deal and every option they could to discount our purchase. How much fun can you have in a mattress store spending $1800? Not a lot, but David was personable and made us feel comfortable, so we had a lot more fun than expected. It was easy to make a choice with Davids walkthrough and he was patient with our indecision. The 100 day happiness guarantee made us feel confident enough to buy on the spot and not shop around as we had planned. I did a quick Amazon search before putting my money down, and the prices are reasonable, but you definitely need to spend money if you want the fancy/soft/cooling-foam options.
