I love the design of this one-room permanent exhibit. It is arranged in an imaginative and unique manner. An absolute must see.

A must in Sitka. We were lucky to get a personal guided tour by the museum director. There were so many items to see, the hour we spent wasn’t long enough... we plan to return. Amazing collection on native artifacts and everyday life elements. You must visit if in Sitka!!!

Wonderful collection of Alaskan Native artifacts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely take time to open the drawers and explore items stored there!

Well displayed childrens toys, rain gear made of skin. Very beautiful homemade belts and jewelry by Inuit women. Tiny porcupine needles. Well worth a visit.
