I was there on a Thursday early evening, the store was not too busy. Inside it was super nice and well organized. I loved the way the only staff I saw was ready and willing to help. I needed 12 balloons and the only cashier working, immediately helped me with my choices and was also in a hurry to go help other customers getting in line to pay. Very nice experience.

Clean store, one of the larger stores in this chain. Always great deals and my go-to spot when Im out of town and need toiletries and snacks.

A pig pen. Difficult to navigate the store due to junk in the aisle-ways. Poor selection of products, even for common, everyday items. The staff are hot and cold, but lets face it - nobody goes to a dollar store for the service (although when it happens, its greatly appreciated).

I come from West Hollywood out to Simi Valley at least once a month on business and regularly go to the Dollar Tree store. The selection is great and the store is very large. There are unbelievable buys basically because everything is a dollar. You can get name brand products that cost 500% more in stores like Gelsons, CVS or Pavilions. The manager of the store is a very great guy. Very helpful and terrific personality. It is a very smooth operation and worth a visit. I walked out with 49 items that cost me $49 and if I had done this in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills it would have cost me $249.

I can always find nice and decent items for my house this time I got gift wrapping paper and some gift bags.. the design and the sizes are perfect!! And at the perfect price : $1 😱😍😊One cashier only I believe is part of the new regulations for their store because of covid. The store is well maintained and stocked 👍👍👍Thank you !

That have a lot of cool stuff. I saw a lot of organizational stuff and when I went back to get some it was all gone.

This place is the best deal for balloons to celebrate many different events including many choices for birthday celebrations!There is generally a long wait so be prepared & be patient. The seem be be under staffed especially on peak days like Saturday.

The store was clean, shelves were well supplied. Picked up the items needed. The Covid-19 spacing, masks were worn by customers and wipes available. Check out went swiftly and amicably.

Store manager was extremely rude when asking her if the store had certain items in stock, she kept cutting off my sentences and belittling everytime I asked her for assistance. Her attitude made me very uncomfortable and basically humiliated me in front of other customers. Terrible way to treat people who are simply trying to be customers. Do not shop here!

This place is a dump. Always in disarray. 7 out of 10 interactions with an employee results in rudeness and forget getting in and out quickly. Most of the time there is only one person running a register and the checkout line reaches all the way to the back of the store.

I went in there for one thing and discovered they had my most favorite thing...Tastykake pies, yum......

I love our little Dollar Tree its not always stocked with the best but its a gem nonetheless! It stays busy and theres pretty much always a long line, so be prepared to wait & be nice!

Getting picked over, but still lots of good buys. Moorpark store is stocked better, sorry Simi Valley.

Dollar Tree in Simi Valley is horrible and unacceptable. It used to be a place i went every day, if was clean organized, friendly associates, never a line. Now its the worst store Ive ever been in. The line is all the way to the bleach in the back of the store. They didnt have bags for weeks, and I was forced to buy some childs reusable bag. That store is embarrassing for Simi Valley.

I love this store. Management is great and they always fulfill my needs. A lot of variety of products and balloon selection.

Theres a lot of inexpensive stuff at this location and I prefer it over the other dollar stores in town. Its got the biggest holiday section for whatever holiday is coming up. It also has a lot or gardening stuff. If youre looking for cheap decor or party favors or other items you dont want to pay a lot for, this is the place.

Love the dollar tree. It doesnt have as great of a selection as the 99¢ store but I always find super cute things and I get great ideas for decorating, crafts and storage from pintrest. I dont know how I go to a dollar store and walk out spending $50+ but some how I manage to every time I go in there.

Always find great deals. Normally cashiers are friendly but today Loni I believe was her name was having a bad day. Almost hit my hand with a merchandise devider and a bit rude. Overall not a bad place to shop. Manager was friendly and accommodating.

I LOVE the Dollar Tree Store, however this store is ALWAYS messy. I walked in the store in the morning and the shelves looked as if a tornado hit inside the store! There were only 2 shoppers in the store and there is no way they made this mess =( I have been in several stores well cleaned and organized however this store is a disappointment. I have worked in retail in the pass, we had to straighten the store before we closed at night and the morning crew had to keep it up. One of clerk at the register was eating as she was checking out, gross!

Got what I wanted, price is as expected but the service was horrible. There was so, so many people waiting with only 2 lanes open and the checkers were super slow then I see a manager just standing and watching rather than jumping in and helping clear the customers out. It was kinda ridiculous.

I picked up three items and it was fast and the cashier was friendly.
