This Firestone location is fabulous! They communicate with you every step of the way. I was provided excellent customer service with each person I interacted with over the phone and in person. Plus they had my car finished 4 hours earlier than expected which is saying a lot since my car needed a lot done! 10/10 would recommend!

Carlos was helpful and knowledgeable from the get to. He explained every step of the process and was honest with pricing and parts needed. Not only was I out of the shop within an hour (without an appointment), but he also made sure that I didn’t over pay. What more could you ask for. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent service. My VW Jetta suddenly broke down with a damaged alternator and a drained out battery. Me and my wife waited while they did a super job of getting it fixed as quickly as possible even though I understood they had other high priority work to take care of. They were quite accommodative and I truly appreciate that.

Ive had a number of issued with my vehicle. Ralph, the lovely, knowledgeable ladies were a welcomed sight in a male run industry. The mechanic that worked on my car went for a drive with me to pinpoint the issues I was concerned about. They fixed previous work that wasnt up to par and got my car running much much smoother! I called them to see if they can match an online price, they told me yes over the phone but when I went to the shop they said they can’t match the online price. Waste of My time. I don’t recommend this shop, they try to get you in and sell you at higher price.

I brought my car here for an oil change and alignment, they said it would be around 1hr- 1.5hrs and I got a ride back there after 2 hours and still waited another 45 minutes for my car to be ready, that was ridiculous. The only reason I got my car on time before I had to get to work and the only reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 3 is because of the woman who works in the front. Olivia is always smiling always willing to help out and make sure youre happy with the services they provide. Im happy with the work here but the wait times are crazy, I would rather go a day they werent so busy or wish they would figure out better scheduling. This place is clean, not many places to sit, if you only have one car and no ride there are things to do around there and a Starbucks across the street.

Got my power steering pump replaced because there was a small leak, but have had to go back multiple times to get it fixed because they keep installing it incorrectly and saying it’s finished.“It’ll make noise for a couple days and be fine” they say, and two days later after each time I take it back in my car has stopped being able to steer, so now I don’t have a working car at all and it’s in worse condition than when I went in.Shouldn’t have gotten it replaced here at all. They gave me a refund which is why this isn’t 1 star but still never coming back here again because now I have to uber or rent to get anywhere.Made my car completely worthless.

Went for a front alignment but they couldnt get my caster correct. Seems like they just did the bare minimum and didnt take the time to do the job right and get the numbers closer to nominal.

I went in to the Simi Firestone as a last minute decision at around 2:45 on Thanksgiving eve because Im driving to San Jose for Thanksgiving. The very nice and very knowledgeable young lady at the desk said there was a wait but that she could fit me in. I was more than happy and willing to wait the +/- 2 hours. Go to Grand American Tires instead! I had two nails in the tread of my Tire and firestone tried to rip me off and tell me I need to replace the whole tire. Then they mysteriously misplaced my tire when I told them I wanted to take my car somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE

Professional environment and great service. I bought four tires here about two years ago, and they gave me great service and the best price at the time. Last Saturday I took my van in at 4:45pm because a large screw had punctured the back tire. The manager was welcoming and so helpful as he looked up my records. They fixed my tire for free, no questions asked.

This shop is very reliable. Ive used other Firestone shops in the area and none seem to have to same commitment to honest recommendations. For me, that is paramount because I dont know much about autos and I rely on the advice of my shop. I believe their pricing is some of the best around, too. Compare oil change prices with other shops, especially using the coupon prices available on the website, which get mailed to you if you sign-up for the Firestone card. Speaking of the card, its a great deal, too. You get 90 days of no interest on your purchases. This is a great way to spread out auto maintenance costs over the course of a year. Also, Firestone offers a lifetime alignment deal thats a phenomenal value. Its true that turn-around is pretty slow, but all things considered, I find the trade-off worthwhile. The great people at Simi Valley Firestone will take care of you.

Will was so nice at first, but in the end he screwed me.He is a crook and a con!!!I have a 2002 LW 300 Saturn with windows switches that no longer worked, due to Oregon weather I suppose. He went online to find used window switches to replace the old ones on my car. I thought he was being helpful-HA.According to Will, B & R charges $84.66 a pair, but only ONE side of the pair showed up when I came back three days later.Will said he would call B & R and have them send the other side, saying it was probably a mistake. He installed the drivers side and I paid the $84.66 and left.I never heard back from him.Two weeks later, I called Firestone because I had not heard anything from Will, and Brandon tells me that Will is off, but he told him that B & R refuses to send the other switch and I will have to pay another $84.66 if I want the passenger switch.Will is a coward, he didnt even talk to me about it. He told Brandon that he called and left a message, but I never received it.Shame on you Will, B & R never told you that. I called B & R and they told me that they would have sold the whole Console for only $50. Even shopping online myself, I found multiple switches for under $20 each; with shipping!You just had a poor sucker in your midst and pretended you were helping, but instead you were price gouging this ignorant customer (NOT ignorant anymore!).Will typed in a price, four times the cost from the salvage company, into Firestones computer and I bought it; trusting you.Brandon pretended to be sad for my problem, but he just kept saying that he was only quoting Will and to go online and buy the switch at Amazon; then silence. Hoping I would go away. So now, Firestone has left me swinging in the breeze, because they have their money and my signature, even though my order wasnt completed yet, they are done with me and want me to go away..Will is a crook and a swindler!!!Fine...away I go. Not spending another dime in your shop and gonna shout it to the world, Dont TRUST Firestone.You conned me, Shame on you and shame on me for trusting Firestone.

Several customers came in while I was there, she knew them all by name and what their vehicles were. Carlos guy who serviced my car was awesome as well. Ill be back for regular services on my car.

Crooked. Came in awhile back for an oil change and they took the time to check my alignment for free. When they showed me the results it was obvious they had set my car up then turned the wheel. Tried to dummy it down for me and tell me basically red=bad and green=good. Except my husband used to be a mechanic and I can read an alignment sheet. All the wheels were off/red in the same direction for a very similar value... Not to mention if my wheels were THAT off my car would be making a turn all on its own. I called them out and was told it was all free even though my car was out of warranty.. The next sheet they pulled looked much different. And when I referenced the previous red one they couldnt figure out how it happened... Yeah, I bet.,I cut up my Firestone creditcard and wont be visiting any location for a long time, if ever.Go to Big Brand Tire & Service down the street. Bigger, cleaner, and huge open windows to watch your car if you want.

Not impressed, I had my brakes done here. I always use Firestone for all of my cars maitanance but I always go to the Ventura location, this time the Simi location was closer. They did my brakes and 2 months later Im back because soneone didnt do a good job, except this time I went to the Ventura location off of Seaward. Stay away from the Simi location.

These guys will rip off an unsuspecting consumer. My radiator was cracked so I took it to these guys for an estimate. They quoted me $670. $300 for the radiator and $370 for the rest. I found an OEM radiator online for $150. These guys are out there to squeeze every penny

Brought car in for rear brake check, they call me a few hours later, not only do they attempt to totally up sell the rear brake problem, they inform me that my front brakes (which were just done 2 months ago) needed to be replaced, this was OBVIOUS B.S. If they were lying about the fronts, what would make me think they werent F.O.S about the rears. Avoid!!!!

I went in on the recommendation of Enterprise Rental Car in East Simi. I had a nail in the tire of my rental and the guys replaced my flat with another tire that went flat that same evening. Cheap parts, poor workmanship, or all the above. I dont know. But, their mistake could have been disastrous to me. So, they get a one star .
