This curbside pick up or drive up needs to have better service. Why are you people wasting time like this. Seriously get your services together people

Really clean location and very easy to navigate around. With current covid measures they take it really serious here as the entire staff is wearing masks and gloves. They have sanitizing stations all around the store

Was working a 12 hour shift and my kid needed lozenges and my Dad need a BP monitor. Within 5 minutes I found both at my local target, ordered and paid for them and sent my husband to pick them up. Very Convenient. No wait

It’s an okay Target. It’s mostly in stock with things but definitely not your normal Target experience. There are definitely times w long lines but the employees normally move the lines along. The employees are great here but the store is ok

My experience at Target was amazing. I came to Target to get clothes for my sister’s baby shower before I got there. I did not expect to find anything of my liking but then I bumped into an employee named Heaven. She was honestly so helpful and polite. While she was helping me find some of the dresses she also let me know the stores return policy since the fitting rooms were closed and she also let me know the prices of the clothes I picked. She was just overall so determined to help me we had a great conversation and she made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much Heaven for making my experience at Target great.

4pm on a Friday with 1 cashier but Ive seen 10 online shoppers and stockers. The line is 30 people deep and growing. My feet hurt from standing.

I cannot begin to describe the wonderful experience I had at Targets Guest Services in Wheaton. I was hesitant to return my merchandise because I didnt have a receipt and no box and usually Im not met with high spirits in these instances. But when I was met by Alexandra at the Guest Services, not only did she do my return, but she was extremely reassuring and comforting. She made me feel so welcomed and like she actually appreciated me for returning the merchandise more than I appreciated her for doing the return. She is the example of the Guest Experience model all retail stores should exemplify. I greatly appreciate her kindness and positivity and giving me a reason to carry on the rest of my day with a smile. Thank you Alexandra, your kindness will go a long way.

Great price lots of variety to choose from

This is one of the best target stores in the area. Products are easy to find. There are many self check-out registers, and the lines tend to be short as a result.Best to avoid 5-7pm on weekends because its much more crowded than usual.

The young security guy named Alex is seriously the best. He is always greeting customers in a very polite and welcoming manner. He’s also very good with his job I’ve personally witness him stop sneaky maskless clients. I’ve also seen him carefully and kindly study receipts. It’s a tough job but this man makes it look so easy. Whatever he is getting paid he deserve double.

To begin, my name is Jonathan and I run the service desk and deliveries at The Home Depot in Gaithersburg and when I receive excellent customer service, I want to shout out the associate who helped out. Today I received excellent customer service that was definitely above and beyond! Shout out to Queina for being attentive to my questions and concerns and assisting me and also letting me know about the Target Circle rewards program which I had no clue about. She assisted me in learning how the program worked and she did it all while having a positive attitude. I usually make Target runs once in a blue moon but having an experience like today makes a Target run, especially here at the Wheaton Target, more likely. This is customer service at the highest! It went really smooth. Easy to oder and place my order. Things that were on sale was available to purchase. When I went in the store, staff was really helpful in taking care of customers. I didnt had to wait for long, eventhough there was line. Staff spoke very nicely. All was good. Thank you!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Staff working for target itself are very nice and polite .. HOWEVER!! The security at the front has now discriminated and inappropriately followed then searched my daughter asking to check her receipt and making her wait while choosing to let other ( don’t want to say race ) pass right by him even when the alarm sounds, saying they are ok to pass.... THE VERY DEFINITION OF DISCRIMINATION!!!!

I did not receive all of my items. The order should’ve been checked against the receipt to assure all items were there when they brought them to my car. If items were unavailable, I should’ve been notified and they should’ve been substituted for similar items. I can’t refund online for 24 hours. Otherwise, I have to return to the store, which is very inconvenient and Target will not deliver the missing items.

Worst target ever. Stock numbers are always off so if you look something up online and try to come pick it up here 9 times out of 10 they wont have it and the customer service is just as bad so when you ask for an explanation as to why this error occurred they always say sorry theres nothing I can do and walk off.

I have used other retailers with purchasing something online and going to pick it up and either there is a problem in their inventory and the item isnt there OR it takes an extremely long time to get the message that the item is ready. Both of the items that I ordered were ready in about half an hour and I received an email that I could come by and pick up my items. Couldnt be any better!

2.5 if I could give .5 points.From a customer view: The majority of the workers are very helpful when you need it and polite. The self check out lines go by fairly quick. The customer service line either has absolutely no one in it or a ton of people waiting to be helped.From a previous employee view: A high majority of the employees who are higher in position (ie managers of certain areas of the target) are rude. I don’t ever recommend working here. They won’t train you properly, however, they will rudely demand you to do your “job”. Even though you won’t know how to do it. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll learn piece by piece how to do the job you’re assigned to do by other new employees (not by anyone who’s been there for years and has experience). When you ask an employee who’s in higher position to help you out, they’ll act as if you’re essentially incompetent to do the job. There are some leaders that find it enjoyable to “nag” at employees because they’re not going fast enough, while they don’t help out with anything. Over all, I don’t recommend anyone to work at this target. They won’t treat you like a human being, but more like a puppet.I recommend to go to a different target.

I like this target because its attached to Westfield Westfield Wheaton,, its bigger than most with the 2 floors,, if you cant find what youre looking for here, then I dont know where you should go,, lol,, they have it all.. Customer service is ok,, usually hard to find help,, but when you finally do,, there are happy to help..

Kids was just fine because I went to Westfield Wheaton Mall about 8 months ago. And I went to Target and there was ROBLOX toys. i bought ROBLOX toys! I loved it!

Service, friendly, calm and product knowledge! I was with my son and wanted to get in and out in the COVID19 situation we are all in, but for a young dude and the girl that helped us was my shopping for today. My son wanted some headset for his Nintendo switch. Thank you Target employees, staff, and everyone for helping us all with a shopping solution for now. Thank you all!! You are all amazing!!!

My Target has a diverse selection of items and it is generally well organized and easy to find everything that you need.

Surprisingly was very easy to order and pick up my item

This store has surprise discount pricing. You often reach the check-out to find that the price rings up $1 for an item with a $1.38 posting (yogourt) or $4.25 for a $5.45 posting (book). Look at the posted price to check dates for sale items, so you are not surprised when those ring up higher than the posted price. Do you like unpredictability? Then this is a great place to shop, and you cant beat the hours or civility of the people who work there.

I love this Target location for the simple fact its conveniently located in Wheaton plaza and shopping for the clearance items they always have a great selection. Of course only my husband felt the need to buy the best of the best quality for our baby and ended up buying a $380something baby car seat on our most recent visit.

The store is always neat when I go in. Things are usually easy to find and when they’re not there’s always a friendly team member available to help.

Really disappointing that the store is not enforcing their mask policy with customers or their employees. There are signs when you walk in saying masks are required. But I watched an employee direct 2 women without masks on to self checkout kiosks without saying anything to them about their lack of masks. Other customers were also walking around Andwithout masks. And I watched an employee (Joann) walking all around the store with no mask including talking to customers and other employees all without a mask. There was another employee stocking shelves without a mask. This place is a public health concern.

If your schedule leaves you pressed for time, try shopping online and picking up your order at the closest store. No more searching the aisles for the item you want or need.When its ready they send you an email and you just need to pick it up. It is so easy and simple and time efficient. A 21st century shopping experience!

I needed a small sauce pan. An associate cheerfully told me where I to find it and the selection was tremendous. I settled on one at a great price and am happy enough to leave this recommendation.

Definitely would not recommend Order online and pick up at store. Took extremely long with only one other person in line. Guest service employee did not even look up when he was speaking to me. I could have gotten my items, waited in line and paid and it would have been quicker then picking up an Online order.

The store team lead, Walter, is rude and unprofessional. The cashier found him to help with an issue. His first words was “we don’t have the manpower to look into it” without even understanding the issue. He kept talking over me when I tried to explain. Even asked us to leave without finishing our purchase claiming that we are holding up the line. We’ve always received great service including the helpful cashier. Went to guest service afterwards to ask for a manager. James came out and basically defended Walter’s rudeness. We asked for the store manager’s info and James said they were both in charge and wouldn’t tell me their title and said the store doesn’t have an actual store manager. Hopefully the store management will read this review.

Curbside pickup is great, and Target is my go-to for storage bins that are otherwise too expensive to ship.

Good medium sized Target, usually not too crowded. Parking can be tricky on the weekends when the mall is open because of Costco.

The check out experience has totally destroyed the Target brand. Even at peak times, there is only one cashier on duty - at any of your stores, Ive tried all three in the area. The cashiers are required to simultaneously check out customers AND tend to the auto-checkouts which are ALWAYS glitching. As a result, the customer is guaranteed at least a 20 min. wait regardless of the check out option chosen. Unfortunately, the delivery option is as bad. Ive been a loyal Target customer for over 20 years. LAst nights visit was the last straw. Im reluctantly shifting to Amazon.

While picking up an online order at Guest Services I noticed both employees throwing new,just returned to store items into a large cardboard box. I could tell the items were new,packaged items that not been opened by the customers that was returning them. I could understand placing new items on a counter to be later placed back on store shelves,but these items were tossed from about 5 feet away into a large box! I called the store after leaving and was told that was the way it was done!!

Employees arent customer friendly, if you need something from the electronics department expect to having a difficult time finding help as there is either no one around or there is just 1 person working and several people waiting for assistance.

Targèt is one of the most magnificent establishments I have ever laid eyes on. Excellent service. Amazing products. And who could forget the exquisite sales they have to offer. If you ever pass a Targèt and dont get things you didnt want untill you looked at them, you are missing out on the finest experience of a lifetime.

Overall it was good. Only problem is that im a gamer. And I had to buy roblox gift cards I planned to get 60, 25 25 and 10 but they only had 25 dollar gift cards so I spent little more then expected. But yet again overall experience was nice.

Note I dont do my pharmacy here. So the store itself is a nice two story gem that is far better than the surrounding stores in that shopping center. Cleaner and better run. That said the inventory is still a little off and some lack of distribution bit it is still a good target

UPDATE: Went back because the location is convenient but this time there were no registers opened. Me and three other customers standing looking for a cashier and a register. Flagged down an employee, employee called a manager, the manager told us to go to guest services. Neither one of them could stop to take our money. One customer left. I asked how come there are no cashiers? I was told the one cashier called out sick. WOW, one cashier scheduled for an entire store. And when that one didnt come in... nobody could take their place!Original post- During lunch hour when people go in to grab things real quick, they on have 2 registers open. Yes, they have self-check but Id rather talk to a human being. At the very least management should be aware of the long lines and open more register when needed. Still in line while writing this review!

This place is absolutely amazing.. workers are kind and know where everything is and are very honest in saying if they would buy this item or not, which i thank them for doing from employees.They do EVERY LITTLE THING TO HELP YOU AND SATISFY YOU IN EVERY SINGLE WAY POSSIBLE! Why is there no employees working at electronics how can you leave the register for 30min I don’t think that’s good customer service. All these earphones they walk around with and there’s no communication that’s horrible there are cameras as well so I don’t know how they operate here but it’s not professional!

Large store with great selection. Tidiest and best organized clearance section of womens clothes Ive ever seen. Clean and friendly changing rooms. Long checkout lines but they move very quickly.

I can always find everything of need and the staff is helpful. There is a high traffic of customers from all ages and sometimes things get messy. The staff is always on top of that and gets things back its pristine look.

I know what a great customer service Target provides, but this store truly need upper managements attention and quick. Horrible customer service over the phone, in store, and face to face. Nice clean store, however I dont like to pay at self checkout line. It looks like the story trying to replace the employees by computer and it is really sad seeing jobs disappearing everywhere. So I think this will be my last visit to the store. I will try to find other stores and support them as long as the keep employees around.

I never have an issues with my pick up orders. While other stores like kmart, and Walmart where it may take a whole day to get, or they have it listed as in stock but its not. I can always count on it being at Target, and coming in before an hour.

Conveniently located in the Wheaton mall, but I do not like shopping here. Merchandise is frequently mixed up and hard to price. Customer support is hard to find, and I tend to leave feeling worn out. Two stars instead of one for the really nice elevators and escalators in the store.

Went in to buy some shorts recently and was satisfied with both the selection and prices, which even beat Amazons by a handsome margin, and before the sale even kicked in at that. I was mildly annoyed that the promotion required use of the Target app, but hey, I could have paid the regular price if it was that much of a problem, so I cant complain too much about that.I didnt get his name to give him credit, but the gentleman that helped me check it was extremely helpful. The card I was using to pay with was getting rejected due to a chip read error, and he fixed it by wiping it off with some water. I had used it the day before with no problems, so I didnt even think to check that. Having worked in retail before I wouldnt be surprised if he thought I was a total dumb dumb for missing a simple troubleshooting step like that, but its been a while so whatever. Either way, he was very friendly and courteous throughout the checkout process, even with the issues that came up.
