Miscommunication got me the wrong order but it was handled properly and received a full refund.

Ordered vinyl decals. Quality is ok. Decals were not pre-cut for exhaust cut-out contour notable on Rumble Bee trucks. Vinyl did tear easy, a bit surprising. Color was good, correct Solar Yellow. Maybe just a bad batch of vinyl, but was able to work it out.

Ordered skid plate from this business. Received the wrong skid plate, but business would not make good on it. Buyer beware... Look at their reviews before ordering. Also, check the BBB website.

Ordered interior bezels and a dress up kit for my Ram. Both state high quality materials all over the website. Cheap hardware bolts and Chinese bezels that dont even fit is what I got.BUYERS BEWARE. Product descriptions are very mis lesding

I CANNOT ADDRESS THE QUALITY OF THE PARTS OR EVEN IF THEY ARE THE RIGHT PARTS I NEEDED.On 12/012015 I paid for a catch can from 3rd Strike Performance. I called them on the same day to cancel due to financial issues and was told that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned. I always understood there was a 3 day buyers protection law in which the buyer could cancel or return a product. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint with them on this. I will also file a complaint with Paypal on this purchase.

Ryland, you were sent extensions made from 3M material? Not sure how that is cheap material. 3M is the best on the market!! As for the exhaust cutout, sir we can not custom cut that as every part has slight variations. Sorry you were not happy with the decals, you could have called me about it instead.Travis Ford ordered those products directly from us over the phone. No where is there anything posted about high quality materials If you didnt like them, you could have sent them back. A lot of items we carry ship direct from the manufacturer.Aaron Dinius, we show NO ORDER from you period. We went all the way back to 2015, and nothing. However, if you order something and keep it for 2 months, as you posted in Yelp, and then expect someone to refund you when our policy posted is clearly 30 days, how is that 3rd Strike Performances fault? You cant expect a company to go against their own return policy when you did not abid by it. And again, we show NO ORDER from you, period.
