There tire and lube closed an hour earlyThat is bad business.I called and called no one could help me.

I went to get a oil change and a tire repair. Needless to say the manager said maam you didnt pay for the oil change, i bought a 100$ worth of groceries and my oil wasnt ever changed. They were all three including the manager told me i didnt have road side warranty Tony rang the tires up and the charge for each warranty under them so i spent an hour in the tire center NO OTHER CUSTOMERS And the manager says i will do a free oil change when the tire cones in Thursday. VERY DISSATISFIED .TRACY M

I’ve had these guys change tires on two different vehicles and I had them take a look of what I thought was a oil leak. I really appreciate them, they tighten up my oil filter when it was leaking oil. They get busy at times but I appreciate their work and they do a good job.

William in the tire department was going to only rotate my tires and the order was for rotate and balance. He wouldnt have balanced them if it wasnt for the cashier going back there and saying something. This was Sikeston Walmart. Something needs to be done about this because William had a attitude .

The mechanics were amazing, hardworking individuals. Prices are very reasonable. Long wait but it was worth every minute.

Zack and Marvin was very considerate of a problem that came acrossed with my truck about the amount of oil it took. They made sure they address the question before sending me on my way. Thanks for taking the extra time to do a good job.

Automotive staff is friendly and seem to always be in a good mood. I wont buy tires anywhere else, and the road hazard warranty is well worth it.

The female worker in automotive is rude. Very poor service. The guys in the shop were polite.

When in to get a tire put on and they told me its going to be 2 hrs and they only have 2 people working. As a big company they is and lots of people need tires put on they should be prepared

But Im not a Happy Camper,Ive had nothing but bad experiences with your store,First off, Some time ago, I bought a battery, Had problems with that, Then I go to get an oil change, And what happened,They left my motor low on oil,I checked it when I got home is how I know, Today I go to have my tires on the rear checked for balance because of a vibration, They managed to check one tire for balance, And said they was afraid to try and take the other one off for fear of breaking the lug studs, after they go to put the wheel back back on they didnt use a torch wrench to tighten the lug nuts down until I complained about it, I watched their every move while they did the work,And Ive been a mechanic all my life,, And I went to Mechanics schools twice in my life, Im not a stupid person, Its hard for me to trust my twenty thousand Dollar vehicle to people who try to take short cuts, just get rid of the problem, Soooo, Thats why Im giving NO Stars....

I love the store but not the crowd

It was horrible, they did not have 4 matching tires in any brand, so we just got the 2 back tires for now and an oil change. We were there forever. There was a man that waited 3 hours to get a tire aired up. There were several people working in the department and yes they were busy, but they were ridiculously slow.
