I must confess Ive never been in a Home Depot I didnt like all the tools and stuff there its a wonderment its like testic and ultimately it makes the universe seem like it means something when you walk into a Home Depot the employees were friendly the place was super clean I mean very clean lots of parking it was great and I will course always go back

My experience at this Home Depot is always a pleasant one. So far everyone is willing and happy to help a customer if you need help finding what your looking for. The parking lot is clean and other then certain times during the day when it’s at its busiest finding parking is easy. I’m a contractor and one thing I wish for is more parking spots for contractors. Keep up the good work Home Depot!

Cashier Could not find no one to put sand in car !! Called for help several times was ignored but soon as lumber called someone immediately went to help. The walk-in talkie lets everyone hear!!! Soooooo with that said sorry you are short of help. What a bad position to be in when you were one of the best!!!! Hope your service gets better.

It is a average Home Depot. Though it is often a better option to rent tools than the Home Depot on willow(near the costco).

I am a regular at Home Depot. They are well stocked, organized, and customer service is very helpful. However, self check out is plentyful, usually empthy and or short, but the maned employee cashier are limited and there is usually a wait. I think because most customers feel having a cashier help you is part of customer service. We are customers not employees of HomeDepot. I will continue to shoo there because I enjoy gardening and DIY projects. HomeDepot is my go to.

The customer service doesnt leave much to be desired. Overheard another customer ask an employee for help, the employee was rather rude. My husband tried getting help from an employee in the garden section. Either she didnt hear which led her to walk away really quick or she heard and didnt want to help. We like Home Depot for the items they carry but their customer service is non-existent. Maybe these were isolated incidents today. We usually give businesses three tries so we will see.

Great customer service all around.Went to the paint department looking for a particular color to match,the young man went beyond his pay grade to ensure that I had what I came looking for.Sami believe was his name, very respectful,great customer service and people skills.

I love these stores & their employees too the only bad thing is that its no longer allowed to cut compresed wood.. most of the projects in my house I have done with your help because you cut the wood and I just screwed, what Im going to do now when I have a new project😫

I went to rent a truck at two different locations. Signal Hill location had all there trucks out for maintenance. Long beach only had 2 trucks but they were already rented out. Then its really hard to find someone to help you. But all in all. Home depot is where I like to go for home stuff.

Told the employee what I needed and he pointed me to exactly what I needed. Was in the store and checked out in 10 minutes!

I love the garden area they have lots of plants to choose from, the store is clean and the workers Are attentive.

Always has what I want, and all I have to do is look for someone with an orange apron on and they will tell me where to go.Considering that I came on a Saturday Labor Day weekend, it wasnt that crowded so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Found everything we needed for todays diy projects. Plenty of parking which is always a plus.

Its a Home Depot! What do you want me to say? Other than is exactly the same as any other Home Depot - is the same as any other one youll visit in the future. They just got everything youd ever need for any project you may want to start at home & all the neat tools to go with it.

I have spent thousands of dollars in this specific store over the past 8 yrs. I never had a problem until 3;weeks ago. I purchased a welder for my husband it was looked up and appeared brand new. However, when we opened it we found an old used welder that did not even work. The very next morning we tried to return it with reciet but the assistant manager was beyond rude and denied us. He said, look my team says it was in a spider lock so there is nothing we can do for you. I was in shock by not only his actions but his attitude. Its cost over $500. I contacted corporate and they told me this exact same thing happens more often then u would think.they told me I should be able to return it and they would contact the store manager Chris Rainy. It has been 3 weeks now and not even corporate can reach the store manager. Very unprofessional and if the employees are cashing in on this its embezzlement. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY THIS STORE GUARANTEES NOTHING.

Didnt have the product I was looking for. A Pur kitchen faucet filter (just ordered it online). Getting help in this store is Impossible!

Dont try to call and ask if they have something in inventory they give u the run around transfer u to someone else then that person transfers u n they hang up or they just keep transferring u and u get know were. Its like there to lazy to just walk down the isle and check them selves.

I recently completed a six month long building project on my home. I used The two HomeDepots here in Long Beach. Sometimes going to other HomeDepots. I used Lowes and Ghanahl Lumber. I would rank Ghanahl the highest and this HomeDepot on Spring the Lowest. The latest thing they did to infuriate me was I ordered some stuff to be delivered to my house. They said it would take ten days, for stuff they had in stock. Ok, I thought, Ill work around it. Then when I came to the delivery day, I got a message that the truck was on its way and I would be called when it was within 30min. No call. I called the next day and they tell me they were out of packing tape. After ten days they couldnt find any packing tape? I told them to cancel they order. Then they tell me I have to come into the store to cancel the order, because I used a debit card. No I am not going to yell at clerks. That is pointless. The higher ups will never be accountable for there poor operations.

I like this home depot. The CSR provides a mask when I dont have one. The Supervisors are extremely understanding. I do misplace the proof of purchase l (receipts) yet they do store credit and I use the card to purchase something.I recommend this HD.

The only reason Im giving this a one star is because the restrooms were absolutely disgusting, both mens and womens and while waiting for the rest of my party to join me, I watched six employees walk by something on the ground and a couple of them tripped over it and turned around to look down on the ground and just kept walking. They were joking around and running around and just generally didnt care. I saw a gentleman that looked like he needed some help and was looking for merchandise but these same six employees didnt pay him any mind. Normally I dont have any issues with Home Depot locations but today I was very disappointed.

Its okay I just dont like the fact that you cannot choose to do self check out.. The girl incharge of the line tells you where to pay. I cant choose to do self check out, I have to pay wherever she tells me to pay. I dont understand the point of that. I would like to do self check out instead of being directed to a cashier. The least contact I have with others, the better. Covid-19 is out everywhere.

Actually found a helpful assistant at Home Depot this time. He helped me, after some discussion, get exactly what I needed. This is a great big deal for me as it never, ever happened before.

If I could give their customer services negative stars I would.This whole experience was just irritating. This was my family and first xmas tree shopping experience and it was not jolly at all. We literally waited for over 30 mins for someone to come assist us, which is weird since they had plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing but chit-chatting. Every time we would ask if someone was on their way or we simply had a quick question we would get the run around because according to their employees no one was part of gardening so they couldnt assist us. They paged someone about 3 times until finally we decided to go to a different Home Depot, Paramount (by the way...BEST Customer service there PARAMOUNT) Excuse me but you dont necessarily need to be in a certain department to have good customer service skills, makes me wonder if Corporate gives their employee proper training for general customer services because reading more reviews from this particular store, they lack in their customer services department. The whole time everyone was mainly hanging by the registered on the phone or on their cell phone.

Pleasant, easy, predictable. Employees generally know where to find things and offer insight and knowledge that spares you the trouble of reading how-to blog posts. In this age of corona, the store enforces mask-wearing, though at least two staffers wear masks below the nose, something I spotted over multiple visits over a long weekend. Customers dont always honor the 6-feet-of-separation guidelines, but thats not the stores fault.

Horrible customer service. Only use the self checkout. The people that work in the store 50 percent of the time they will not be polite at all, or wont even acknowledge you.

Today I was looking for a specific Mower and I couldnt find it in the aisle and neather did the person in that department. The person that was in that department even called the manager Mario which never came to help. I didnt give up since the website said they had 10 in stock I went to customer service and Im so happy I did! I think the person helping me was Gabi in the customer service today around 3pm. She did try to call the manager again but once again he never could be found so she called Jamal and he saved the day! I am really grateful that they helped me today, thank you so much for the great customer service!

This long beach/signal hill location still had what I needed for this project, but I recommend if you see something that you will need in the next couple weeks or 1 month, I suggest purchasing it and if worst case you do not use it, just return it.
