Hot topic is one of those stores that if you dont know what it is already its probly not for you

My daughters love this style and prices arent too bad WHEN there is a sale. All items are durable, except some jewelry and ear buds that tend to break easily.Great staff, attentive and friendly.

It has so much stuff, I love all the stitch things!!

I always love coming in here. This store is one of the only reason I visit the mall in sierra vista. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and they do anything and everything they can to help you out. Always in stock and have a wide variety of product for all your needs. Would definitley reccomend to everyone in the surrounding area. Have not been disappointed yet.

Has a lot of great stuff but is more on the side of the young and younger. Buyer beware though some of the stuff seemed a little high priced . might want to check elsewhere Pryor to purchasing . the clerk was very very nice compared to my Pryor vist there . thats why the 4th star.

Cant say anything bad about this location. Associates are helpful and they have a good variety of items.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY THE MYSTERY BAG FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU IN A HEART BEAT, THEY WILL RING STUFF UP THAT ISNT EVEN IN THE BAG TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE, THEN TRY TO TELL YOU YOUR GETTING A DEAL, THE STUFF IN THOSE BAGS ARENT EVEN WORTH THE PRICE THEY PUT ON THEM, MY ADVICE STAY AWAY

Went into the store asked about returning my jewelry as long as I had receipt in hand, doesn’t matter why claims the employee comes back the next day it’s a diff person I have the receipt which they can scan but of course b.s excuse after excuse & my time was waste Spencer’s is better anyways !

Rude employee got angry when I asked if they had an item in stock. Everything they have is on Amazon for half the price. Not worth giving them your business.

Last Friday around noon, we, my daughter, my 17 year old granddaughter, and myself enter you store...we giggling and laughing and joking with my granddaughter...teasing her about setting off metal detectors at the airport with her piercings..we were at the lick case for the earings...when your clerk piped up and said I have plenty of piercing and Ive never set it off...we ignored her...my granddaughter wanted a large gauge...so I was kidding her about it and said they stink and the navy wont let you have them and your clerk slammed them for on the counter and said them dont go into the Navy.. I told my daughter I wasleaving before I said something that would embarrass them...she clerk continues on to where my daughter yelled just stop...donr you ever talk to us like that again...another girl was standing that had followed us over to Mauris store...How dare your clerk say that to us...this is a child wanting to make a career in our honorable armed forces...I tried to get them to return or not to purchase the items you clerk was very confrontational...make us feel insecure ...we will never be back...
