Ariana at the Starbucks in Target is super friendly and went above and beyond to deliver great service. The rest of the starbucks team was super nice, friendly, and made great drinks. I am from Southern California visiting my grandmother and I definitely notice a difference in the friendliness and service here and I am very impressed!

Target rocks! Line backed up when got to the registers. Front manager recognized it IMMEDIATELY! Called for backup cashiers to help...bam! Less than 2 minutes later 6+ lines opened up... people directed to next available line. Under 5 minutes I was out of there and I was at the back of the line to start. Really great to see they have invested in their people and cross trained them well. Great Job! Love the quality of their products too.

The prices are way too high. There arent any sales any more and there are never any Red Circle savings like there use to be. My daughter wanted to meet a friend at Target and shop with her for a few hours and I thought okay, Ill give Target another try and really go down the aisles to see if there are any reasonable prices. Waste of time and then I wanted to go sit and have a coffee to wait for them and the entire sitting area around the cafe and Starbucks was still roped off. You had no chairs available. Bathrooms are open, finally the changing rooms are open. Why isnt the eating area open? Everyone was waiting for their drink and standing so close together because of the roped off area. It would have been much safer for social distancing if there were tables and chairs. We left early and went to Marshalls.

This review is about Target department store, not the pharmacy.Target store is my favorite store first because the colorful red in white background. This color combination is symbolizing a national chain Target. Secondly the owner is a Christian-honest person. So whatever I buy, I buy it here in comfort. I trust their prices for whatever and the quality. I trust all the employees including cashiers, janitors, managers, and all: kind, friendly, honest,...Thirdly, any part of the building in or out is clean and fresh-smelled. I really appreciate Targets shiny clean restroom.I especially thank Target for free mouth mask at the entrance.God bless Target!

The associates are always so nice and helpful. Today I went through self and the lady there asked if I wanted her to see if the boys my son is getting would be cheaper online. I was a bit shocked but said sure. She saved me $7 and yeah thats not a lot but my son was getting these with his own money so that was a huge deal to him. I wish I got her name because that made my trip from good to outstanding!

Purchasing coolant for my car and every one of the items I was interested in was in the same spot listed for $2 cheaper than it rang up so when I said no its not listed for that price they called a price check, they said it was in the wrong spot I said thats not my mistake when they didnt honor the price I went back to look for myself and the price check employee made sure to move every single one of them back to the right spot so I couldnt prove anything... Ive never had something like this happen here, especially over two dollars lol... Shady AF!! I wont be shopping here.

I am not able to walk at this time so drive-up is extremely helpful. Target is the absolute best of all the stores Ive tried. Very courteous, fast and accurate.

Excellent customer service. I was able to call ahead, and place my request to hold an item until the next day. The employee that I worked with once I got there was incredibly helpful. Target favorite big store. However dislike and dont use self checkout. Put plenty of checkout people like always used to have. Dislike long waits and people not getting jobs. Sir/MadamMy husband and I were just in Target, to join Consumer Cellular phone system leaving Verizon.We met a young man in ELECTRONICS, by the name of GARRETT. This young associate was of the greatest help to us in our search for information. This has to be the nicest Target Ive been in. All employees were polite and said hi. The store is well stocked and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Good job!

The fast service

I have been shopping at Target for almost 20 years. Within the past 5 years or so a fine member of my local Target has been extremely helpful. I recently came back from Iraq and Ashley has gone out of her way to help me readjust to these trying times. She has been very helpful and I feel that she does this not only for me. I always encourage others to visit our store and will sometimes refer them to Ashley as she doesnt make mountains out of molehills. I greatly appreciate this and the little bit extra that she gives in customer service.

Great staff that are always super friendly and helpful. Went to store last Saturday at around 10 a.m. and the gal working self checkout went above and beyond. Thanks to her we even left with a $5 gift card didnt know purchase qualified for. If ever ask where something is located or help with electronics weve been treated well. Had to buy a new phone. The young man that did our sale acted like he would rather be somewhere else, when asked about the charging cable type he assured me it was one of the new types and since I have those at home saw no need to buy a longer one only to find out different.

The store is always picture perfect. Unlike Frys, there arent a million displays cluttering the isle way, so its easier to get what you need. The employees here are incredibly helpful, and will often initiate converstaion, which is great if youre a bit hesitant to ask for help. I love that they carry organic/environmentally friendly cosmetic lines as well other items that are hard to find elsewhere.

The Employees Irena, and Bonnie was so patient and helpful with me. Their service made me feel extremely Special. When Bonnie had finished helping me get set up to order my merchandise online. It was the most rewarding experience I have ever had. Then Bonnie called Irena in the store to let her know my process was taken care, and I walked out feeling elated that my Granddaughter in Arizona got her birthday gift within an hour. I live in pace fl. How great is that. Im so excited about the transaction. My daughter in law loved how quick it was done. I had the most AMAZING experience with this transaction. I needed to buy a suitcase and was apprehensive about using self checkout. There were NO registers open at 7:30 am. A male cashier looked at my face and offered assistance. He opened up and helped me RIGHT AWAY. SO HELPFUL!!!

Huge store with a great location. In a town like Sierra Vista its nice to have a huge store with a nice selection like this. The entire store was very clean and the employees were attentive and professional. They had quite a few things we were surprised to find there.

Very clean store and outstanding employees. A fairly good selection of goods. I am particularly impressed with the grocery area - great choices and really good prices - most less than the local grocery stores - I was surprised. Although not as well stocked as Frys or Safeway - it has lot of unique items that wont be found at the regular grocery stores. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because its smaller than a lot of Targets and therefore doesnt have as much stuff or choices. Still...pretty darn good for a smaller sized town. Its my GO TO place to shop for most things!

I went on black Friday and I was expecting the worst! But everyone was professional and while it was crowded, the staff was helpful and polite. I could always find someone if I had questions and it made the trip pleasant for such a hectic shopping day!

Target is a pretty nice store. This one is kept clean and Ive always gotten good service.One thing I like about this Target is that its a one stop shop. Theres the usual merchandise, toys, electronics, games, interior design, clothes, etc. Theres also a grocery section thats pretty well stocked.Theres also a CVS Pharmacy in the back of the store. The people there are very nice and always helpful.

The order was ready so quickly and when I pulled up it was brought out immediately. This was the best experience I have ever had with a pick up order anywhere.

Staff regularly miss labels items and puts merchandise out before prescribed dates. Case in point, got to checkout with a new item and was told it couldn’t be purchased until a certain date, even though it was on the shelf and had a price. Won’t be utilizing this store for a while, if ever again.

I absolutely love Target! Its my favorite place to shop! The entire Target staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They are very helpful and will work with you to make sure your online/pickup orders are accurate and what youre expecting!

This store is always presentable, floors are very clean. And if you get there before 7pm they have a snack bar that doesnt disappoint.

Starbucks, many Starbucks here in town, mess up orders often - service has bee sketchy. However, tonight the Batistas made up for an incorrect order:) . Service has improved. And yes, its nice to see this coffee place at local stores, so on a side note this does add to the Target (or any store) experience. Target customer service in general is good.

I was followed around the store by multiple employees but not one of them asked if i needed help finding anything (which i did). And this wasnt the first time it happened to me at this location. I am highly offended.

It is by far, a more service oriented, stronger customer support and greater shopping pleasure than any of the other choices in my town. And we have them all. Plus the carts are cooler.

Went to target yesterday 5/30/19 to see if they sold furnace filters, walked from tv/elect section to ne corner and back twice looking for employee to see if they had them.No employee to be found anywhere,went by service counter on my way out asked them to tell mananger to hire some help,went to Lowes to get filters,got help there immediately. I do not shop Walmart ever, may not be shopping target anymore.Nice store but you are on your own when you shop there.

I have always liked the Target stores, but I must say, I absolutely HATE the fact that you sold the pharmacy portion of the store to CVS. Also, this time of year, yes, the temps are warming up, but you dont need to be cranking up the air conditioning inside the store YET. It is always cold in there, this time of year.

For being a small city, this Target has everything you need. Most importantly, its got a Starbucks! Each section is adequately stocked, from clothing to home decor to produce. Its my favorite store in SV.

The last 2 times I shopped at Target, I received the kind of Customer Service that businesses should strive for. I dont remember the names of the 2 employees that provided me such excellent service regarding a previous Cartwheel issue. I had another Cartwheel issue last night, & Mohammed attempted to assist me. Ultimately, James had to finish the transaction but everything was situated. Top notch!I asked the Starbucks girl if they made the Pokemon Go frappuccino, she responded with a no & told me that I would have to look up the recipe? Thank goodness Dre was working! She not only knew what it was but also made it with a quickness. 😍

I love Target. I have bought furniture, clothes, groceries, toys, bikes, electronics and travel gear.

The new checkout system of of having only one person working a register. A long line of people and customers seem to prefer having a human check them out rather than a machine. This is a bad plan. It makes me cringe when I think about needing to come back and deal with a very long line

This is such a tiny Target. :-( Ive tried to shop there so many times but it seems they never have what I need in stock. Pillows, fitted sheets, specific toys, and their womens clothing section all seem perpetually empty. Small selection. I miss my big Texas Targets so much.
