Dennis & Phil provide the absolute best customer service! I needed temporary storage for a client to hold items during a listing and the storage was the cleanest place I’ve ever seen!And then I needed to rent a van twice to move the staging items and each time was a dream. Came in today to set up a new storage unit and was helped by Phil at the front desk. Phil did an excellent job, super charismatic and friendly, very thorough and clear, listed all the options without being overwhelming, and even offered a practical tour to ensure I knew what I was signing up for! Great experience overall!

I first used West Coast Self-Storage to obtain boxes to pack for moving. Once I knew that I needed temporary storage for a few months, I reached out to them. I did a comparison against another well known storage place. West Coast was much cheaper and had several specials going on. I am certainly going to save some money. Also, their units are heated!

I came in to borrow a UHaul truck. Dennis and Phil were very helpful and super friendly. Didnt have any problems with borrowing and returning the truck.

Clean and secure, cant ask for much more. Ill definitely use them again if needed.

The one star rating is strictly in regards to the companys website and its complete lack of information.Phil was helpful, informative, and one of the two reasons why I decided to stick with my reservation. The facility itself was clean and secure.Continue reading for pricing information if youre going to book online because the website will have very little for you. Highly advise that you call for full prices before reserving a promo price. Im told Reservation Reps usually call before move-in date to discuss lease but that didnt happen for me. Must have missed the call.The online prices are currently only a 2 month promotion that begins on the first full month. Youll be prorated at the full price if you move-in on other days besides the first of the month.Promos are constantly changing. When I booked 5 days ago the 5x10 was $59 and today its $84. Full price right now is $119/month.You will need a cylinder lock, not a disc lock. They sell them for $19.95 +tax.Insurance coverage is through Bader Co. Prices for coverage are: $13/month for $2,000 - $19/month for $3,000 - $32/month for $5,000.

10x10 promotional rate was $99/month. $155/month a year later, Now $170/month. Great clean facility. The stuff in there is not worth $2,040.00 per year, though.

Both gentlemen that work there are extremely helpful and very friendly. The rental process was quick and easy. The storage units are newer, nicer and cleaner than other places. Carts are ready and available to use which makes it much more convenient to haul your stuff from your vehicle to storage unit. The extended access hours are extremely helpful as other places close their gates at 5pm which makes it impossible to get into during the week. It is, by far, the best storage company Ive ever used.

I like self storage West coast storage they have brand new facility pretty much and all the places are clean and no dust no rats decent security system prices on some of it fluctuate on are very high on some storage lockers but other times if you can get in there and lock in a rate for 3 months it would be nice but you know not too bad overall
