The web page for renting a unit didnt work so I had to do it over the phone but that whole process went very smoothly and I still got the internet price. The people were very professional, the facility is brand new and very clean. I couldnt have asked for more. Great overall experience.

The staff was super accommodating when I needed to upgrade my storage unit. They were friendly kind when I ran into a little bit of trouble they help me out they were amazing I would recommend the storage place to everyone! I recently moved from West coast storage who I only gave a two star to extra space storage is definitely five star!

My overall experience was great!!! Rose made the process really easy. I walked in and she greeted me with what I think was a smile under her mask...lol she took her time to show me options. Best storage facility Ive encountered. You could call me a bit of a Ramblin Man when it comes to storage facilities, but I think Ive just found a place Im happy to settle at for awhile. The building is brand new and the staff was accommodating. This place makes me feel comfortable knowing my most coveted belongings are safe and secure.

All the way from online to the call center to the door nothing but ease. Everyone was so happy and helpful. I especially liked the personal attention Rose gave! When I got there and was still unsure about size she took me to get a good visual before the final decision and explained all that I was getting with my unit well. I suppose it during this time will also help to know they have a very clean set up. Thank you again.

I havent been to this facility. Im looking for storage close by and this fits the bill! But it makes me nervous that every single review was written in the 48-72 hours, by people who either have no other reviews, or also gave the same reviews to a specific storage facility in Texas?!Nonetheless, Ive been the one opening a new business and needing great reviews - so Ill go check it out and update my *real* review accordingly. 😊 👍🤞💜

I rented a space at the new Extra Space Storage on Aurora in Shoreline and it was a positive experience. Bring your picture ID, a credit card, and your first month is free. Im moving here because its a lot cheaper than what Im paying at PS. Im pretty good at running into problems on my own, but Rose and Misty were there to save me a few times. Even though Rose showed me my new space, by the time I took a load up, I forgot where it was. Misty helped me get UN-lost. Then I couldnt get my personal lock to work and Rose saved me. Wonder if they do windows...
