Excellent customer service always! Product availability not so much

This cosmoprof is the best in the Seattle area and I purposely drive the extra two miles just to go here instead of the one in lynnwood. They have the nicest employee. One employee told me that my card was outdated in the nicest way possible. She delivered a negative news in such a pleasant way I am giving them a five star review! Imagine that... they have also been the strictest with cleanliness and social distancing. I feel safe and valued when I shop there.

Candice at Cosmoprof is my hero!!! She patiently showed me where products were, gave me professional recommendations, helped me set up my account, and dutifully laughed at my jokes. I cannot recommend this location, or her expertise enough. Thank you, Candice!!

Normally, every employee Ive dealt with here have all been extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, this time the lady who was working was unbelievably rude and made it very clear that I was bothering her by asking her questions about products/pricing. If it hadnt been for the fact that the cashier was a different lady, I actually would have just left instead of buying anything after the way she made feel.

I have been shopping at this location since I became licensed in 2009. The staff is and has always been very knowledgeable about their products, education, and tools. In 2016 I opened my own salon, and the advice and skills of this location and its employees were extremely helpful! The current staff knows me by name, knows what brands my salon carries, and always tell me when there are promotions or any products I may interested in. I cant express how impressed and pleased I am with this location, its manager, and her staff. Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and other salon professionals in the North End!

OMG the manager is running around the building trying to avoid being served court papers from a senior citizen walking with a cane..poor lady..and the manager speeds off in her white kia. wow talk about drama. speeding through the parking lot next to the DOL. absolutely crazy

Fantastic place around (and the only one to specifically get cosmetology products). Staff is friendly and there is a great variety of products to order. Mom loves it!

Exactly what I need.

As a sales associate, I expected more from this place. Customer service is a huge thing for me, and the customer service here was horrible. It wasnt until I was checking out and they found out that Im a sales associate at another store that they started treating me better. So what if I wasnt an employee? Is that really how you treat your customers? On top of that, we had a baby with us, who was squirming around in my arms and i didnt want to put her down because I didnt want her to mess up the store, so I was trying to get a cart to put her in, but the seats were all locked. And the employees there clearly seeing me struggle didnt even offer to help or say anything. It wasnt until my sister tried to put her in the cart that one employee said, Theyre all like that. Okay... so you cant help me? You see me struggling, and dont do anything. And last but not least, there are makeup testers, but nothing to test them with, and no mirrors to see with. How do you expect people to buy your products if they cant test them properly? Extremely disappointed with this store. The two shorter dirty blonde curly hair ladies were the ones who were helping us.

I walked in ten minutes before they closed. Lady was soooo incredibly rude at the counter, snarled when I walked in and I simply said I know you close soon, Ill be really quick and asked a question about a toner. She sneared back that she couldnt help me and pointed her finger to an isle. I walked out. Never coming back here.

What great a new manager and awesome selection

Staff WAS EXTREAMLY RUDE. Pre occupied with talking to each other about other things. I am a licensed professional but I had to be reminded more than once. If I wasnt I could not shop there. I found it extreamly insulting.
