My local AutoZone is amazing. The staff is always so helpful. I bought a new car battery today and Darren installed it for me. He was so friendly and answered all of my questions. Give that man a raise! I’ve received help with windshield wipers, oil, chains etc. Thank you AutoZone for making it easy for the average joe to care for their car.

I just have to say that I honestly love coming to this specific AutoZone location in Shoreline, right next to the Fred Meyers. Not only do I love this store location for it’s early opening/late closing hours, it’s vast selection that they always keep stocked with every part that I have ever needed, but also because of the amazing service that I receive from the employees that work here.What set today’s trip off from the rest and urged me to post a review, was the incredible service that I received from Caleb. I have had yet to receive a level of service such as this until today and I am truly impressed and very happy that I came in today and at the time I did. Caleb not only helped me with my issue that I originally came in with, he also gave me advice on specific questions that I had and recommended certain products over others leading me to the final purchase that I have been putting off until the last minute due to my indecisiveness. I feel as though Caleb really went above and beyond the “normal” level of customer service that employees typically display, PLUS he seemed to genuinely care about helping others and putting his best effort into his job, which you don’t see very often anymore.I am incredibly impressed and think that someone (*ahem* Caleb *ahem*) should definitely get a promotion/raise/or at least some sort of award to be praised for his good work so that he can continue his journey of being awesome.If you are reading this as well, Thank You Again Caleb!!- Autumn

I have really come to respect this place. Looky here: I put $150 on deposit and was able to use their fuel pressure gauge for a week. It worked great. I returned it, and got my $150 back. That is fantastic!Also: the parts they stock are quality (unlike, um, you know, others). At least for the support parts: jack, pump, etc. I dont buy parts that I put in the car here (I go factory or specialty), but I do buy many tools. And they are good quality.

I was having trouble with my Honda, and needed some expertise to help me rule out what could be causing my issues. When I arrived, I was immediately helped by Caleb, an employee at this Shoreline location. He was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he help me run a few tests to determine it was a bad battery, but he helped me switch out my old battery in the blistering heat. He went above and beyond in every aspect of our interaction that day. I’m new to the area and I know that if I have any other issues, I’m going straight to this autozone and asking for Caleb again. 10/10.

I had an emergency fail of my rear view mirror, it fell off the windshield. I called auto zone and they said they had the items to fix it. When I got there, the guy was very helpful, came out to my car, showed me what to do, even found the right star tool in his kit to loosen the mirror button. He really went the extra mile!

The management and staff at this location are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment I called with the question about a battery, to when I arrived, got my battery tested, discovered that it was my alternator, and they had me back on the road at the best price. They knew what was wrong based on my amateurish rantings and sound effects. I just couldnt be happier with their service. Ive never gotten bad service at an AutoZone before, but the location in Shoreline is simply spectacular.

AutoZone has grown a lot since the AutoShack days. The name is better now obviously, the business model has them on the Forbes list every year since it started and they remain a fortune 500 company. They do not pay the employees commission which I like. So you know they have no financial incentive to sell you more than what it takes to get the job done right. This location is great just like the rest. Honestly AutoZone offers better parts, they back those parts with better warranties and they pride themselves on treating every customer with the best customer service in the industry.

We purchased our car battery at AutoZone at 18217 Aurora Ave in Seattle a couple of years ago. It hasnt been starting so, we went back and talked to Michelle. She found that it only needed a charge instead of a new replacement. This was great and saved us money! Michelle was super helpful... great customer service!

Called ahead to see if they could install a car battery if I purchase from them. They said depending on how busy they were they could try. I got there and was told definitely not, come back another day. Or wait a few hours. Not very customer centric. Glad I didn’t buy the car battery ahead of time.

Rude employees. One employee in particular couldnt find a part I needed on the computer, totally fine so I said its okay.. but for some reason he replied I know its okay. That just seemed unusual and never have i been spoken to like that. OReilly Auto Parts employees always seem happy to help and always give suggestions and info on what I can do it they dont have what I need. Dont know employees name but he was a grown old man and way too tall.

Had some issues with a battery in a car Id just bought and was dismayed the alternator might be bad. Came in, spoke with Diana H, she tested our almost decade old battery, gave us all the information on which battery would work with our car, showed us how to install it and tested our alternator. Poor service.No effort to help us beyond printing a receipt.And a lame excuse they cant help install. When I know for a fact they are allowed to install anything thats not under the hood.

Not just your average auto supply store! Looks like it when you first see it .. but they have an employee by the name of Joshua who works there who makes it an amazing store. Joshua has some auto training and he knows his stuff. He helped us change a headlight in the dark, in the rain, that he needed to move the battery for. Stopped by to pickup a quart of oil. The clerk helped me find the correct oil and loaned me a funnel and a handful of paper towels. Very helpful.

I had to come here with the boyfriend who needed some stuff for his 1998 Jeep Cherokee. Usually the employees at these stores are helpful so it didnt take him too long before he was back outside to the car lol.

My brothers check engine light lit up. Auto zone ran diagnostics and found out what the problem was. It could hav been a DIY if we were comfortable. Auto zone was able to refer us to a credible auto repair shop in the area. The diagnostics is a free service by Auto Zone. Gave us peace of mind knowing the problem right away and saved my brother some money if he went to a car repair shop right away. DiagnosticS alone can cause hundreds of dollars. The gal that helped us was knowledgeable and courteous. I definitely recommend this store.

Unhelpful staff. Guy was rude in delivering his word of I dunno and I was just asking for a parking light. Not going back here. Staff in Everett is more knowledgeable and nicer. This guy I forgot his name had his hair well combed and oiled if the description helps.

I recently had the worst customer service experience in my life. I purchased some headlights online but when i went to install them they were not correct. I went to exchange them at the Shoreline location and they refused to help me. The clerk said I needed a receipt I showed her the online receipt I received on me email but said I need a paper receipt. I said I dint have it, but I didnt want any money back, just to exchange it for the correct lights. The manager came to the counter and refused to help me as well and told me to leave. I understand stores have people stealing merchandise and trying to return it but I had the email sales confirmation. I will never shop with auto zone and recommend no one else does so either.

Gave me a battery that does not fit my car, per the dealer. I didnt even know batteries were different sizes..its not even mounted down, screws arent tightened enough. She just plopped it in there.So now Im $200 out because I doubt theyll refund me, and they took my old battery. Great!

Best autozone Ive been too! They helped find parts we were looking for and stayed open a little longer as we fixed our car so we werent stranded. I appreciate their dedication to customer safety and making sure we had a working vehicle. Being not from around here we still have a long way and the parts we need are vital to a working car. The people at this location need to be more organized. I called the store for a part availability and confirmed it was there. I told them I would be there right away. I got there 5 minutes later. I went into the store to get the part just to be told they didnt have it at there store but I could drive 30 minutes down the road. As I am standing there being told this the part was sitting on a cart right by the front counter. When I asked about it they said I couldnt have it because they couldnt determine if it was one that was pulled for me or someone else. Instead of arguing with them I went to OReillys across street where they had 3 in stock and cheaper than Autozone.
