BAD QUALITY!!!!!! I bring my bumper to this guys and they over paint on everything and they paint over the dust so looks very bad, dont come in here if you looking for a nice finish....

I brought my Honda CRV in for a repair to the damaged front fender. The serviceman said I could have an appointment in 2 weeks. After we reviewed the damage he said he could make the repair himself the same day if I didnt require a paint touch up to the few scratches. I was so happy and relieved! Impeccable Customer Service!! Amazing Quality!! Tyler worked with me on a price I could afford and exceeded my expectations of what would be included. My truck looks brand new!! Tyler also worked with my schedule and allowed me to drop off and pick up before business hours. They could do better on communication of delays or the need for additional cost when original quoted parts are not available, which they openly admitted. Again impressive. They also handled a mishap/accident extremely well, they called me right away and quickly resolved it. Those calls are not easy to make and I am thoroughly impressed with the way it was handled. Want to give Maaco Shoreline a big shout out. First time ever there, and they treated me like family. Working with me through a big job and complicated project. They did the job. And when a big issue came up they worked with me and made sure I would be happy. In the end they made me very happy! They are so understanding and respectful. I had them paint some parts for my bike, they color matched as best they could because motorcycle companies dont share their paint codes.. BOY did my stuff turn out great, better than expected. Not only did they finish before the promised due date, they were patient with me picking them up as I work the same hours that they are open.I will absolutely be using them again.

They did a good job on replacing the tailgate on my truck for a good price and the backup camera works well but, they did not replace the spray in liner. It took 4 days for most of the work and i was able to take my truck and drive it but I didnt get my emblem for almost 2 weeks. If you dont mind the wait for fully completed work macco is a good option, but if youre willing to pay a little bit more I would go somewhere else.

I scratched my car on a pillar and the staff at Maaco did a great job smoothening the roughed up steel and repainting the car the exact correct shade. Definitely will recommend for body and paint jobs for your vehicle if you ever need such a service.

I am no lucky as another Maaco client, I choose Maaco because I hear they do great job with affordable price but I am not lucky with that. I buy Honda accord 2008 with some body issue have to repair, bring it directly to Maaco shoreline, staff great gift me promise to fix it like never happen and some discount if I deal at that day and pay for some do an payment. They promised to finish their job in a week but missed it begging more time a few days, after they said finished I pick up my Honda, paying full of cost but when I check the job they done, so terrible, some area they forget to paint, some are of body they doing bad, so I complaining and bring it at another month to fix it but again after second time they fix still bad result and the guy from Maaco office blame me about discount I had make their job not good, so irresponsible reason !!!. Again I ask them are they anything you can do to fix my Honda ? He said No so with bed filling I bring my Honda from store, very disappointed !!!!!

Had a front bumper installed by them. They handled dealing with the insurance company. When Allstate provided an aftermarket bumper which didn’t fit properly, they went the extra mile to get a better bumper and reinstall it. Very friendly and they clearly care about customer satisfaction. I really appreciate them sticking with my repair until the job came out looking great.

After another company sprayed a black bedliner into the bed of my pickup truck, they removed the masking tape and peeled several areas of silver paint off, each about 3 by 4. So I went to Maaco to have those areas repainted.The actual paint job was fine. It was the masking job that was not. When I inspected the truck I found that the painters had done a sloppy masking job. Silver paint was on the molding, the trim, and even the bad liner. To their credit they did offer to fix it, and I accepted. I dont know exactly what they did, but the silver paint was removed from the molding and is gone from the bedliner (perhaps touched up by painting over with black paint).Several days later it rained, and I discovered a line of demarcation across the windshield and hood of my truck. Upon inspection, I realized that when they covered the vehicle to protect against overspray, they failed to cover all of it. Now, about a third of my hood and windshield have a fine layer of overspray on them.Maaco advised me that I could remove it using glass cleaner and steel wool. And they did offer to do it for me if I wanted to bring the truck back in to their shop.My truck is almost 20 years old, and its a work truck, so my concerns are more about preventing rust and deterioration than about looks. And Maaco was sufficient for that.. But if any of my other vehicles need paint, Ill go elsewhere.

Fair and honest people at this location

Of all the paint jobs I’ve had done, the Shoreline Maaco is hard to beat. They take the time to mask properly and have laid down some of the nicest paint I’ve seen. Their painter takes pride in his work and knows what it takes to do it right. I send everyone I know to this location as they do such quality work. They don’t mind older cars as well as new ones and treat them all professionally. They just painted my sons 1979 convertible bug and it came out looking amazing. Excellent work and will definitely be back.

Attitude to leave me alone !!! One thing is doing well the other is bad, if you say correct, they correct this detail, and spoil the other. How so ??? I understand that no one has sued them? I will be the first. They tell me that I chose a cheaper $ 800 and get this quality. I also personally prepared the car myself, and I only gave it to paint !!!!!! The second day I arrive and the second day I can not pick up my car.

I went in to get my roof racks painted and the results were the worst I have ever experienced. Sections of the racks were not painted including underneath. There is white overspray all over the top of the car and on the windshield. Components were not put back after they did their terrible repaint job on the hatchback. Parts are missing and loose.Never ever go to the Maaco in Shoreline.

Tyler presented me with multiple options and was able to repair the messed up hood and door dings around the car, before the paint went on. Very personable interaction throughout—He even gave me a ride to work when I dropped off the car. Also want to mention that when I picked up the car, it was beautifully detailed! Super fast turnaround, too! These guys will make you look good, and I totally recommend them!

These guys are very cool. They did a bigger scratch repair for me last year with no issues that has been holding up fine, and recently I swung by to ask them about a weird spot on my paint, and they werent busy and they buffed it out real quick without charging me. Always friendly and easy to work with.

I had a great experience at the Shoreline Maaco in Feb. of 2018. They fixed a shattered door lock mechanism and replaced some mirror switches. The paint was also peeling on my Chevy Silverado. It was the same price to paint it all and Taylor and his crew did a great job. The door works fine and Im very happy with the paint job. All for around $1400. I thought it was a good deal. They were very competent and really into the work.Thanks

I just needed my taillight replaced. I looked up the instructions on YouTube and decided I had better things to do with my time. I was willing tov pay up to $80. Maaco said their minimum charge is $75. That was within limits. I took my car with my replacement taillight. I figured about a 30-45 minute wait but he was done in about 15 and charged me just over 60. If I need body work Im coming here. I highly recommend.

I recently took my older model Buick to Maaco to have the rear bumper painted. From the first phone call, my experience was great! John was friendly and helpful and kept me informed of the progress; repairs were done when promised; it is also the little things like backing my car in so that I could exit easily; my car was also cleaner than when I dropped it off! The entire staff was courteous and respectful; I had a separate window issue that they were going to fix, however, it was realized that they could not do so without jeopardizing previous work I had done, so they opted not to proceed, even though they had already ordered the part! I will recommend this business to my family and friends. Thank you Shoreline Maaco.

Had a fender bender and went in for an estimate bc the reviews seemed good. Paul looked at my car and asked me to open my hood, then immediately states, if you even know how. Told me hed charge the lowest price in the area and was really insistent on taking a down payment so he can order the parts. The total price turned out expensive, kept my car past the estimated time frame, no phone calls at any point for updates (not even to say my car is done), and then gives me back my car with new engine problems without warning. The engine problems probably resulted bc of the collision and didnt manifest until my car was under their care, but they didnt communicate that at all. I asked what happened, they denied all knowledge and said they dont do anything with engines. So then they referred me to Buckeye auto repair. The repair job Maaco did looks okay especially with the front bumper and right head light replacement, but the hood is still a bit bent. They replaced my right mirror but there is still tape marks everywhere. They did vacuum the front inside of my car and washed the outside. I would recommend to improve their communication skills especially for major issues like new engine problems so their customers can plan ahead for time and finances.

Brought my Jag in that looked worse than some cars Ive seen at a wrecking yard and for a VERY REASONABLE price I drove it away looking almost Showroom like. Thank-You for the GREAT job. I may have another to follow!!!

I was a little skeptical at first about taking my car to Maaco...but, since I was paying for my accident out of pocket I decided to go in and at least get an estimate. I was so pleased when my estimate was one third of previous estimate from a different establishment.There were other customers in there and I asked if they had had a good experience with Maaco.They both said yes...and were very happy with results. Well...I picked up my car today and I must say I am delighted. It looks brand new. The employees....especially Paul the manager are great. He is very professional and the first man that can multitask like the best of us(women that is😊)...I would recommend Maaco to anyone needing auto repair....hopefully I wont need to be going back....but if I do...I will. These guys did a very good job fixing up my Infiniti Qx4. Its an older car, and I didnt buy it for much, but when I got into a minor fender bender with a telephone pole, and dented the bumper and grill, they did all they could to keep the cost down and still render the car looking great. It was returned clean, and Paul was just as friendly as can be. I appreciate the extra level of kindness and professionalism. Ill be back!

I have a 97 Ford Thunderbird that had a severely cracked front bumper and found a replacement at a wrecking yard. My car was Artic Green and my replacement was Red. I went to Maaco and Paul gave me an estimate which was very generous that included removing my old damaged bumper, painting and installing the replacement.. Ford Motor Company could not have matched the color more perfectly. When I picked the car up I was so impressed with how perfect it looked I failed to noticed the whole car had been cleaned inside and out. I also had purchased some new chrome wheel fairing to go around my wheel wells. Paul told me to bring them out and he installed them for me at no additional cost. More dirt then paint paid to have chrome taken off was either dented or oversprayed. Interior oversprayed engine comprartment oversprayed over dust paint blisterd after 1 month paid for block sand used da. Wavy. John took $800 off to have fixed else where paid $4000 for $13000 of damages. John would not go over car with me. Tip use a check to block payment

Completely they are not professional,they make me feel unhappy, my car is not fix properly, I told him the owner I give them my car again but I dont know they dont know how to to fix the bumper front and back they mass my car!! Only money Im so sorry!!

Do NOT let them work on your car. I had them paint the fiberglass roof on my VW Camper bus and they totally botched the job. They charged me extra to prep the paint and they didnt even sand the old gasket material off before painting. Liars. I could still see the lettering under the new paint. What a joke. The paint had runs too. And the grand finale, they dropped it on the floor and chipped the fiberglass. The shop manager took no ownership. This place sucks, but what else do you expect from Maaco?
