Chriss kindness and helpfulness calmed me immediately. He got my tires sorted, and even helped me learn how to use some functions on my new car! Barely had to wait more than 20-30m on a busy Saturday morning to get a nail taken out of my tire and patched up. Ive been a big fan of discount tires over some of your other options that feel overpriced. Sure the other places may have more frills but if you want a no mess no fuss basic tire rotation or change this is the place to do it, faster and cheaper

I had called to see if they can fix my tire and they said yes I got hold up at the pharmacy and took a long time to get there so I drove there and got there 10 minutes to close the assistant manager Matthew burns help me I didn’t want to drive my car with my tire like that I ask to please help me I know it was late and he said yes I want to así he give a very good customer service and care for the customers I really appreciate it definitely come to him to this store when I get my new tires thank you so much !!!He should be the store manager and show the team how to care for customers

Excellent service. They were able to order the exact tires I wanted in a matter of days. (Even if they dont have them available in the site, shoot them a call because they can get pretty much any tire or rim for the best price too) I had new tires put on brand new rims and they did not get a scratch on them. I also had some specific requests and they worked with me on them . If you are particular with your car, this is a good place to go.

Do NOT just try to show up without an appointment. You will be disappointed. BUT, set an appointment and they will do a timely, good job. It looks like all the locations are running with reduced staff, so work with them, and have reasonable expectations. Be nice to people who secure your wheels to your car.

Wow.. I have to say I was surprised by two things.. they employ teens.. which is a huge plus and somewhat rare now.. And the people there are knowledgeable and have great customer service.I had warranty work done from another tire store.. I really just felt like it was driving off.. I had the air check done. Not only was the tire pressure over but all of the tires were different pressure.. Thanks to guys there tires are all back to the same psi..

Better to go in from the entrance on 200th, but I went in from Aurora and they just moved my car after I checked in.Chris, the assistant manager, was I spoke with. Super nice and honest (dishonesty is a problem I tend to have at auto places of any kind).Overall had a wonderful experience!

Went in to get a puncture fixed. They didnt do it. Instead they want me to buy a new pair. I saw the wear but I believe wear is not the cause of air leaking but a puncture.

Slow to get me in.Slow to get service.In and out in 4 hours for one tire replacement.I came in for a $55.00 tire listed on their website with free tire replacement and air pressure listed as services, and was charged almost $260 for different tires than I wanted and for the install.Not worth.Do not recommend and will not return.

I would give six stars. They had an appointment time on New Years Eve with barely 24 hours notice. I was in and out in an hour. The employees were kind. They restarted the TPMS so I didnt have to go to the dealer. I really appreciate this location!

I would like to speak to the owner of this establishment immediately. This discount tire location has caused damage to my car. I have been back time after time from their mistakes. I am recieving delayed and horrible customer service when I have been very understanding and respectful about the situation. I had my car inspected by my mechanic a week prior to having the new rims and tires installed on my car. There were absolutely no issues until discount tires touched my car.I would not recommend going here until their staff and management have figured out what quality customer service means and learn how to properly install rims and tires on a car.

My wifes run flat tires had a puncher in them and we were hoping to get plug and patch.Discount tires recommended that we get our tires replaced as there was wear and balding. Ive come here a few times and the service was good, but I had to write this review today to discuss prices. My goodness they have greatly escalated the price tires over the last 20 years :( This week I needed 4 new tires for my F150 and they quoted my a whooping 700 dollars for their cheapest set. This was 200 less than Les Scwab and Costco. But when I looked online I was able to buy 4 tires that had a better warranty from Walmart for jus 300 bucks. Walmart installed them for another $75. Since it only costs about 20 bucks to make these tires this still seems too high but at least Walmart was in the ballpark of reasonable. Sorry Discount :(

They didnt tell me about the $22 per tire installation fee until they were already working on my car and then they didnt fill the tires to the proper level so my tire pressure warning came on when I was on my way home after they closed of the evening so I had to come back to get them filled properly.

Great staff, always honest about everything. I have seen plenty of opportunities to take advantage of someone but they did not. Just last night somebody had a major safety issue with a blown ball joint. They could have changed her tires and taken her money but they didnt. Instead they told her what was wrong and how to get it fixed after urging her not to drive it.A+

I am an African American women. I stopped by this shop with the intention of purchasing 8 tires. I stood in line that was moving fine until I was in front. There were two white males working the desk. The one on the right served the woman ahead of me. The one on the left looked at me and went to the garage. He returned, looked at me and asked if anyone was waiting with a car ready. He served two white males. He looked at me again then answered the phone. He got off the phone and looked at me then went to the garage again. He came back and picked up the phone. I turned to the guy behind me, one of 3 others behind me waiting, and I said thats it for me. I then said to him I dont think anyone will be served as long as I am in front of the line. I left angry but a little amused as I really needed 8 tires and a wheel that day and just needed assistance. I have told my story to some of my colleagues at Shoreline Community College and recommended that they never go there. I wont. This occurred around 4pm, Saturday December 2. Still need 8 tires and a wheel but will be purchasing them elsewhere. If there was a no-star option I would choose it.

Ive been a customer for some time now and Discount Tires always performs to get the job done. Their focus is to please, to meet your needs and although sometimes they falter during busy times (which appears to be constant), they come through to make it right.I had a few issues w/ my wheel purchases and things just didnt happen the way they should, unfortunately, but we resolved it. They will work with you and they genuinely want happy customers.

I think these guys are good. They have great prices but anotherMajor tire store that Ive always dealt with before match their quote so I went with them out of loyalty. But without discount tire I would have paid more. So its bittersweet I want to give discount tire great marks but I actually went with someone else. One thing is discount tire doesnt do alignments which was kind of the deciding factor.

They are okay. The good: They do he job quick. Cons: They charge you $50 a tire to put them on your car if you dont buy them from them. Also can be a little condescending when you ask questions. Sorry I didnt study tires in College.—-Update: I went to get tires this week, a few years after my original review. Everyone was super nice and really seemed to care about proving great customer service. I could order and schedule online, it was super easy. I will now always come back to get tires from them.

Courteous and quick staff. They always take good care of me when I take my car there. They listen to my problem and provide a solution quickly. Often, its a free air fill up or tire seal and Im on my way.

I get my tires changed twice a year, once to get on snow tires, then again to get my regular tires put back on. Ive used this particular location for about a decade now. They are always polite, quick, and do good work for a good price. The lounge could use an upgrade, but I usually dont spend much time in there so I dont mind much. Thanks for all your hard work!

Have been going to Discount Tire for years... Good value and service. Most often service has been friendly. However, last time I was there the counter guy that helped was in need of some personality training - Made me feel like I was bothering him. Otherwise, I like this place and will go back.

After my third flat tire this month my last visit was with a damaged side wall thankful the tire was still under warranty and I paid minimum for a replacement and it was ready when they said it would be thanks. One of us recently purchased 4 Blizzak snow tires for their Subaru Outback from Discount Tire in Shoreline. The next day, the two left side tires were completely flat, after being driven directly to the owners garage, just 3 miles from the store. To their credit, Discount Tire commissioned a flatbed tow truck, brought the car back to Discount, the next morning. Then, removed all 4 tires from the rims, inspected the tires for damage and remedied the faulty valve installations which were the cause of the problem. Discount also gave a substantial credit for the problem. Discount admitted their error, and completely addressed the problem at their cost as well as providing a credit. We could not have asked for a better experience; given the issue.

Ive been getting my tires here for about 15 years, and for multiple cars over that time. I cant say enough good things about them. A number of years ago, my wife got a flat while driving up Aurora in the dark rain of a winter evening with the kids in the car. She called them, and they stayed open until she limped in, and got things done. Yesterday I went in for a routine thing, and they found two issues: one of which they fixed for me with no cost, and with my greatest appreciation. The other was an issue that needed a mechanic, and was important enough that I was able to get it in to my mechanic to get fixed this morning. A loyal customer due to years of exemplary service - thank you!

Dont bother stopping at the location in Lynnwood, WA. Your better to just go to Shoreline, WA. The staff in Lynnwood are unfriendly and unhelpful. I went yesterday for help with a tire and the sent me on my way, did not help, and failed to tell me how unsafe my issue was after they looked at it. The Shoreline, WA location; however has angels for staff!! Thank heavens the Shoreline location, even though they were swamped, made the time to help me to make sure my family was safe.
