Such a great company to do business with! I fill bottles with them often. They also set up a new construction home with a tank. I use the app to order and pay for propane. Super easy. I can order and receive propane the same day. Driver takes care of everything and leaves my receipt in the same spot each time!! Great friendly company!!

Wonderful customer service. Great, friendly drivers. We were getting pretty low and were not home, but the driver called us and let himself in our gate and filled the tank. Doesnt get any better than that!!!

Top notch propane supplier in North Texas. They did a great job installing our buried tank when we built our home last year. Better yet....I called very shortly before the February 2021 winter storm and they jumped on it, getting my tank topped off as I requested. I would definitely recommend them.

Competitive pricing and friendly staff to work with. My request for gas are usually filled on the day I call. The delivery driver is very conscientious about not damaging any of my landscaping during a fill-up. Great group of folks!

As the power of attorney for my brother in Tx since 2012, I have dealt with Enderby Gas for billing and payment. I live in Florida so I must call their office frequently to question billing. I would like to tell you there is still kindness in this world. I finally got thru to Enderby yesterday and the nice ladies told me it would be 2 days before we would get propane, she explained they were without electricity and finally got it on yesterday. I explained to her my father had cancer and my dad and mom had the virus. I put as many heater in the house as I could but it wasnt warm enough. We were down to 5 percent of propane. I lost power will I was talking to her. She called back and said they would be there yesterday afternoon to put propane in. God bless you and Enderby Gas. Means so much that people still matter. Fast and Friendly Service!They dont chew you out for ordering gas 3 days ahead as Red River Propane did me 5 years ago! They were slow.Enderby Gas personnel in Princeton Texas are very helpful. Great service. Byron, who brings our refills has always been helpful and courteous, including getting us restarted the one time we ran out (our fault), hooking up our BBQ grill, and answering all questions as we transitioned from electric to LP gas.

We love Enderby gas. We use the keep full service, and our driver just comes by periodically, checks our levels, and fill us up. We have a long, winding, narrow drive, he is always careful and negotiates it perfectly.

I understand that it was a very busy time but I did have to email several times and I did get a reply each time. However, I did feel this was a long time to wait and we did have to be very frugal with our usage during the very cold weather. This is the first time we have ever had any issues and are confident that it won’t happen again. I would still highly recommend this company.

I had Suburban propane for years until they were bought out by Ferrellgas. I just became a number then with zero customer service. So I looked around and went with Enderby. Wow! What a difference! My only question was why did I not do this 25 years ago!! The folks there always answer the phone, are courteous, and ALWAYS respond favorably to any situation. Why would you get your propane anywhere else?!

We just started doing business with this company and are very pleased with their service.We were both glad and surprised they carried all the parts needed for our portable propane heaters at prices that were less than the big box stores.On top of that they gave us great advice on how to hook things up and answered a few other questions we had.We are glad to do business with a “Mom and Pop” place to help support our local community.

This company used to be friendly and customer service oriented; however, over the last year they have really changed.They no longer care how their equipment is maintained. Instead of fixing their equipment they blame their customers over maintenance issues. They have also overtly threatened their customers over billing. This is not how you do business, especially in a small community.I cant wait to dump them and switch to someone with decent, moral business practices.

Gouge City. I will not make the mistake of buying propane here ever again. I went to fill up a 30lb propane tank. At McCraw and Tractor Supply Ive never been charged more than $17 to fill the tank. Enderby charged me: $26.25. In my opinion, If you have a BBQ tank or have an RV do yourself a favor and go to McCraw Oil or Tractor Supply to fill your RV Tanks.

Good propane dealer, take you rv and gas grill bottles to be filled, and recertified. They also sell bottles, grills, heaters and all types of gas line hoses fittings and gagesfor all your propane needs for home and rv needs. Sorry no handicap access, but they will come out and wait on you.
