Tina is amazing! She is SUPER FRIENDLY and very efficient. She has a great personality and always does her best to accommodate the needs of her customers.

My propane tank, originally buried by a different contractor, was installed too shallow. With all the recent rains IT FLOATED. Douglass came out as soon as I called them and determined we were safe. Once things dried out they came back, reexcavated the tank, and got it deeper this time, and reset it to my complete satisfaction! Thank you Douglass!Their propane prices are good as well!

Update 03/18/20... Propane driver was filling my neighbors propane tank. I asked if he could top my tank with gas. Would take less than 5 min.. He said I have to call and he would come back. Note, we are 35 min away from their office. He spent more time telling me that he has a route to fill and that i had to call than it woukd have taken to fill my tank. And he would waisted over an hour to come back..the drivers attitude was less than nice or helpful. Why I own my tank so any company can fill....original post.... I called on Nov 18 to set up appointment for propane tank set. I immediately received an email that I would be contacted shortly.. I had asked for an appointment on Friday of that week.. No call, no other emails, no answer when I called the cell phone # on the email....... Dec 2; I called back and advised them that no one has contacted me about a tank set. I was told that they are busy and about 2 weeks behind on setting tanks. Thats the reason I called two weeks ago. I was told that someone would call me back..i tried the cell # again. No answer. No call back as of yet..Dec. 6.. Same generic response from Douglas that similar poor reviews got..

We always have a good service man in Barry Wright friendly and reliable.

Can’t return phone calls for quotes to place a tank and fill. Main operator is rude and cuts you off in mid sentence and doesn’t even know if the can fill small propane tanks.
