Haven and Zi helped me get a new phone and all set up today! They were fantastic! Very helpful! They were happy and had positive attitudes! Also so friendly! I enjoyed my experience with them! Would highly recommend going to that store!

I visited with metro store on 82 and christina sims the manager was awesome! She was wad very helpful and made my experience a good one and there needs to be many more of her in this industry.
Not impressed with them lately. They used to be a little more affordable upgrading you could still get a free device if you had your device so long and now upgrading seems to be the same price as a brand new phone without service so not impressed Im thinking about switching actually
I went to Metro by T-Mobile store Thursday April 8, 2021, to purchase a phone because my current phone would not keep a charge. The store manager name Christina showed me different phones. I purchased a Motorola phone because she told me it just came out and it was a good phone. The manager also suggested I purchase a screen protector and a phone case. I purchased both with the phone. The manager threw the phone case and screen case packaging away when she sold me the phone. My purchase total was $147.36. On Friday April 9, I realized the phone didnt work properly. I went back to the store and the manager played around with the phone and told me it should work later that day in which it did not. Monday April 12, 2021, I took the phone back to the store and called the Metro 800 number. The 800 number took a report and told me to ask the store if they can assist me with another phone because the one I had didnt work for me. I let the store manager Christina know what the Metro T-Mobile said. The manager Christina stated she could not assist me and to go to a corporate store to help me. I went to a Corporate Metro by T-Mobile and they assist me with upgrading my phone to another one in which I had to pay an additional $140.83. The corporate store told me to take the phone case and screen protector back to the original store for a refund on it. I went back to the original store who sold me the phone that was giving me problems. The manager Christina told me she cannot refund me because I didn’t have the phone case and screen protector packaging. I told the store manager she kept the packaging in which she acknowledged. The manager went to the back room and calls her manager. The store manager came back to the front counter and told me her manager stated I cannot receive a refund. I had my receipt. I even told the manager can she just give me another screen protector instead of a refund to fit my new phone the corporate store assists me with. The store manager Christina told me her manager name was Gary and she gave me his number. I tried calling Gary and he keep sending me to voicemail. I believe that is bad business and unprofessional. I have been a customer of Metro for 16yrs and purchase a phone every two years from them. I have always paid my monthly phone bill on time. I have never experience this type of service. I am very upset about this. The store owe me 45.00. I was out of 320.00 altogether. I also had to drive 38 miles to the corporate office to get assistance because the store I purchased the first phone from did not want to assist me. I do not recommend going to this store. Bad management.
They have the rudest staff its a shame because the variety of phones and usually have them all in stocks unlike the others in this area . Kc is the employee I dealt with she was rude hateful . She asked for my if to add a phone to my husbands service . Then charged me 70 it should have been 45 . She added insurance without asking. And did not put the service with my husbands plan come to find out she was so busy being rude she started a new service agreement with made my total phone each month 70 instead of the add a line and your bills for both phones become 45 .

The customer service was great. They helped figure out what the problem was.
I went in to get a new line added to my account, but I ended up with a new account with a 5g phone and it was a lot less than $100.00.
As a previous employee they seriously need to consider new management and when an employee turns in their notice of resignation they need to follow thru with paying that employee. Very disappointing after over a year of employment.
Mandi and Coco were very friendly, professional and helpful. I felt like I was being treated more like a friend than a customer. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience, which is a big change from the experience Ive had with Verizon. Metro PCS really should be proud of their staff at this location.

Mandi and Christina rule! I had to replace yet another dropped phone. I was on a limited budget so after the obligatory up sale (given in a knowledge but not overly aggressive way.thank goodness) Mandi found me the best deal within my budget,the right caseand all with the most lovely personality ever. Christina was also working the shop and she was lovely as well. There are other MetroPCS shops in Sherman but this one is the best. There is almost never a wait. Need a new case? they have a great selection and they know all about the features on your new phone and will walk you through what you need to know. This is the store you want for the service you need provided by ladies youll like!
This is by far the best Metro store of them all!!! The sales staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, you ask a question and they have the answer. It only gets better from here, the Manager is one of the best ladies I have ever met and goes above and beyond her expectations. She has been there for over 3 yrs and with the turnaround in this type of job that really speaks quality. I even had a chance to deal a little with the regional manager and again great person willing to do what it takes to get not only customers but happy customers. I got a great deal, was extremely happy when I left and there is nothing that could have went any better. I will never step in another Metro store but this one. Great job guys!!!0

I didnt feel like an obligation to any questions I had which was so nice... i walked out feeling comfortable switching to Metro from the other provider... Very rude and unfriendly, nobody in store when we arrived and they ignored my husband and kept talking to each other in the backroom until he spoke up, and were very rude. They were going to charge us $16 dollars to reactivate a phone we already had. Not a big deal. Until (because of their attitude) we took our business to the metro to texoma prkway. $10 for the same thing.... Hmmmm trying to pocket extra money I see will not be returning here.

My sister got a phone from this store a month ago and can only use text messaging, the staff is UNABLE TO Help, says only the manager can do anything, and everytime they say ( BUT THE MANAGER WONT BE IN UNTIL TOMORROW) !!!!!!! Seems like tomorrow never comes. .....!!! What a rip off !!!
Called and lady on phones was very rude wasnt friendly. Her tone seemed annoyed and just not great customer service! Wont be going to this location!
