Surprisingly excellent experience. Super professional techs who really knew their jobs. They worked fast and the end result was a like new phone and the work was cheaper, faster and more convenient than sending it back to the manufacturer. Bonus? Their work did NOT blind my warranty. I have had my phone less than a month. My phone is my Tesla key, so I ended up staying close to the repair shop while they worked. They got incredibly busy but still had me done in less than an hour. You can honestly trust these guys to do a great job.

My wife’s cellphone battery was dying. So, I looked for a place where we could get a replacement including installation. I considered buying the battery and putting it in myself but, after watching some YouTube videos, decided that I didn’t trust myself working inside the phone’s intricate electronics. It wasn’t worth the extra $40 I’d save. Especially with a $800 phone.CPR Cell Phone Repair Sherman was conveniently located near Walmart, promised a 30 minute turnaround time and quoted a price $20 cheaper than a nearby competitor. We dropped her phone off and went to run a few errands. By the time we were done, her phone was ready. My only complaint is that they didn’t call us, as promised, when the phone was ready. So far, the phone is working great.Update 3/17/21: I replaced my phone battery as well. They gave me the same price as my wife received. They were fast and efficient. My phone battery is now lasting at least twice as long as it was before the battery replacement.

I was working in Durant, OK. Called on my way back to Dallas to see about the warranty replacement on my Zagg invisishield screen protector. It was a last minute decision to stop there. Austin was very helpful and took care of the replacement and installed it on my IPhone XS Max. Quick service and perfect install. I highly recommend using them for phone repairs.

Over the weekend my phone randomly stopped working and I had a trip to go on the day it stopped working. I took my phone to Bill at the cpr in Sherman to see if there was any way to salvage my phone. He was very nice and detailed in explaining what could have happened. It was over all a good experience in a not so good situation. I highly recommend this service.

I went to a local box store to get a screen protector for my S10. After being told I needed an appointment just to enter the store, I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair. Would not recommend for Apple Mac repairs. Not familiar with several models and thought a 30 minute upgrade would take 2 to 3 hours. Theyre probably okay to repair cell phones, but Ill go to Best Buy for my iPhones.

The service was fantastic. Very fast, very informative, everything on my phone looked great when it was repaired. The only thing I’ve noticed since getting my phone back (4 days now) is when I make phone calls my screen does not “go black” when up to my ear. This causes my face to hit mute, end the call, start calling someone else by mistake during the middle of a different call, etc. Plus when texting some of the letters on the keyboard are not as sensitive as others and it causes issues when trying to send a message quickly. I assume this is because it is not the factory or stock screen that came with the phone, and there’s going to be little glitches, but it beats having a shattered screen that’s impossible to type on! Again I was EXTREMELY happy with the service and how quickly they helped me. I was just naive in thinking it would be exactly the way it was prior to me shattering it.

My phone is like new in a matter of minutes. Very pleased.

I took my iPhone here just before thanksgiving and the screen was fixed and I had a tempered glass also added. I was told that the tempered glass was not a fail safe way of protecting but it would sure protect it better than nothing- right?! Well just after Christmas I dropped my iPhone from about knee high and of course it landed face down. Well it broke! The tempered glass and the screen under it! So I went back to this place and the same guy who sold me the tempered glass was now saying that the tempered glass wasnt a guarantee (of any kind!) instead it was an added expense that I think was a complete waste of money! And because of having this tempered glass- it has voided my warranty on my iPhone!!! I was also told by apple that the screen broke because of having this protection on it!! Big waste of money!! As for my return business-? Not likely 👎

The man there I believe his name was John was super nice and had my phone fixed at the earliest day estimated, and it looks good as new. I had a Galaxy note 5 and I need my phone for my freelance art business and it seemed no one could help me since it wasnt the newest phone out but he could and did. I traveled from Mckinney to get my Samsung Galaxy S6 battery replaced. Both my front and back screens were cracked and he was still able to fix it completely. He sounded the most knowledgeable and quoted me way less time to fix it. Definitely worth the drive.

I brought my iphone in for a screen repair. Upon picking up my phone, I was told the charging port needed to be replaced. There was never a charging problem before so I declined the additional $69 they wanted to charge. After leaving the store, I realized that my back camera no longer worked. So then the phone dies and now doesnt take a charge. Which like I said, never had an issue charging before. So I call up there and they tell me in order to repair the camera and charging port that worked before, Im going to have tl pay the $69 plus whatever they decide to charge for the camera! I will never take another phone to them again. Huge rip off and theu destroyed my iphone.

I took my iPhone 7 in this morning with extreme damage to the screen. My screen was cracked so bad that pieces of glass were falling off and the actual l.e.d screen just showed a faint white light between the multiple black lines across it. I left my phone with them for about an hour, came back picked it up and it looked brand new! These guys are good! (Cheaper than I assumed it would be before I actually went)
