Ive used these guys for both auto and home. Theyre always quick to get me scheduled and the work is always clean and done right. They went above and beyond to cut me a deal and were very cool and considerate despite a slight issue with who they got the glass from. Still got me in that day for the repair. Definitely a go to for glass repair!

I could not have asked for better service then what I received from Shelby, Mary, and Dustin at Binswanger-Sherman. This group actually answered the phone on the second ring (I say this, because I called other glass repairs places and received a recording from all of them).I arrived at 7:50 am, I was greeted professionally and was out the door by 7:30am. Went for a windshield repair for a small crack. I was able to easily get an appointment for the next day. The repair was quick and looks great!

Very nice people from everyone involved did a great job from start to finish. Ive used them for years have always did great quality work so worth the extra few dollars..Keep in mind they back it for life on leaks,wind noise workmanship on any installPlus they give you 2 free chip repairs like around $130 value when you buy a new windshield to help your glass last longer..Great people great company great job!!

Took my jeep in to get a mirror installed.they took measurements, ordered the mirror on Friday and installed it the following Monday. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating,very thorough and take great pride in their work. Highly recommend them for all your mirror and glass needs

I HAD AN EXTREMELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Not knowing the area, I googled windshield repair & this one popped up 1st... after speaking with Mary, I felt no need to call anywhere else... She was not only very kind & knowledgeable, she made me feel rest assured that my vehicle was still safe to drive until my glass came in..( not even my own Husband could offer that, & I quote, You should be fine) Also, would like to add that I missed my app. not once but twice & they still found a place for me in their busy schedule... We called for an appointment and there was a no show. Called again and they finally came, their representatives were rude and unpleasant. We are using a company 2 cents cheaper but more professional and much more customer friendly.

Nick is the worst to handle any Job what so ever. Will talk over you and very disrespectful. I would recommend re-training his customer service skills. Main reason on why i cut ties on doing business with him. He’s the type of guy who will hold a grudge and not move forward to make things better. Not good to have in business.

I took my car to get a rock chip fixed. They were able to make the chip nearly invisible. They also checked my back window defroster to make sure it was working correctly. The customer service was outstanding...both ladies at the front were friendly and helpful. I was prepared to purchase a new windshield and back window...but they were able to fix what was wrong for much less!

I used this business to replace several windows in my home. Everyone I talked with was kind, courteous and efficient. They measured, ordered and replaced my windows in a timely manner. This place is AWESOME! Called up there with time sensitive situation and got Mary, she was AMAZING, great personality, knowledgeable in there products, and made everything go smoothly. Quoted me a price over the phone, VERY reasonable prices, and a come in your family vibe when you go in. If you have any kind of glass needs, this is the place to go.

We used Binswanger Glass for repairing windows in our home as well as repairing small cracks in the windshields of 2 of our cars. They gave us excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. I would give them my highest recommendation for any glass needs. They have excellent customer service people who are both fast and very friendly as well as super competent glass workers!!

They replaced my side window on my extended cab truck in about 45mins. The next day I could not open the window. I called them back told them the problem I was having. They said to come by the shop and they would look at. I went by and the manager couldnt even get it to open. He then ordered a new window at no cost to me to replace it.

Great people = Great job! They did all my mirrors, tub enclosures, etc for our new house. Their prices are fair with excellent quality and we know you get what you pay for.

Arrived at store (did not call ahead) on Friday about 10:30 with a broken storm window pane about 28 x 35. They replaced with new glass installed in my old frame at a reasonable price and i walked out happy before 11:30. If i need window glass again I definitely will go to Binswanger!!

This is the lowest review for a place I think I have ever written. The only reason it isnt 1 star is because the people are friendly enough when I talk to them, so I wanted to give credit for at least that. The big down side is that they have no follow through on anything. It took over 2 months for a simple standard window replacement. It probably would have taken even longer if I didnt call them every couple of weeks to check on progress. If you do have the misfortune of having to use this company, I suggest that you do the same. Otherwise, they will simply never call to schedule your install.

Had a chip in my wind shield call them ask them to come out they said they could meet me at my work they never showed then 3 weeks later they showed up with the wrong windshield will never ever use them again

Place could use a remodel.

Set up two appointments and both times no one came. When I called to ask the status, both times said they didnt have me on the schedule. Very disappointed.
