They were good back when my car first got hit. Then when the paint cracked they got my car right back in to get fixed again. Now though they do not want to honor the lifetime because it has been to long and I do not have the paperwork. They can still pull up information, but not what they need to do it another time. So i am not happy about getting the run around. Twice I went by getting told they would call back and never did. When I called and he asked me to come yet again they still could not help me. So, best keep your paperwork so it would be even harder for them to not follow their guarantee.

Excellent job from Josh and his entire team at National Auto. My car had an accident on the back bumper that was covered by my insurance. I was able to meet the adjusted at their Sherman location to get a quote, and they started work on the car immediately after I dropped it off. They facilitated my rental car and arranged for me to be picked up by Enterprise, and they kept me updated through the entire process. When I got the car back, it looked as good as new! They did a great work on the paint match and all of the body work from repairing the rear quarter panel to adding the new bumper. When i got the car back, it was cleaned, detailed and looked great! Absolutely no complaints on anything with the process! They handled everything from start to finish, and they kept me updated throughout the entire time they had the car. I am extremely please with the work they did, and even more pleased with the communication from their team and how much pride they took in making sure my car looked great before returning it! I went there this morning to inquire about my bumper that had been popped out on the passenger side, thinking it was a faulty repair job from a previous accident. Total disappointed by the lack of care and returning phone calls about fixing a part of a vehicle that should be an easy find. We hired them out of all the companies because we saw the paint jobs and looked great. The guy kept saying our part was discontinued but can easy call up auto zone and they had them in stock. 68.00 and taxes waited for about 3 weeks total we gave up went on to another body shop tomorrow who we know will fix it. Would give 5 stars if they did what was asked not a wild goose chase.

Great work and great staff here. I’ve had my car 75% repainted and it matched great. My good buddy had his truck burned on the inside and they replaced literally everything, and I can not believe it doesn’t smell like smoke. Really nice shop. Not your everyday Sherman Texas business right here.

I was involved in a small fender bender. A man backed into my car and damaged the passenger side doors of my SUV.I had 2 friends recommend National, and the reviews seemed to be fine.I dropped my car off on a Friday. The following Friday I received a voicemail that my car would be ready Monday.On Monday I took additional time off work to go pick up my vehicle after I turned in my rental.I waited 40 minutes. My father in the parking lot noticed guys scrambling to do additional work to my car, raising a lot of red flags.While waiting in the office, two other customers came in with vehicles having additional issues after their cars had been repaired.I left in my vehicle. Upon driving down the road it started making a noise it had never made, before or after the accident.I took the car back. Larry took the car on a drive. I watched as he pulled it in the back and then 5-10 minutes later drove off.He came back and tried to fast talk me. Telling me a bearing was the problem, but they would not have worked on that part of the car. Evading accountability and trying to fast-talk me like Im a fool.I come from a family of experienced mechanics, we just dont do body work. I took the car home, with Larry saying its unlikely that the bearing would lock up the car.My dad drove the car and we both agreed that it was not a bearing. The problem was wind whistling at high speeds.I had to have my dad take the car up there to enforce that it was not fixed properly and we would not be paying additional, but that they would be fixing it right.Later in the day Larry called my father and had him come drive the car. Turns out we were right and that the men who worked on the car used OLD grommets to put my roof rack back on, rather than NEW grommets as they should have. No bearing issues at all.Other than that, the paint job was an A+.So if you want to do some back-and-forth and fight for your car to be repaired properly, have at it.I would not return for any future business.

I had my truck severely hit by hail a few months after purchasing it. Not knowing a lot about an insurance claim I believed that the place was trying to rip me off. Come to find out I was wrong. The guys at National did a great job! My truck a year later is still in great shape and so I wanted to leave a review to let people know, National is an awesome shop that has your best in mind! If I ever have to go to someone again itd be these guys!

I took my car in to get the back bumper fixed. It was done a day earlier than expected. They had my car up front and ready to go when I got there. These guys were so nice and polite. If I ever need auto body repairs again I will defiantly use them.

Overall:Work quality – 3 out of 5, some repairs were decent, others were not. Repair quality declined when I sent my car back for them to fix something they hadn’t fixed the first time around.Customer service – 3 out of 5, for the first week or so the shop was informative, responsive, and helpful.Would recommend? Depends on my mood.For the first little while the guys at this shop were very informative and responsive. I just had to go a little ways to drop my vehicle off at the dealership and the shop sent down a flatbed to tow it up to Sherman. They said they would get right on it and tow it back to the dealership when they were done.It took 11 days for the first round because some of the parts that were ordered “hadn’t come in yet”. That was fine, no problem.I went to pick up my car and I am handed a Work Order that only says “Parts, Paint, Labor.” That’s it. I was told to go off my estimate that I was given by my insurance adjustor.As I’m inspecting the repairs I noticed one whole area of damage hadn’t been fixed, there was a residual piece of white plastic hanging out of my fog light assembly, and there was large gap between my bumper cover and headlight. When I called the body shop they said “those things weren’t on my estimate, only what was on the estimate was fixed.” The estimate specifically included the repairs that weren’t done.So my car goes back up to Sherman. A few days later I go back to pick it up. The repairs are done but the quality of work was very poor. It was almost as if they were mad at me for seeing that they didn’t do the job that was requested. There was, and still is, glue dripping down the sides of my rocker molding.

No car accident is fun or worry-free but working with the professional team at National Auto Collision they make the whole process extremely smooth and treat their customer right. Wont go anywhere else!

Received my car back from a fender bender after about two weeks of work. They lost the lug nut key so I wasn’t able to get any tires changed after getting the car fixed. Not only that I hadn’t had the car for an entire week and as I’m driving the entire front right tire comes off. Luckily I wasn’t on the highway on my way to work as usual. If I could give the company less then one star I would for poor service.

I had an accident little over a year ago National repair my car but right away the clear coat started blistering up. I sent my car back to them and they redid the clear coat under warranty they had it for two weeks and I got it back on Monday as I was inspecting it I notice that the clear coat was still pealing off by the fender well and that they had completely damage my vinyl strips that runs down the center of the car. So our service writer (Don Herring Mitsubishi in Plano) call them back to explain the issues i said no big deal theyll take care of it but to my surprise Josh claims that the strips where like that when it got there which is a complete lie. At first I would recommend this body shop because the paint blended in like it was suppose to I couldnt tell the difference but now I wouldnt suggest this body shop to anybody. How can you not pay attention to the paint details but much worst of all how can you deliver a car back to a costumer knowing it was damage during the repair and then having the guts in denying the damage. very unprofessional stay away from this place.

This Autoshop, specifically Daryll, is wonderful. They repaired my car (4 months old) and dealt with the insurance company (of the person who hit my car) to make sure the repairs were covered. I feared i would be locked in a battle between insurance and autoshop...but Daryll stepped up and returned my car to its original and perfect condition. This is a very professional and dependable business. They stand behind the quality of their work. Daryll worked with JT - at Donn Herring Mitsubishi - in Plano...and JT was also very professional. He answered all my questions, provided an estimate in 15 minutes (or less), and helped to coordinate the repairs. Overall, I am very impressed with NAC and would recommend them to anyone - including my family & friends.
