My Mustang is like brand new! I brought my sweet ride in with damage to the quarter panel, and tail light unit, after someone made a hit-and-run. Insurance company wanted to total it even though it was steering, and driving just fine. They said the repair would be more than the value of the car since it is a classic. Ive never had a wreck, or dreamed that this would happen to me. I thought it was impossible to find a place to replace or repair my car. Just when we lost hope after the initial evaluation from the insurance company, me and my husband found Heritage Collision Center. They had great customer service, prompt time line of all repairs, threw in a repaint on the door where there was a bare spot, kept it within our budget, and even called a few times to keep us up-to-date on the job. I cannot thank yall enough for the work you have done. Now my mustang is even sweeter! Vroom vroom!

Excellent paint and body work on our car. Dealing with the insurance adjuster (girl, 18 hit us) was becoming very frustrating. Shiloh successfully negotiated with them to be sure the repairs were done properly -- no unacceptable shortcuts (such as using junkyard parts for our 2 year old car). I would highly recommend them, our one year old WRX took a pretty big hit. We had quite a few aftermarket parts on the car that sustained damage. The biggest concern was we swapped the top mount intercooler for a front mount and it was smashed pretty bad. After asking the subi forums we were referred to Shiloh at Heritage collision. They were upfront about the entire process including what brand and type of parts would be used to replace the damaged parts. We also had the option to only use OEM parts and pay the difference if there was one. They were able to obtain OEM parts for the same cost as the quote so we didnt have to pay out of pocket for anything other than the radiator we opted to upgrade. We were sent photos of the progress and kept in the loop on how far along everything was. The final result was fantastic as well, cant even tell anything happened! Excellent service and communication!
