We had a very positive experience at this glass shop. We had a front windshield replaced and their customer service is outstanding! Josh, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The technicians did a great job and were great to talk to. (They even took the time to point out some restaurants we could try out for lunch!) This shop is great and I highly recommend them!

They did bad job on repairing my windshield. If people asked me if this place is any good I would say stay away from them. Great customer service but grade F for overall on car work.

Great customer service

They broke our old windshield into the cab of the truck while replacing it and didnt tell me. I got in to leave and cut my finger on tiny shards of glass that were on the seat, the vent fins, the floor and the dash. I understand that accidents happen, but they should have disclosed this hazard to me before I got back into the truck.UPDATED: The owner contacted me and apologized for how this was dealt with. He also let me know that some procedures will be reinstated to better handle situations like this when they occur in the future and offered me a gift certificate for future work. I appreciated his sincerity and honesty during our conversation.

Great glass shop. Excellent quality, Ive used them for years for chips and complete glass replacement. Never a single issue with their quality. My wife use Safelite to replace her windshield, Safeline was only $80 cheaper than Novis and her windshield leaks around the seal anytime it rains.

Friendly and fast.

We had our truck windshield repaired several years ago and they did a FABULOUS job. So when we needed a U-haul to move offices, we used their U-haul service. I was on a limited time schedule and they had me in and out the door with the u-haul in 5 minutes. Top notch service!!
