I had issues with my Toyota took it to my regular Toyota and they couldnt find the issue. The Fremont service dept. found the issue and also found it was covered in the warranty. My new Toyota dealer is FremontToyota!!! Thanks Andre and crew, runs like new.

This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! From start to finish... Thank you Shannon and Jake! She was straight forward and gave us the best price for our trade-in right away (again NO sales games). I must also mention that their trade offer was between $6,000-9,000 more than ANY Toyota dealership in the state of MT. There were 3 dealerships in Colorado and one in Utah that also offered about the same or a little more than Fremont did for my trade.... So, if you live in MT and are car shopping, be aware that other states are offering quite a bit more for your trades!Again, Shannon listened to us. I told her that we didnt want any upsales or extended warranties of ANY kind before arriving at the dealership to sign the paperwork. She then must have relayed the message to the finance department. And much to my surprise, Jake (Finance Gentleman) didnt try once to upsell us. I so appreciated that from both Jake and Shannon. A dealership that listens to their customers. Imagine that!After signing the paperwork, Shannon went over every little detail and helped me get set up in my new Highlander. I bought my rav 4 from here used, is a great vehicle but had some scratches. Detail did their best to get them out, only ones they couldnt get were the deep gouges. It has been serviced here for everything and it never came back to me with other issues. I have also bought tires from the parts department and Keith always gave the best deals.. when I upgrade or get another vehicle, Im definitely shopping only from here!!

My 16 year old son recently had his newly acquired car serviced and everything went great! Andre and the rest of the service team got him into the schedule quickly and took great care of him during his visit, which was greatly appreciated!

Im giving one star because ZERO isnt an option. The service department should have been honest from the start that they dont know Nissan. They replaced a part that didnt need replacing and then gave me a deal by charging me only $800 for NOTHING!! They didnt even call me first. On my way home the check engine light came on. Do NOT trust these folks! Buyer beware unless you like giving them hundreds of dollars only to have to take your vehicle elsewhere.

Professional & courteous staff, but no one returned my call. I am buying my first Toyota and shopped Fremont, Lithia, and conducted a nationwide search. Lithia staff returned my call and answered my questions. They were incredibly helpful and straightforward with no gimmicks.Fremont said they’d love to earn my business but never responded and left me hanging. No one there was rude or pressuring which was nice, but they didn’t even try to sell me something. My assumption is that Lithia already beat them handily on price, so they disengaged. But no one took the time to explain that. If you ultimately go to Fremont you might have to walk them through the process instead of vice versa. At least they’ll be nice though.

My wife wanted an eight passenger minivan which is not always easy to find. Our sales person, Paul, alerted us when one became available and we went down to check it out. When we made the decision to buy it and were in the process of doing so, there were couple of exterior issues came to our attention. Even though they could have sold it anyway as it was they had the problems addressed. I appreciated their extra effort and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was visiting friends in the area and my flux capacitor went out on my 93 Toyota Camry. Most local part shops did not carry the manufacture part, and only carried cheap knockoff parts that would not generate the 1.21 Gigawatts of energy needed for my car to hit 88 mph. I swung into Fremont Toyota Sheridan and I was blown away with their knowledge and expertise, and a manager named Andre Jacob in the parts department took his time to listen to my needs and was able to obtain the exact replacement part I needed. If only I could go back in time and tell him how much I appreciated his dedication to his craft. Very accommodating and friendly. My only complaint would be that the service guy working on your car could be more courteous on getting in your car without putting a paper down on the floor mat and cover on your seat as they are very dirty and leave it a mess with dirt on both even the steering wheel. I know they can’t clean up in between customers but maybe have the people checking you in drive the cars in and out after the service is done.

Even when Paul wasn’t a salesman he helped me find the kind of car that I wanted! After Paul pointed me in the right direction Greg showed me the perfect car for me! Thanks to Paul and Greg I have a new car that I love!!!

While driving from Texas to Montana last week my 2002 Toyota 4Runner gave up the ghost 30-something miles south of Sheridan (I dont know why it died, it only had over 345,000 miles on it. Must have been something I said.) Anyway, got it and me towed to Fremont Toyota and met a great group of people. Service Advisor, Jake Byerlee, was super personable and professional as he confirmed the sad news of the death. Knowing I had to get to Billings that evening, he tried to help me get alternative transportation, but to no avail. Upon my decision to buy a used car, he then introduced me to Paul Lutz, a very amiable, enthusiastic, and competent young man. Paul showed me several vehicles and I finally settled on a particular specimen of another brand that fit the bill. It was immaculately detailed, and I was impressed with Pauls knowledge of the non-Fremont car and all the gadgets and gee-gaws on it. He had done his homework! The car needed the Fremont 70 Point Quality Check before release and he stayed on top of its progress and kept me informed. Paul took me to finance guru, Jake Vigil, who pleasantly arranged things to my satisfaction. Everyone with whom I came into contact seemed to enjoy their job and it showed in their interactions with this customer, at least. Pauls demeanor, interest, and sincerity in helping me totally dispelled the stereotype of the used car salesman. All in all, this dealership is great with great employees!

Unbelievably great customer service. I broke down an hour away from Sheridan on a Friday afternoon. A local garage recommended I have my highlander towed to Fremont Toyota. Although it was late on a Friday afternoon, Jake took great care of me, even arranging a ride to the rental car company that was soon closing. I drove the remainder of the 650 mile drive home in my rental. They assessed my car over the weekend and sadly reported it had driven its last mile (310K miles). Fremont graciously allowed me to leave the car on their lot until I could arrange donation to a charity. When my son drove through to pick up the contents they him the necessary tools. Jake called to be sure all was in order before allowing it to be towed away. I highly recommend this business and especially Jake in service to anyone in the area.
