Took our new Honda in to have the rear repaired from a rear end wreck. They didnt even fix the damage. The dent and marks are still there. When I called the insurance company liable for paying, their reply was that damage was not caused by the wreck. Now how could they know what damage was or was not caused by a wreck? The answer is simple. Hubler suggested that to them. Its a BRAND NEW CRV that had ZERO rear damage before my wife was rear ended by another car. We all know we cant rely on insurance companies to pay up when its time but at the very least Hubler should have called us to tell us what was NOT getting fixed before they touched the vehicle. Now the only option we have is to pay a $500 deductible so our insurance can pay and go after Progressive for the remaining $ on damages.

Took my 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe here after being hit in the right rear with over 200,000 miles on it and a lot of rust, I didnt think it would turn out to good but was I ever wrong!! When I seen it after it was done I was in shock it looks amazing, they truly worked a miracle and stayed low as possible on cost so my insurance wouldnt have to total it. Charles in the body shop is a excellent body man that dude worked a Miracle on my Tahoe. And they had it in and out of the shop in less than a week. They even detailed outside of my Tahoe look like brand new when I got it back.

They may be a great place for insurance companies but definitely not friendly to individual wallets. Disliked business model but I cannot speak on their quality of work.

Ppl very nice. Do fantastic work on collision repairs. but the small check-out office has ceiling tiles wet & dripped on my head not to mention on one is large area of black mold that the lady has to work in all week. Not healthy for her or any one. She said they keep saying theyre going to fix it. I think its OSHA or health dept complaint if they dont fix and keep her in that tiny office. I dont want to go back there again to check out and have black mold dripping on my head.

We have had great service in the past, but recently we had a vehicle worked on and when we picked it up we had the sanding dust caked inside our vehicle. No apologies when I called, just told to bring it back in like we had a bunch of time to deal with dropping it back off and picking it back up. Then when we picked it up the second time all of our stuff was thrown into a box. I will use the other options in town if I need to use this service in the future.

I used my vacation day to drive to this facility because I saw its high rating on Google. Made an appointment, and drove 30 minutes to get an estimate.The work that I needed done, was a repair of a botched job from another facility. After explaining that to them, and starting to explain what I needed done to the truck, they told me that they werent interested.They tried to justify thier lack of interest by how busy they were and how long it would take them to get to my truck. Which honestly, is just bull, because he could have let me know that on the phone, before I drove all the way out here.Edited for clarity.

Well in Shelbyville, if you ask around about a good collision repair shop, you usually hear about Lesters body shop. But, I can tell you from experience that the lesser known Hubler Collison Center, is a equally great bodyshop. They took care of everything and made sure my car got the top self OEM parts the car deserved. I would highly recommend this shop to those that are hesitant about getting their car repaired.

My brand new car was wrecked by a kid with an old junky pickup truck. Extensive damage front and rear, one place his insurance sent me to (Progressive) said they would not use OEM parts on my new car, even though it is a Indiana law. The guys down at Hulber assured me that they would only use authorized parts for my car because it was so new. When I picked my car up, it was just like it was when I first purchased it! They did a fantastic job, the paint color matched, the fit and look was the way it should be, everything closed and opened with no crooked parts or uneven gaps in the fit. And a whole new front and rear end plus the hood and trunk! No muss, no fuss, they did the job right the first time, I have nothing but good things to say about them!
