Richie the new owner is very helpful! He kept me updated and handled all the insurance and made the whole thing easy as well as helping with other things such as where the best place to get a rental. Was very informative and kept me updated throughout and got back to me quickly with any questions and they got the job done much quicker than I thought which was amazing!

This was my first experience in having body work done on a vehicle I owned, and I was very impressed with Richie and his team. My work was done through insurance, and Richie helped make the process go very smoothly. Work on the vehicle was outstanding, and my car was very clean upon pickup. His facility was also very professional and clean. My favorite aspect about the experience was Richies prompt communication. I prefer to communicate via email, and my emails with Richie were responded to lightning fast. This is how I also conduct business, and it was so nice for my usual commitment to promptness being reciprocated. I asked them for an estimate to repair moderate damage to my eleven year old vehicle resulting from frontal collision with a deer.My insurance company said my vehicle was a total loss because it has more than 360,000 miles without even sending an adjuster to examine it. I have maintained the vehicle intensively since new and it was in perfect condition except for the moderate deer collision damage. Furthermore, its still covered by an UNLIMITED time and milage service contract for which paid a lot of money when I purchased it new. Sight unseen, the insurance company told me that it was worth only two thousand dollars.So, I took the vehicle to Pure Reflection and they estimated the complete repair with all new parts would only cost a little more than two thousand dollars, much less than the value of the vehicle to me.I told them to repair the damage at my expense and made an appointment. As promised, the job was completed in five working days for the estimated price.The repair is excellent, the paint is a perfect match, all panels and parts are in proper alignment, headlamps properly adjusted, steering properly aligned, everything under the hood is clean and secure and everything works properly.They even washed and buffed the entire vehicle and cleaned the windows and interior at no extra charge. The car looks like new!I highly recommend Pure Reflection. Their facility is clean and well equipped. Mr. Cox your vehicle was towed by the Police because you or whom ever was driving was arrested. Your key was already broke like the personal explain to you that brought you here. Remember we didnt not charge you for storage and we towed your vehicle away to a location of your choice at no charge because the personal with you was tired of dealing with you as well as myself. We call people like you ungrateful. The next time you get pull over by the police make sure you tell them before not to have us tow your vehicle again please.

Called Richie at 8:30 car was picked up and delivered within a hour and a half. 10/10 will only use pure reflection!

He broke they key off in the ignition and admitted to it but will not buy a new ignition or even pay half for it!! So now i have to pay $120 for a new one. Pluse He was rude and never answered his phone so I could pick it up until I had to drive up there myself and talk to him in person. I will never use this place and I dont advise anyone else to. I wish I could give Pure Reflection a negative 5 Star because that is how experience was.
