Garretts performed the collision work on my wifes vehicle and did a nice job, however, upon noticing something missed we had to contact them back. They were great at getting the vehicle back in immediately and making things right. We are very happy with this business and will return for future work as they service vehicles too. I have had two very different things that he took care of. Both were very professionally done and in the timeframe that he told us. The first was painting my wife’s truck. Only half needed to be painted and this is due to the way the factory painted them years ago. He was able to match, and blend the paint in a way so you cannot see where it has been repainted. The second was a tuneup for my vehicle. It was done in a timely manner and explained the work involved.

The great group at Garretts goes above and beyond. Theyve taken such good care of my vehicle and gotten me in when I need work done. A terrific bunch of guys and gals!

Terrible customer service. And between the company and the towing company one of yall lost my car key from my vehicle during the process.

They always do a great job working on vehicles. The owner is friendly and takes time to explain what you need and why on any repair work done. I would recommend for any repairs or body work you might need.

I have dealt with Garretts automotive and wrecker service for several years, and I think theyre one of the best if not the best. I trust them with any of my vehicles.

I recently had car issues, and I took my car to Garrett’s. They immediately determined that I was in danger of damaging my engine if I continued to drive it. They performed a temporary fix to prevent me from damaging the engine. They then began an exhaustive search to locate the part I needed. The particular part that I needed was not available at an after market price which meant that it would have to be purchased from a dealer. Mr. Garrett felt that the price the dealership would charge was too high, and he arranged for a specialty shop to fix my vehicle at a tremendous reduction in price and savings to me. What more could you ask from a mechanic? He clearly had my best interest at heart, and he has thoroughly earned my future business. When I have auto issues in the future, you can be assured that Garrett’s is the first place I will call. 5 Stars.

They towed my truck there. Sit there for nearly a year growing green fur all over it. Was charged tow bill and diagnostic fee for sitting for a year. Towed my truck to a different shop. Waist of time and money. If a normal process is to pressure was the green off your car before you get it back that may be a problem
