Use many of their services often for several years. Shipping, mailbox and printing. I have always been well treated. Realize that they do tens of thousands of transactions a year so in looking at other reviews it is inevitable that some transactions become frustrating. And those are more likely to be reported than all of the smooth ones.

Every time I go in the person behind the counter is friendly and helpful. He gives me assistance with my package and he give extra advice to help me out. I am a very satisfied customer.

Their drivers arent instructed to call in case they couldnt make a pick up, yet they still freely take your money and mark the shipment complete.Oh and they dont give you an email or anything that says this happened. Every single other delivery service has notifications and drivers capable of making calls.What a useless service, if it wasnt for the fact K12 returns used UPS this wouldnt have even been consideredOh and when you make deliveries to people with a 9ft gate, try not to throw the boxes over I, they do just fine on the outside, and this isnt speculations, we have it on camera.

Was there about 440 pm on July 19th they young lady behind the counter was very rude n just threw open the box I had on the back counter for ATT return and then she was rude for our second pkg as well. What happened to good customer service???

Peyton was especially helpful & friendly in answering my questions & provided great service. The store was quite busy but he greeted everyone with a smile.

My package has been there 8 DAYS AND I PAID FOR 1 DAY SHIPPING AND THEY SAID THEY WONT PUT IT ON A TRUCK FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS AT LEAST. GLAD MY ANIMALS DIDNT DEPEND ON YOU IN THIS COLD. I’ve never been more unimpressed with a store. Also rude when I called to ask about it.

I have used the UPS store here in Shawnee, Oklahoma several times. Im always greeted with people who are courteous and helpful. Ive had two print jobs done recently, and I recommend their work highly. Im greatly pleased with the beautiful 24x36 inch signs they printed for me.

Lonnie and his team are awesome. I visit this store at least 2x every week; I am always greeted professionally and promptly.

I came in today to shred some documents. UPS has a reasonable fee for this service. I have been to numerous stores for this service. This stores operation concerns me. We where not able to place the documents in the shred bin ourselves and the staff has a key to the shred bin, which they promptly used to open the bin and place our documents in. Every other store I have been to staff does not have a key to these bins.

Lazy customer service

I just went in to return an Amazon order. It needed a label printed. Not knowing how to email on my phone, I asked how to do that. The girl with tattoos plunked down a card and left. I asked again and she wouldnt address how I could do it. She was short and rude about it. Then left it to the somewhat confused male employee and never came back. Some crazy lives there evidently. Never again for me there. It was surreal being resisted on how I would do what her vague instructions were... Ww!

This place hires people that cant read addresses and will not do what it takes to make people happy.

Instead of having a sign that explains they’re closed or telling me they’re closed he opened the door for another employee and ignored me and my knocks. Unprofessional.

I attempted to a return a kids toy that was broken to Amazon and went to this store.I was told by a rude kid that they wouldn’t accept it and I had to go somewhere else.Bad customer service!I do not recommend going there!!

Most of the times I have been in the store I was very pleased. Lately I have been experiencing problems. I was told they couldnt send certified mail because machine didnt have toner. Another employee stated toner had arrived but didnt know how to load into the machine. Hope problems are corrected soon.

Omg don’t cus or anything they will call the cops on you thinking your drunk I have never been so insulted in my life after this I’ll never use ups well after I paid they called the cops spend 60 there I wasn’t rude but I did use profanity and kept saying sorry for it to them but unfortunately it wasn’t enough and it wasn’t me saying it to them was just talking to them about my ex leaving me and sending phones to my children wow!!!

I have been here to return items several times and everytime i go in the employees are friendly, helpful, and fast!! i prefer this ups location over any others and will continue to go there!!
