I needed a storage unit quickly and came across this place.. Dave was friendly and very helpful when showing us the different sized units. He was very patient and I am happy I chose this storage place to do business with! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Our daughter graduated from college and moved home until she finds an apartment. We needed somewhere to keep all of her stuff for a while. Extra Space Storage has been great. Super easy to book a unit online and Stephanie has provided great, friendly customer service. Thumbs up here.

Absolutely loved using this facility!!! Everything was clean and my unit was very easy to locate! I had my belongings stored at the Shawnee location. I couldn’t be happier with the facility. Easy access, clean and dry space rental unit. I would use again if the need arises.

Over the last 2 1/2 years my rate has increased 170%!!! That is not an exaggeration! The first rate increase was only about 10% but it came QUICK after we moved in so it was still a surprise to us. Then every 6-8 months after that the rate increases kept on coming. This last one is an INCREASE of $80 PER MONTH! That INCREASE is more than our original rate was when we first moved our stuff into the unit. Please dont let them fool you. They will just keep taking advantage of their customers.

I was looking for short term storage and I found this place. For a young adult on a budget this place was the perfect price. Even better when I called the lady on the phone was super nice and walked me through everything with ease

I have had a unit here for couple years now. Just this year had to get a second unit. This unit has been leaking water and damaged alot of personal items. Today I spoke with Dave who was filling in and he got me transferred to another locker (smaller than this one) and also put in a request to the owner that the new locker should be same price as my first one. (Same size)Called me few minutes ago and got it approved. Thank you Dave for going above and beyond to help me out with this bad situation. I was in a desperate situation as there was no storage available in the town where I live. I called Extra Space Storage and was blown away at how hard they worked to accommodate my storage OVER THE PHONE. Stephanie Vaughn, the manager worked so hard to get me the best space and to anticipate needs I had no clue about. Everyone went above and beyond to arrange and execute the storage experience. If I owned a business I would try to hire Stephanie away from ESS. I feel so safe and cared for leaving my storage with ESS.

Ive stored my belongings here the last 5 months. The staff is professional, setup was easy & online, the area is well kept & safe.

Billy is amazing! He showed me a few units so I could get an idea of size & space before I committed to a rental. The facility is clean & he explained that they are constantly upgrading which is nice to hear. You can see the freshly painted doors & redo of some concrete entry underneath the storage doors. Most units are outside which I was fine with. He explained my contract & access to the facility in depth & make sure to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this location! It’s in a busy area but appears to be well run & I greatly appreciated Billy’s attention to details.

Ive had my unit for around 2 years now. They have stayed the lowest price during that time. The Bobby fella that runs the place is very kind and helpful. He even helps renters unload super heavy items if they ask without hesitation. They also have free drinks in the office for their patrons. Nice touch!

I really liked being able to do the rental online and they followed up with a phone call to make sure I had everything I needed or if I had any questions. After realizing I misjudged the size needed, they allowed me to transfer over to a smaller unit which is greatly appreciated. The staff that I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the second time I’ve rented from extra space storage, and I totally recommend this place for your storage needs!

This was a great solution while we were in between homes. We got a great internet deal on two 10’x30’ units to store our whole house full of goods. Great customer service & I felt safe when I was at the unit by myself. As with any storage unit, everything felt damp when I cleaned it out, so I highly recommend using palettes to help with air flow & to protect the bottom of cardboard boxes.

The process for getting a unit was simple. The manager Billy called me within mins of my reservation made online. He met me at the facility and quickly checked me out.

I think it was a little expensive to rent but overall the customer service was great, the roads were recently repaved, and the storage unit large and clean with no spider webs or anything. The manager was friendly and worked hard to provide a good experience even when there was an issue with my payment.
