Scott and Teresa Ingmire owners of Shawnee power equipment and new Holland do not take care of their customers there employees have no knowledge of what’s going on …they overfilled my new mower with oil and got it all over the lawnmower on the first service of my new mower‘s Came outside and acted like they didn’t even know what was going on.. we have a transport company moved tractors for them from state to state also would not pat shipping bill had to make theatres to them to get them to pay $8000.00 dollar bill They are liars cheats and thieves they take advantage of everybody that works for them beware of Scott Ingmire and Teresa Ingmire

Thay are NOT professional in this shop. The owner’s have NO clue as to what there doingThat can’t keep good employeesRonnie has no clue how to do his job.Ronnie decided to Let me sell firewood there and he cheated me on the money. It is a waste of time to go in there.

Friendly staff, knew their hardware.

Everyone is friendly and willng to help you there. But they always seem short staffed. Plus, their communication between coworkers and with the public is horrible. Be prepared to tell them things a few times. But, on a big plus side, they have always fixed my mower properly and never given me the run around about any issues i have had with my mower.

They had my Husqvarna parts in stock, and competitive with online prices. Friendly, fast service. Locally owned. Will be back!

I have always shopped at duval. Ive bought a mower, Weedeater, and blower. Recently my Weedeater broke. I took it in, They said it was under warranty and it wouldnt cost anything. They said it would take a week to fix. It has now been a month and a half. Every time i call they have no clue where we are on it, Then they called and told me it was NOT under warranty and that they were now going to charge me to fix it. I finally called and told them I want to pick it up and I will fix it myself. They handed it to me without my weedeater guard for the head of the weedeater. I asked where it was and their customer service reps response was Ya, I was worried about that She obviously knew it was missing and hoped i would not catch it. They have been looking for it for 2 days and cant find it. They said that they will order me a new head guard and it would take a couple of days. I used to recommend them to everyone, now I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE! This has been the worst customer service i have ever received in my life.

Took lawnmower in for repair. I told them make it ready for summer work. Deck needed work. Some broken stuff. Cost $730.00 for broken stuff. Got it back and the part that the hose attaches to was broken and in the cup holder. I asked why it was in the cup holder and they said it was broken when it came in. Dah, the parts they replaced were broken when I took it in. Service not good. They never offered to help me. lost my business.

They charged too much to fix a mower and tried to tried to charge another 3 hrs to fix another problem. I took the mower elsewhere and they fixed in in one hour and charged less than half. I dont appreciate being swindled out of hard earned money.

If you like affordable prices and a low tax rate, Shawnee lawn and tractor is the place to go! No bs. They genuinely want to help and will do everything they can.

Im very happy where my new zero turn 61inch mower I dont think I will ever write a riding mower if its not a zero turn I just mow my front yard was used to take about 15 minutes but the Cub Cadet riding mower it took me less than 5 minutes to cut it first time using it Im sure take less when I get a hang of it

My daughter & I went in the other day to get couple parts and soon we walked in there was some pit bulls in the store and my daughter was so scared! I didnt know if id went to dog fights or tractor shop. Very disappointing been go there for years but will not be back....

I bought a commercial Husqvarna zero turn there a few years back. They often do not have parts in stock and arent open Sunday or Monday. They no longer take used equipment in on trade. For that reason I will never buy from them again. But they are nice people there but I find it questionable that they wont take in on trade the products that they sell.

The worst place I have ever done business with. They have no customer service nobody there knows what theyre doing.

Made a order first of the week was told my part would be in that week. Called Thursday to check and it wasnt in so I stopped by Saturday and after three of them trying to figure out what was going on they hadnt even ordered it yet. Showed no remorse for making a mistake. They have lost my business and my companys business forever.
