Found a good deal on a generator online but thought, hey, Ill try and keep my business local. So I called and asked if they could match the price, they said SURE! I passed on the other dealer who sold the unit, when I called back to set things up to come and get it, all of a sudden they went up on their price!! I will NOT bother keeping my business local with this company any more.

They always do a great job reasonable prices and pick up and deliver my tractor. Every fall and spring they have a servicing special which cannot be beat. Customer service is excellent

Start to finish from counter to guys in back top notch service every time I rent here. I dont know what anyone could complain about problem must be there own personal issue. I drive an extra 20 miles to do business here.

They have good equipment, friendly employees, and the prices are decent. The reason Im only giving 4 stars is because a 1 day rental only gets you 8 hours of equipment run time. After 8 hours you get charged more.

I have had a few bad experiences with great plains. The first one we called about a hydraulic and oil filters. They claimed they had them and when we arrived they didnt....but they had a more expensive one that was recommended, when asked about why they claimed to have the less expensive filter we were given a run around about parts people not logging stuff properly. They wouldnt discount the filter either.The second experience is still ongoing.They have been trying to get a skid steer off a trailer for going on 2 days now. It was rented by another person and I hauled it for them to exchange it. The dealer said someone possibly put the wrong fuel in it... I dont know about that but to take 2 days to get a skid steer off a trailer is rediculous, they claim it takes a long time to remove the final drive gears. Seems excessive on time to me.

You can get in and out pretty quick and the wuts behind counter are very friendly

Says on Google your location closes at 1 today. We drove here from Norman to pick our parts up and got here at 1245 and the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone. If you changed your hours it would be great if you would update Google with your new hours......I changed my review because you were kind enough to reply. Thank you.

Everyone in the store was super nice, but the service manager. He was rude had to make trip twice from Seminole. Tore my cylinder down twice not knowing if he had parts. Refuse to call when parts came in, which was day after he said and were still wrong. My son bought the tractor at Shawnee, but will not buy the next from them.

No one comes out and helps you they leave you standing around they need more salesmen i dought if i buy from them they advertise one price and then charge more for it i read their sales ad and it says they can do this it varys from one to another, sounds like they need to keep their stuff

Kyle Parsons assisted me in the purchase of my very first tractor. His customer service skills are exceptional. He was very patient with me and explained things to me in a kind manner. The staff at this facility greeted me with smiles anytime I walked in the front door.

Called this place to have my tractor tires loaded with Rim Guard as they are one of few places that do it. Called when they opened to verify I could bring in and they would be able to work it in when I dropped off. They said yes so I proceded their way 1.5 hours one way. Got there and the guy I dealt with in service made it sound like Id be waiting around all day for them to finish if I was lucky to even get it back at all that day. Sometimes you can tell when a place just doesnt treat you right and I was already starting to get that vibe so before I dropped it off I asked what itd cost. What they quoted was DOUBLE what the other dealer quoted. Poor service all around, wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

They wanted to charge me 139.12 for a battery and I went to i com battery for the same battery it was 49.00 pretty disgusting if you ask me. 20/30 percent ok but almost triple that is unacceptable.

I bought my trackhoe from them about five years ago and its still running strong. I had to take it back to them once for some warranty work and they fixed it properly and in a timely manner. Once I had a minor breakdown while out on the job and their mechanic showed up quickly and got me back to work. Theyre always polite and helpful when I go in for parts. Mikes Trackhoe Service. After much research we purchased a Hustler Raptor Flip-Up mower. We purchased it 15 months ago and it has been in to be serviced 3 times. Each time it has been taken in we have been without it a minimum of 4 weeks. I guess this has to do with warranty approval. None of these times were we ever offered a loaner or the option of renting. This last time was especially frustrating as far as the business itself is concerned. It was a 5 week service time, the months of May and June. On more than one occasion we were told the business would call when work was completed. That never happened, we found out it could be picked up when we called them.When it was brought out, I just happened to check the transmission fluid level, it had NO fluid in the reservoir. It was topped off. When I asked what fluid they put in, the mechanic said transmission fluid. I told him the manual said to use 20-50W oil in transmissions. He disagreed and I took the mower anyway. When I got home, the reservoir was empty again, because a hose clamp was not put on properly. I checked the manual, section 4-2 states : IMPORTANT: Never use hydraulic or transmission fluid. Now the fluid will have to be flushed and the filters replaced. Hopefully a $5400.00 mower will not require too many more trips to be serviced, but if it does it will be necessary for us to take it to another business.

I rented a tractor and brush hog. The crew was awesome and the equipment was perfect. I will definitely rent and buy from Great Plains Shawnee in the future.

I rented a skid steer from Tim.I got myself into a bind and Tim went over and beyond to do what he could to help me out. I will always use kubota in the future for my rentals and equipment purchases!! Outstanding service!!

I have had good experiences with the sales department and the parts and service departments. They also have good equipment.

Im new to tractors. Just bought a rotary cutter from Kabota Shawnee the other day. Attempted to hook it up over the weekend and discovered that part of the shaft that connects to the PTO was missing. Went to the dealership to find out what part was missing, It was there when we loaded it! I was informed. Who knew it just slides off and just bounces off onto the side of the road when unsecured...who knew...not me. Just got a call from Kabota and they are going to replace the part. Thats what its all about...helping out the customer. Good show!
