Poor service placed my order with the print shop and was told no orders were waiting it would only take 5-10 minutes to complete the job and I told employee I will wait in store for them and informed employee I needed more things in store so I walk around and came back and now being told it’s gonna be over a hour wait cause I got placed behind a job that came in after me cause I didn’t wait at the counter yet I was in store like I informed the employee before even walking away just poor poor customer service I would not recommend using this stores print shop. This is second issue I have had with any order I have placed here, first was getting invoices made and when I received them they weren’t as explained by the employee and couldn’t return them cause they were special order
Do not waste your time trying to ship a package through this store via UPS. Staples lacks customer service proficiency of informing patrons that shipping dates are not guaranteed. So if you need a package to arrive at a certain time and pay premium prices for services, be prepared for disappointment along with no refund for services.I spent $70.97 for 2nd day air shipment as my mother-in-law left her medication after a 2 week stay. The package was scheduled for delivery in North Carolina on Saturday and did not arrive until Tuesday. There was no empathy at any point when speaking with multiple representatives just the response of due to Covid. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage you to do the same; it will save you time and money!
Apperrantly they dont open until 11A.M. even though the sign out front, and the call greeting says 10A.M. was rudely turned away. While standing outside waiting for them to open, the lady that claimed to be the manager SLAMMED the 2nd sign on the door very aggressively. Not a very effective business model for keeping or attaining customers.
They had exactly what i was looking for. They will even price match if your item is cheaper somewhere else. The cashier was very helpful and nice. Great job Angela thank you so much!!!
I had A template for a notch I needed printed to full sheet. I emailed them within a matter of 30 minutes it was ready to be picked up. Came out excellent! Will definitely be going back here for my printing needs>
VERY VERY RUDE! Me and my friend went inside at 7:59 we looked at the hours and it clearly said 9-9 so we went in they seen us come in and said welcome. They then said on the intercom that they close in one minute so we just kept finishing our business and then we left and the employees were very sarcastic saying have an amazing day. We then walked out and went to the hours sign and laugh stating that they indeed close at 9 we then proceeded to our car while the manager came out and begin yelling at us about how the sign says 8 which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will not be returning.
Called in to see if they had an item I was looking for the left me on hold for 40 minute they never came back on the line.
For for basic copy and fax service go to easy ship and copy on Harrison. Much cheaper, especially for a fax. $10 for a 4 page fax at staples.
Wonder why they are still in business. Manager is worthless. Store may not open when they sign and answering service says they are. Avoid this store!!
I called the printing department and talked to Kristine about what I was needing. Her words were I like a challenge!It was a challenge, for sure, but she totally nailed it and was very nice and professional as I stood waiting with my 3 crazy kids.Thank you Kristine!!
Went to get a last-minute print job done for a class. They got me right in for the big job that morning and again for some follow-up printing the same evening. Staff doing the printing in the morning (Jordan, maybe?) was very knowledgable and got me what I needed. The evening trip was a simple print job.
For low use high end offices only. Chairs cost a lot of pc dont run the production. Ink. Not sold in bulk.

Would give the no stars if possible.I tried to return a printer cartridge that was bought by mistakeFirst comment out of the ( mangers) mouth was we dont sell this in storeI said yes you did we bought it here.See here is your security tag... He said we dont use those anymoreThen he said this isnt even in our data base. Wrong when he scanned it it came up with correct price and nameThen he said. Well did you buy it within the last 14 days.I said no then he smiles and said we dont refund after 14 days.So Im eating a $ 90.00 cartidgeI said I will not shop this store any more and he said no problem we wont miss your business.Horrible service. I shop this store for the awesome school supplies in summer. Im able to buy extra to donate to a class. There is a good clearance shelf in the back of the store that has some goodies like journals, candles etc. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about products. With the rewards program, I recieved a $5 coupon and bought 25 single subject notebooks to donate and just paid tax. I also buy my ink cartridges here and make copies in bulk when I need to.

Terrible printing service. I ordered online for a major college project to be printed and they had all the way until closing to do it (online printing “promises” same day printing if you order before 2). I get there and they didn’t get it printed. (The new girl couldn’t figure out how to) so I asked for a refund, in which the manager who took forever to help me didn’t even know how to do. They messed up my order and kept trying to give me someone else’s, and apparently they can’t refund online purchases. So I got a “cash card” which is basically store credit. Not like I’m actually going to go back.

They have been very kind and polite in dealing with us. However, my experience with them has been super frustrating!!! On a Wednesday night before closing we went into the store to order two sets of 500 business cards. The guy at the printing station told us we should just order them online instead of in the store because there is less room for error. So we go home and order them. Then, we get a call Thursday around noon that they are ready so we drive to the store to get them only for them to tell us they are messing up everytime they print them. They wanted us to go back online and resubmit them and make sure they are as big as they can be. Then, upon trying to resubmit the website starts going beserk and wont let me resize my picture, then it was saying that the image was too low quality when I would go back to it. IT WAS A VECOR IMAGE! So, finally I am able to just email the designs to the lady. She calls us back and says we might have to send it to mwc or Seminole to print. Finally this morning, Friday, they call us and say they would have to send it to Norman (apparently they gave us false information and there arent any in mwc or Seminole) and they are wanting to change one of the fonts on the business card (lol no) and when we ask about getting refunded for the cards if we are gonna have to drive all the way to Norman they just ignored the question. Very frustrating experience and I would just drop it but a lot of time has gone into these business cards and I need them today!

I refuse to use this staples. After multiple attempts for them to redeem their negative behavior. I will go out of my way to use any other place than here. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt.
