I purchased a gaming PC a few months back and it was performing very well. Later on however, I came across some issues where my PC was freezing on startup and after running for a few hours.The Owner updated my bios and also helped me identify the program that may have been causing the freezes. My PC is back to running smoothly with no issues. Very satisfied with the customer service here.

Took my gaming PC in here about a year ago, fixed the issue within a day! Price was significantly lower than I expected. Have had 0 issues with my PC since taking my computer here. Owner is very polite & tells you exactly what is wrong, gives you the option to have it fixed there or go somewhere else. Of course I chose here!Then, I just recently brought my Work Laptop in after not being stuck on a color changing screen on boot up. They offer a free diagnostic, computer ended up being fine, did a check on everything got it booted back up and recommended software. Came out without paying a penny. This type of customer service is uncommon in this area of work. I would recommend this shop to anybody who is looking to upgrade part, build a Pc or is having any issues with their current setup!

The store gives good deals, and good advise to you about any software you are getting or having trouble with. The owner is also pretty cool in that he cleaned out my phone for free. This place deserves 5 stars for its great costumer service alone.

I went into Hyper Computer ready to spend $250 on upgrading my son’s computer to make it able to play games. Lee told me I only needed a $45 part, and upgraded it on the spot! The computer works just like he said it would, now.Lee is generous with his time and expertise, and honest-a genuine professional in every sense of the word. You can’t go wrong taking your business here!

Lee knows everything about computers. A hidden gem about him is he is more more of a repairman then a salesman which is great. He never tries to up the bill. He will tell you the truth to each and every one of your questions....I have gone to him for years and couldn’t be happier. 5 stars!

Some textbooks in my bag cracked the screen on my laptop. The owner Lee took great care of me! He got the screen replaced in 2-3 days, which is amazing considering that he had to order an LCD for my laptop. He even stuck around to help me with a software glitch that had been driving me nuts for a week. They have LARPing gear for sale on the side which is pretty good quality too. These guys give the best service and even give advice on price shopping for parts too. Completely invaluable. This is the only shop I will ever bring my laptop to.

Helped me out with a damaged laptop screen and dead tablet charger. Found out the laptop would be a bit too pricey for now to repair, but in the future and with more funds well be back to finish the job. Too few places offer no-strings diagnostics. Perfectly professional and pleasant.

I get my Norton Antivirus software renewed at this store at a much better price than buying it through Norton online. I had an internet problem, and Lee looked at it and fixed it without charge since I buy Norton here. First year I started coming here, my computer got hacked and there was a lot of bad junk on my computer. For only about $50, Lee fixed it, only had to keep my computer a few days to resolve all issues. Very reasonable, knowledgeable and quick turnaround.

I had an interesting experience here today. I needed two adapters for a job tomorrow and was happy to know they were in stock here. I saw the adapters were on Amazon for a pair at $8.00 shipped. However, I needed them for a job next day on a weekend so I decided to shop locally which I try to do within reason. I thought that the price hes quoted me over the phone was for a pair of them so I thought it was only $1 more and I could shop local, get them today, score! I was wrong... the price was for EA adapter. He begins to talk down to me telling me how Amazon is bad for our economy (sure, if youre a price gouging small business owner) and that Amazon only sold cheap Chinese adapters. I shrugged off the narrative and said to myself whatever, I need them tomorrow for a job and paid the $20.00 ($12 more than Amazon). The best part was when I took my receipt and walked out with my two overpriced adapters.... I looked on the wrapper of the adapters and sure enough they said, made in China. What a joke, your going to have to come up with a better excuse. It looks like he will claim this is a fake review by reading other comments about his business practices. If he does, I will update my review with a picture of my receipt. Get real dude!

Gaming computers $1,500 for an i7 8700 and GTX 1060 6gb isnt worth it. Look elsewhere or build your own PC with better specs for the same price

Great customer service! I had my hard drive replaced with Lee a while back and my computer just messed up again. He fixed it for free because it was some software problem and I bought a norton from them. He said as long as I renew norton with them they fix any software problems. So glad to have them and glad my new hard drive is just fine.

Ive bought computer, had repairs done and even brought friends in because the quality of service at Hyper Computer is always Incredible. They also have a really awesome selection of costume/larp stuff!

I thought I registered my company with them for future purchases but, when I go there they have nothing on file for me. I have given them this information multiple times and still not in the system. I have dealt with multiple sales people because they seem to go through sales people quite a bit. I even saw the owner bash the sales guy right in front of me because he didnt know the difference between DVI-D and DVI-I.....which was no big deal but to get onto him in front of customers - WOW! I also spoke to this gentleman via email and he was RUDE and snotty when I asked why no one was picking up the phone during business hours. Sure they have good prices but I would rather pay a little more somewhere else then deal with the ATTITUDE that I get when going here. Also make sure you double check your order when purchasing things here, I asked for a SATA DVD drive and was given an IDE one, good thing I checked it out in my vehicle before leaving and went back in to exchange for the right one. No thanks, I will take my business somewhere else.

Owner is rude...talks down to customers and belittles them i would never shop there again....oh offers free diagnostic but then wont tell you what it is unless he is being paid upfront to fix it. Just rude you can not talk to people like that and threaten them......i have herd several bad things from others around the area about this place as well.
