Called multiple times inquiring about the price of an xbox 360 controller. 20 minutes of calling to nobody answering. Hours online showed they were open so I decided to just show up and grab one. Pulled up to a locked door with the metal fence behind the glass stating they were closed. This was 1230pm on a Friday afternoon. Very disappointed in the lack of any kind of service or detail as to why they were closed in the middle of the day on a weekend.

Made my Christmas 2019!!! The dudes working their were super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a new gaming setup! I purchased a playstation 3 & 12 games for super cheap. Everything worked amazingly well except one game. I took said game back and they let me trade it in for 4 other games!! Im totally stoked to have a gaming console again 👏 GameStop rules!!

Had an hr drive to get here was told they had what I was looking for on line in store only . Got here and received a runaround on everything will not be back to this location.

I placed an online order for 2 games to be delivered by 2 p.m., at 12:50 I received a message that the order had been delivered. It is now 5 and I still have not received the games and I have been home all day. I tried calling Game Stop numerous times, the first time they said it was on the way, then they told me I had to call the national Game Stop number, which I did twice with no luck. I then called the Shawnee Game Stop again and they told me I had to call post mates to track the order, which I did and post mates said that it was Game Stop who had to call them. So again I called the Shawnee Game Stop and told them what post mates had said, so they said that they would call post mates and to call them back. So I waited 45 minutes and called Game Stop back and they said that no one could track the games and had no clue where they were at and to go online to try and get a refund. So I did that, but cant find a place on game stops website for a refund for an online order. Just be cautious of where you order from and how you order games. The sad part is the people at the Shawnee Game Stop didnt seem to care that the games never arrived!

They are very honest with there product and gave great options on where to get product if not in stock and when to check back.

Having no information whatsoever on when they would restock the new Xbox series x was disappointing. Although not gamestops fault, the lack of reliable information from a store based around gaming really hurts the rating.

Did not have much of a selection of ps3 games. Its gamestop there should have been more then 20 games! Ha

I walked into Gamestop expecting their prices to be comparable to everyone else. Instead, some of the used PS4 games were priced higher than what I found them for new. And, the new game I wanted was open box (disc behind the counter) and $10 higher than the big retailer next door.

I may not agree with some of the practices of the company itself, but GameStop is still a pretty cool place. My husband and I have been members for years and never had any issues. The staff members are very polite and helpful when searching for what you seek. Never a bad experience when we come here.

Great selection of games. Very friendly employees. Decent prices. Clean store. The staff was very helpful in answering questions and looking up information for us about different packages and options for different gaming systems that we have and others that we are considering. They helped us find what we were looking for and explained why some options arent available on some things or need extra cables to connect.

Craig spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help pick out a console that fit my needs. Thanks so much for all your time and effort!

They never have what I need

We are always pleased with the customer service here. They have gone above the Call of Duty (pun intended) to help us with issues we have had and they always make us feel like part of the group. Great people and a great store.

Didnt find much that had competitive pricing compared with small town I reside in (while gas is anywhere from .19 cents-.49 cents cheaper in the City, along with most things) - so this is saying something.

Which is sad, As a assistant manager of a store I know you cant please everyone but you shouldnt hang up on customers.

Gamestop is a great place to shop. If youre a parent needing a gift for your kid and have NO idea what you need... this is the place that will always send you out with the correct gift...for the correct system..... for the kid who only likes that one obscure thing. This group also has pretty good taste in games. My kids now think Im AWESOME LOL

Always had issues with them wether it be horrible customer service or horrible quality products for an overly high price and then when you want to return something because it was bad they only want to give in-store credit even if they dont have a product to exchange for or can not fix the issue. I am no longer a customer to this company and will NEVER return!

Black Friday my ass the deal is but 2 pre-owned get one free but the only way the deal works is if you ring the cheapest on up as the free one so how is that a deal or even a good one it would have only saved me 9 dollars thats ridiculous dont call it a damn deal when its not. LIARS ALL OF THEM!!!

All games I could think of were here. Not any game store I know was better.

I have been to this location 3 times and 2 of those times were unpleasant. The first time was a wonderful experience. The young women were sweet and personable and even knew a lot about JRPGs. The next two visits had different workers, however.The second time the associate treated me like I was a bother to the point that I didnt even bother to use my Pro card on my purchase because heaven forbid I ask someone to do their job. He also got snippy and almost hateful when I declined his offer of preordering CoD because he didnt quite understand what I meant by saying Im tired of being bitten in the butt by pre orders. (wasting $60 on a game that sucks because the hype made the game look awesome).The third and most certainly final visit was even worse. I wasnt even entirely inside before being asked, in a huffy tone of voice, what I wanted. The transaction (trading a game) was a simple one but she behaved like I had asked her to ressurect the dead. She huffed throughout the transaction and every word oozed with contempt.I intended to purchase a game I had been looking for and even preordering Ace Combat 7 when that option became available but I will take my business elsewhere.
