Favorite Starbucks location. All Baristas are personable and professional. Drinks are always made correctly and hot. Pumpkin bread was fresh and delicious. Minus one star for tables not being clean and entryway needing a serious sweeping.

Great staff. Everyone here is very courteous and helpful. The drinks are of course really good. I appreciate the drive thru window as well for convenience. Its starbucks so your know what youre getting but the quality of service makes it stand out.

If I want my drink to come out correct here I have to mobile order it. EVERY TIME Im paying cash and have to verbally order you guys mess it up. Venti White Chocolate Mocha with extra white chocolate mocha syrup. I ALWAYS get a dark brown mocha drink in return. Literally say it the the same way it appears on the app so I dont understand the issue. I also dont have time for yall to remake it when Im grabbing coffee on the way to work. I love paying $6 for a drink that isnt what I ordered and doesnt even taste good.

They handed me my drink in the drive thru with a big whole in the bottom of the cup. It leaked all over me and my work clothes. I ask them to please just dump it in another cup because now I’m going to be extremely late to work to go home and change out of the coffee covered clothes. Instead the drive thru lady dumps it in the sink and they spend forever making a new drink, that surprise they didn’t even make right.

They were out of lemonade and according to them have been for a month. But I have gotten the lemonade drink from the starbucks on 87th street not far away.

Great place, great people, and under normal circumstances, great atmosphere. I just wish we could get back to normal so they didn’t have to keep closing their tables. I appreciate their efforts to do their part in curbing the pandemic, it’s just unfortunate that Starbucks prides itself on the “Third Place” mentality, and Covid has all but nixed the ability to come together in a warm and welcoming environment to share a cup of coffee and a pastry with friends. I hope we get back to the Starbucks I know and love soon.

Our barista remembered us, after not having been there for months! She even remembered our order. ❤️ This is our go-to, quick, date night spot. Love the patio seating, and the drink is perfect every time. Ask them for a keto drink - its delicious!!!

I am a frequent customer at this location and rarely have any issues. The drive thru gets busy at times but always friendly and LOVE my Venti mocha with an extra shot espresso.Delicious! Every time.

Dont drink their coffee, I was surprised how good the refreshers and food options are. This location has a tight drive through it its busy, staff seemed to work really hard to keep up!

I went to this location expecting a standard Starbucks Experience and was pleasantly caught off guard when greeted! Jackson (the person taking our order) was extremely nice and cheerful even when we had two separate orders and food. They worked their way through the line very quickly and were also very cheerful and kind at the window! As a partner myself I was very impressed! :)

I have been here 3 times and for some reason somethings is off,its not the starbucks experience. I can say they got 3stars because they are friendly. But product wise they need help.

I was enjoying my evening and just getting off of work and thought to go to Starbucks . This worker Kenyala McCallop that works at the Shawnee mission Starbucks is very rude and she talked to me like I wasn’t a paying customer. I am not a difficult person and I respect workers that are working in this pandemic but workers like her makes a bad name for the place. She had terrible customer service and by the time she finished talking with me I decided to take my business elsewhere. There’s also a manager with short grey hair she didn’t even try to resolve the issue and in fact told me to get out of her store. I won’t be coming back to this location

Amidst all the negativity going around, I want to share some positivity. I generally go to the Johnson drive location, but it is currently closed. That said, I put in a mobile order for this location, and headed that way. Upon arrival, I was greeted with excellent customer service, and received my drinks in no time flat. Thank you for all that you’re doing, and thank you for brightening my day with your coffee!

Got my order wrong the first time, if your willing to pay 5 bucks for a coffee you dont want to accept anything less than what you paid for.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes. They were short staff and offered to give my order for free without me asking. Stand up move on their part.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dont go through this drive thru. I just left there and none of the lids were probably secured. Now I have coffee all over my front seat. All the workers at the window were doing was goofing off. I had to sit at the window and wait for them to give me the rest of my order. They opened the window and asked what else I needed. My order? Now I get to spend money getting my seat detailed to get the smell out of it. Definitely not returning to this location.

This is my go-to drive thru store in the morning before work. They have the best hours and a positive atmosphere.

I love this Starbucks because the drive through line NEVER takes more than about 8 minutes to get through. Even when its curved around the building.

I go through the dive through every day and get me a cup of coffee for the ride. Always perfect amount of everything in one cup!!

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews and I always try to hold off on doing so whenever possible. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for several years now and this is by far the slowest drive through I have ever been through, even out of fast food restaurants. Even on a non-busy day with only a few cars in the drive-through you can expect to wait way longer than any other Starbucks. I have to say that I give the staff five stars because they are incredibly friendly every single time, but when it comes to speed, the service is absolutely terrible. Just about every other Starbucks I have ever been to is very fast, no matter what state. I’m sure it comes down to management and training at this location, just be aware if you go through the drive-through you can expect to wait.#firstworldcountryproblems

Service was terrible, my wife I odered a large coffee and got a small and the staff balked when she told them to make what she ordered.

Eggnog iced latte, Good although could use a bit more Eggnog flavor.

Im only giving two because we were not greeted when we walked in, nor were we spoken to for quite some time while standing at the counter. It was very clean and the smell was great. I can not comment on the product because we got a gift card and cake pops for a gift.

I love black coffee and Starbucks has excellent Americanos. The brews are well balanced and never bitter like some of the more trendy coffee shops. Starbucks coffee is only second to Camerons coffee, which is the best.

Standard Starbucks experience with exceptional customer service! Food and coffee here are always good, consistently meeting the standard you would expect from any other location. Their customer service on the other hand is well above average! The morning drive through experience is especially good, with their employees frequently making an effort to tell us good morning and have a huge smile on their faces. Their kindness is a wonderful way to start the morning!

I accidentally place my order to the wrong location. I try calling 6x this morning to this open location. It tells me over and over sorry the line is busy please try back later. It could of help prevent me to stop my order but I couldn’t get a hold of the location.

I go thru here every morning and get a double shot on ice with xtra sweet cream and Carmel drizzle. Every morning its a different price. Im tired of it. It depends on whos working. I dont think the staff should be making the prices. Its stupid I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

The guy working the drive thru today had so much personality! Coffee isnt my thing and I really just stopped because I had a gift card but I left with a smile and a drink that I actually enjoyed!

Only been inside once and it was chaotic. They had people waiting on online orders, drive thru, and walk ins. The printer was apparently kicking out a mix of receipts for all 3. No order to the rush. We ordered 1 latte, 1 scone, and an ice water. Hubbys latte was made 5 minutes before my ice water then I had to ask for a straw. The employees were flustered in the chaotic situation so I felt bad for them.The low review comes mostly from the drive thru. It is hard to get in and out of and at busier times its easier to just drive past than try to maneuver in.

For some reason, this Starbucks is one that I always go with my friend to the drive-thru. And man Ill tell you, they sure put up with his special orders quite a bit. Im so much more of a plain Jo type of guy, and normally would prefer a coffee shop where I go inside, sit down, and slowly enjoy a Cup of Jo while taking in the aroma, atmosphere, and comfortable music, EtcThis place gets really high marks from me for service. I have so enjoyed all of the staff that Ive met at this Starbucks. I just dont like the atmosphere as much.However, it is consistent with other Starbucks that Ive visited. Four out of five stars.

The Starbucks consistently has SPD drive through it wasnt comfortable dining area and kind Bar East us. Im always treated with respect and good humour and my drink is always exactly right. Love the holiday flavors especially the chili mocha latte.

Nice location. Drink can come out a little slow even when this location isn’t busy. The drinks are pretty good. On my last visit, I did see a barista place an incorrect ingredient in a customers drink and instead of starting over decided to continue.

Ive been frequenting this Starbucks location for about a year and a half and at this point, yeah, the coffee is coffee, it wakes me up in the morning, and thats fine. The staff here is for real the best ever and thats the only reason Im here, is to talk about them. At least three of them know me by name now, they say hi every morning (please dont judge me, I did say every morning,) and I honestly adore all of them. Theyre all so kind and they really have care with everything they put on that bar every day. In all the coffees Ive walked out the door with, theyve never been wrong nor have they ever been made to my dissatisfaction. When I go to other locations and get coffee there, its just not the same. Special shoutout to Michael, whom Im pretty sure has not only made at least 75% of the coffee Ive purchased in the calendar year, but has also been the first Morning, Jamye! Ive heard each day for a great portion of that time as well. Sure, I might have a coffee problem, but its the awesome people that keep me coming back.

It a great place to go for late night coffee. Staff is great and later in the evening there arent a lot of people there so i go to have meetings or just to talk.

We normally is a big fan of this particular Starbucks until today when we came at around 4 PM on Saturday 4/14/18. The guy who answered the drive thru was so in a hurry and kept cutting us before we can get our order in.

Great staff. Great service. This is the standard. Whats with the only 2 real chairs in the store thing? I have a bad back, and those stools aint happenin.

I am a frequent regular at Starbucks and usually have a good experience however this morning was not. I had several gift cards that I got for Christmas so I stocked up on $40 worth of goods in the store. I told the cashier that I wanted to get my points before I even rang anything in. She rang me up, swiped my cards and then when I asked for my points she stated it was to late. I also asked her for a bag for my goods, she brought out all of my stuff, and just handed them to me (no bag). She showed no enthusiasm or care for anything. I will not be returning to this location.

This is one of my favorite locations to visit. They always get my order correct, and theyre super friendly.

Fabulous as always. The line for the drive thru was out of the parking lot and around the corner. Really didnt take that long though. A new song (I cant remember what song it was) came on the radio as I pulled up into the line. As I was leaving drink in hand, the third song started. So not a bad wait time at all especially considering they make every drink to order. Havent had a bad experience yet.

This is an excellent place to meet with my friends and enjoy a cup of coffee and some good conversation. The staff is friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. My drink this time was a Grande Latte Machiatto with coconut milk and Splenda. and the flavor was perfect. It was made exactly how I wanted it and served very quickly. I barely had a chance to sit down before my drink was ready! I would return to this location in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to anyone.

Drive thru service was nice and fast. I ordered a Grande mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher and a Grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher. Both came out delicious and with a smile.

This is my addiction. I can’t say anything special about it but the service is decent, they’re fast and efficient and I have never had a problem that they didn’t fix.

Typically always quick drive-thru service and overall consistent-i always get caramel macchiato and occasionally its too sweet for my liking.
