I had a 17:00 appointment on a Friday. Of course I was running 10 minutes behind, as per my usual, but the 2 mechanics and the manager on call (Steve) got me in with no fuss! I had my oil changed and tires rotated (2020 JGC). They had me out within the hour! Efficient staff, friendly service, and good pricing.

Amazing service.Got my car in and out within 30 minutes. Showed me what was wrong and even looked my car over to make sure no other issues. I highly recommend and will be back

My first visit here saw them ignore my suggestion about what the issue is only for me to go back and have what I told them fixed when the car died again. Second visit saw them change me 2x the cost of a part (they included the part number on the invoice so I could look it up myself). Either they have bad suppliers or they gouge. Either way, I found that other local shops had that same part for much less at similar labor prices. Needless to say I wont be going back.

Had a catalytic convertor partially cut off on my truck. They evaluated the issue and were able to weld it back on for me while I waited. They were quick and were able to help me when another muffler shop was not. Thanks guys!

They did great work. Only problem is that they wanted me to pay an extra 15 dollars on an oversized plug for the oil pan because the threads broke off, but I couldn’t afford it at the moment now I’m left with a leaking oil pan. That’s basically money wasted now since it’s leaking.

We were traveling to Arizona from Indiana and had a issue with out brake line. They did quick great work. Traveling with 4 kids was stressful enough, this location really went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful.

If they can’t figure it out with a computer they can’t fix it or they’ll fix it wrong, and they have left parts loose or even missing. Other than that...decent and friendly service. Just not great for anything other than general simple repairs

Just wanted to say thinks to the employees at Midas. Their very professional. Cooper is one of the best mechanics.

I came in about an hour before close and they kindly chose to perform my oil change and replace a couple of lights for me. They turned cartoons on in the lobby and gave my kids hats which was very kind. I was in and out in less than an hour

This was my first time to ever use Midas and have to say that Waylons professionalism is what will make me a return customer. Ive asked questions about a number of things and he had the answer to every one and actually provided additional information I would need to know. Price on the full synthetic and tire rotation was unbeatable plus the courtesy inspection revealed low cold start issues on the battery and stated they had batteries but didnt force them at me like other places tend to do.Thanks again

I made an appointment for 3:30 and I was on time but they were not. Brought in at 4:05 and was told at that point that they usually take 45 minutes for an oil change. I was not told when I made the appointment that they usually take that long. Lots of open bays and people walking around and not a lot of people doing anything. 1 guy doing oil changes

I was late for my appointment and I was still welcomed & greeted by Nick who was happy to assist me. Jake the technician is phenomenal at explaining mechanical issues and solution options. They replaced my lower ball joint very quickly, which was GREAT because I had a busy schedule for the day. I previously had my upper ball joint done as well, and BOTH times I was very Impressed with their service time and professionalism. Thank you Nick and Jake you guys ROCK!!! Keep up the good work!

Service was great. Arrived early this am after my car hit a bump and there after, sounded like a flipping race car. I couldn’t hear my radio at its loudest setting. I got a fast assessment. Which is nice. It took about an hour for them to source parts and create an estimate. Their quote for parts was just over $1,000. Salesman said that the parts were very inexpensive and a swell deal. Nobody could possibly find cheaper parts. Dude actually dared me to find the parts for less. Within 12 minutes I had located and purchased the parts for the amazingly low price of $280.00. (Tax and shipping included). Keep up the good work Midas.

So I brought these guys a truck that I had tried to fix for 2 months and not only did they diagnose the issue in one day but they dealt with my schedule, broken parts from the manufacturer, and made sure that it was done right. Took the time to fix my brakes, bleed them SIX times and call me to keep me informed. Just, genuinely saved my vehicle and summer. And for all that work and the parts and labors the price is where I expected.Highly recommend.

Every oil change includes a tire rotation. Make sure the tech actually performs this service. Previously, I had the service done and upon paying asked and it was not done. That time I was in a hurry and let it slip. It just happened again today, but this time I made them pull it back in and do it. (Even though I had already been here for 2 hrs, with an appt.)

I made an appointment to fix a leak in the exhaust train of my car. They replaced the resonator within 30 minutes while I waited. They charged a fair price and I felt like they took good care of me.

I scheduled an online appointment before the store opened; as soon as the store opened I received a call from Ryan confirming the time I wanted to bring my car in. Ryan was very professional and courteous. The tech, Jake, done a fantastic job of caring for my needs in a timely manner. Cooper was amazing!! Very professional and empathetic with my issue. I was so upset and he understood and just let me vent however the manager yesterday was RUDE! I was treated like doggy do. He actually came outside to yell and argue with me about a break light bulb that they had replaced in August. Clearly their fault! Bulbs only last 10 mos I guess...Already paid for so a replacement shouldnt be an issue or even take that long right? I called and was told to come on in we got you but when I arrived they were so busy!!! I waited about 15 min and he told me to just come back first thing. Next morning I called at 8:15....no answer. Around 8:37 I received at callback. He said come on up...I will take care of it. When I arrived only 1 car was in the garage. After waiting 25 minutes still not fixed because they had no bulbs he orders them but never even took the time to tell me that! The midas on 78th and Metcalf got me in with no problem and outta there in literally 2 min and 43 seconds!!!!

I was visiting from out of town, and my car had exhaust problems. These guys took care of everything quickly and did just the right amount of work (did not replace more parts than needed), so I wound up saving money compared to my regular mechanic back home. The manager also stayed late, so I could pick up my vehicle after getting stuck at work.

By far the best customer service around.! The manager Mark is always friendly and willing to help with every option available. And Jake Stiers is by far the best mechanic around.! Ive trusted every vehicle Ive owned with this shop and I have never once been disappointed. Customer service level 1000.!!

Very happy with the service I received at Midas today! After shopping around all morning for the best deal for my car repairs, I came to Midas. The shop manager, Mark, got me right in, and he not only matched the previous estimates I was given, he charged me less than the lowest! He was very detailed and thorough in his explanation of the repairs and even had one of his employees drive me home so I didn’t have to wait there at the shop for my car. We were 2 hours into an 8 hour road trip to Illinois when our air quit cooling. It was super hot and we knew we had to do something. Googled this place and they got us right in. Mark explained everything, drove us to a place we could eat and hang out to wait. Picked us up when it was done and got us on the road! He was our hero!

These guys were great. Went for a 2nd opinion on an exhaust flex pipe. They came in under the other guys estimate and they also determined it was not necessary to replace the motor mounts, a costly repair the other place wanted to do. Went back for another 2nd opinion on an engine timing issue, they looked at it very fast, gave me a very honest opinion on the required repairs, cost, and if it was even worth doing. Would go back to them again, quality work, very honest and fairly priced.

As a first time customer I was not impressed! The day before coming I spoke to who I later found out was the manager. He was pleasant over the phone. However, I guess when finding out the color of my skin, the day of my walk in. He seemed not to worried about upholding that same customer service he had over the phone. Which is fine because I took my money else where!

Had a major exhaust leak. The work was done quickly and it was done right. It also came in a few dollars below the estimate. The staff was friendly and honest. I am very satisfied with my experience. Great job guys!

Be careful. When they tell you that you get a lifetime warranty on their exhaust work, it is actually only 1 year. I had them do some exhaust work and went back becaus their welds did not hold up and they told me that the work was only warranted for 1 year instead of the lifetime that they originally told me. Mind you it has only been 1 year and 2 months.

I was concerned about the brakes on my 2008 Ford Edge because the pedal seemed to go down a ways. I called Midas and they said they could get it in that afternoon. Took it down and got a call a couple of hours later telling me they had completed the inspection of the entire car. The brakes were fine, more than 75% left on the pads. Rotors and calipers were good. I didn’t need néed brakes. They could have put new pads on and charged me $300 and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I did have them change the oil and filter and their price for a synthetic blend oil change was quite a bit cheaper than previous experience. They did provide a check list from the inspection and told me I should keep an eye on a few things but said only one item should be taken care of as soon as possible. I’ll take the car back to them next week for that repair. I would highly recommend this shop to all.

Very experienced staff who are willing to help in all kinds of situations. Took my car there multiple times when it was having issues and they always did their best to go above and beyond to find any issues. Another thing that I love is that they also give you suggestions as to maintenance that may need to happen as your vehicle ages. This can help prevent future problems.

Jason and ALL his mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. I have gone there on a few different occasions and I have been pleased with their knowledge and customer service. I wish more places were like these guys, Robin is super sweet too when she is at that location. Very thorough. Great team. Friendly workers. Always gets it right every time. Very honest and straightforward.Ive never had a problem from this particular Midas. Theyre always sure to let me know if there are other major or minor issues with my car. Theyll let me know how severe the car problem is and if I should fix it or not. Midas does not mind if I bring my own oil or parts in for them to resolve car issues. The crew has always been amiable and theyre very open with all their customers.One particular guy absolutely loves to chat about all sorts of stuff. Hes a fun guy and it passes the time as Im waiting for my car to be taken car.This Midas is by far my favorite auto care store and Ill never go back to any other place. I have serviced my car here since 2013 and still going strong. Amazing work and awesome friendly staff.

Manager Mark Plaistad explained all the work that needed to be done and explained the cost of the work. He outlined each section in terms of price and what would happen if it wasn’t fixed fully. He did not try to oversell or push extra work that could be done. Would recommend.

Have taken my car to many places and no one could tell me what was wrong. took it here once and I was told 3 tires and one wheel is slightly bent. GOT answers!Recently Replaced engine with them and took care of every detail and any problems that came up. Def recommend.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was getting to the point of needing a new battery bud had have no problem with it not wanting to start. They called me offering to replace the battery as it was not charging at the full amount, I denied at that time as the car had been starting with no delays. When I picked the car up it barely turned over to start and then once I shut the car off it would turn back over. They had completed drained the battery requiring me to buy a battery that day instead having time before I had to purchase one. I wont be going back.

My car wouldnt start. After I had the battery jumped, I drove right over to Midas, having already spoken with Mark Plaisted about getting it tested and having whatever was wrong repaired. He took the time to check with me after every diagnostic and repair to allow me to approve various repairs. I expected to spend more than 3 hours there, but it was less time than that. Mark and his crew are excellent in their repairs and in customer service.
