Unfortunately my watch was extremely complicated to adjust, and it wasnt able to be fixed (which wasnt really their fault). However, after explaining this to me, they offered to give me the watch as it was, free of charge, or reimburse me with the original value of the watch. The actual damage to the watch was significantly minuscule, so I decided to take the watch as it was, but the offer to take complete ownership of mistakes, I really appreciated.

Woman that waited on me was very helpful with suggestions for repairing my ring. Turnaround time was reasonable. The ring looks great!

My now fiancé stopped in a few months ago after having a horrible experience with an online order of an engagement ring from a big name diamond retailer. My fiancé wanted to propose on my birthday, and was unable to do so with a ring, and we were devastated when they said my ring would be on backorder for MONTHS without explanation after weeks of waiting for it to be delivered. A lot of tears were shed. My fiancé cancelled his order and decided to stop by Real Gem as it was local and had good reviews. He explained our situation and wanted to pick out something that he ideally could take home that day if possible. The staff were genuine and honest, they did their best to help him out and went above and beyond to help him pick the perfect ring on such short notice. Fantastic owner/staff! Very personable and took the time to listen to me and provide recommendations for a replacement medical ID bracelet. They provided a quick turn around process that left me without my ID for only a very minimal time.

I asked if they could remove the back cover of my watch and they denied me of that service. Apparently I didnt trust them to change the batteries of my watch which wasnt the case. I had spare batteries to use. I was willing to pay for new batteries just so that I can just get the back cover of the watch removed but they still wouldnt do it.

I recently bought an engagement ring which is something I was incredibly nervous about. The team at Real Gem made the process very easy for me and helped design a gorgeous ring that was a major hit with the now Fiancée. I high recommend Real Gem Jewelers.
