Ok so i went to go and get my necklace fix and I didn’t need much all I needed was a new little loop to get the charm back on. The necklace alone is MAYBE $10 and the only reason I wanted this fixed was because my mom who passed away got it for me. So im thinking maybe like $5-10 to get ONE little loop on there and it was $20 like WTH that looks is probably only like 10 cents and here im pay more them the necklace it self to get that little metal loop. WAY OVERPRICED. Although they i am VERY glad i got this fixed because means the world to me just think its a little more expensive then nessary. They also had very pretty jewelry there

Not only did he do it in a timely manner, but he actually tweaked it so it was perfect for me. I am looking forward to making a custom ring with him. We love our rings! Walked in 4 years after buying them, and Alex still remembered who I was. They have a great selection, and you can even get your yellow gold rings rhodium-plated for under $100.

Really like Alex as a human being, but business was sketchy. I dropped a watch off their over 6 months ago to have him reassure me that he would call me to double check if you had any watch band replacements, I go in 2 months later to pick it up and nothing has been done or fixed!!! 2 more months go by, still NO communication I stop in again, the watch in same exact condition it was before. He told me that the watch was no longer being produced and that they did make the bands took him 6 months to figure that out, so I said I will purchase my own online. I got home I turned the watch over to get the ID number from the back only to have that 1 spot scratched off so I could not go online with the serial number to get a band replacement myself.My watch is in great condition except for the band,The back is Sterling silver without a scratch on it except for that 1 spot that I Needed to see the ID number for the band replacement.If I can post a picture I would...Again super cool guy super nice just didnt understand why it took so long with no communication and nothing was done.

I had my ring repaired here two years ago - the guy who helped me (not sure of his name) was super helpful and nice. The price he quoted me was perfect, they had my ring repaired within a couple days. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!This time was different. I came in for the same exact repair but this time there was a different guy behind the counter. He quoted me almost 4x as much as the first time I came in - when I questioned him about the price difference he shrugged and handed my ring back and walked away to help another customer - leaving me standing there. Extremely rude.It was simple question he could have honestly answered but chose to leave me standing there instead. I went to the jeweler in downtown Shakopee and had a great experience! Very professional and was willing to back up his price (which was still dramatically lower than this guy quoted me) with facts on why it was the price it was what it was - which is all I was asking from this guy!

Real jewelers with real craftsmanship still exist! Alex was so knowledgeable and helpful and it was great knowing my wifes and my wedding rings (and her engagement ring) were custom and unique. Ive had a number of great experiences at Christensen Jewelers this year. I recently purchased a Mothers Day necklace that was amazing. They also repaired a family watch heirloom and added some engraving work to is as well. Their customer service and attention to detail really sets them apart. No malice here, just the facts. Brought a vintage ring in on Saturday. Was told Alex, who is amazing, would be in on Tuesday, and would call with a quote regarding repair. We were very excited! Its an engagement ring...No call on Tuesday.I called at 11:45am on Wednesday, Alex answered the phone. Said he had read the notes taken on the ring, would get back to me by the end of the day. No call received.OnThursday at about 4pm, after still no call, we returned to the store. All was quiet. Alex came out. We asked about the ring. No explanation, just said its on me when we questioned the delay and no calls.Wont ever return.

My wife and I had Alex recreate a lost earring, create a custom ring, and create a custom charm for my wifes Pandora bracelet. All turned out better than expected. I saw a ring on Pintrest that I loved. I took the picture to Alex and he was able to create the ring exactly! He also let us come in and watch it be poured. So interesting! I was VERY pleased with the experience.

My husband and I had a trilliant diamond set in a ring that we wanted to reset in a necklace. We found a picture of a design online and brought a copy into the store. Alex was able to produce a replica that was absolutely beautiful! They do the little things well, watch batteries, ring resizing, etc. But they do the bigger things exceptionally well! I had mentioned casually that I was looking for a nicer watch with a sweep second hand. I left the store and didnt think anything about it, but two weeks later he called me personally to tell me that he had found one! I didnt even ask him to look. Guess what I got for Christmas? :-)

Ive been to Christensen Jewelers twice, once to have a necklace chain repaired and again to have a ring that was given to me resized. Both times were great, they did the job right the first time and were polite and helpful. The prices arent too bad either, and theyre quick too. I really recommend these guys for anything you need, jewelry-wise.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I WOULD RECEOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE/EVERYONE!!!!I brought my grandmothers wedding ring in to be brought back to like new condition, and it is all that I expected and MORE! I had brought this ring to corporate, big name jewelers for quotes on the repairs, which were extensive, and they all quoted thousands. My grandmother wore the ring for 50 years, never removing it until she passed. It has 19 diamonds (was missing two) which meant that it needed several prongs re-tipped. Besides the prongs and the missing diamonds replaced, the band was also restored with additional metal and then sized appropriately for my finger. The total job at Christensens was a FRACTION of what I was quoted elsewhere.This experience was a rather emotional one for me, as this ring is one of the most precious items I own. They went above and beyond not only with the repairs, but the customer service. Friendly, focused, kind, knowledgeable and professional.Thank you to Ben and the crew! You guys are AMAZING! My engagement ring has been to Christensen Jewelers twice- once to be resized after I received it and once to be repaired when the stone became loose due to a workmanship flaw from the original jeweler. The family members my fiance and I dealt with were friendly and helpful, and they didnt push to show or sell us anything when our gaze wandered to all the shiny objects in the store until we asked to see something more closely. The resize and repair were very reasonably priced. We will probably return in the future. :)

RUNTook jewelry in to be repaired theyve had it almost two months repairs were not done it kept telling me they were going to call me when it was done now they told me they cant get the parts to fix it well how can you call me when its done if you cant even get the parts to fix it run people run they tried to keep my birthstone ring which Ive had for many many years and give me some necklace instead of it dont go here
